@VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

  • simon_d_fenton
Simon Fenton (@simon_d_fenton) reported from Hassocks, England

@VodafoneUK Also, this was added to our accounts when? We haven’t just got new accounts. And we’ve never had a text to say we’ve been protected from anything. Any of us.

Steve Alliston (@SteveAlliston) reported from Crawley, England

Another hour, only to be told the previous advisors must have been lying to me. What is going on with your customer service @VodafoneUK Still no broadband. I've cancelled my dd and I'm leaving.

MAGIC3CPFC🦅❤️💙 (@MAGIC72) reported from Crawley, England

@VodafoneUK Happy to enter thank you as long as I don’t have to have Vodafone as my network. I have my reasons after being a loyal customer of 15+ years.

  • mrsimonraymonde
hello (@mrsimonraymonde) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@VodafoneUK Have a problem with my account that cannot be solved by a bot. There are no options on the automated message not on MyVodafone to resolve it, hence the call.

Terry Bennett (@terrybennett671) reported from Crawley, England

@mileswithshell @VodafoneUK It’s the worst ever I did a live chat with them took 2 hours and 2 people and 2 bots when the bill came it was more so I sent a copy of the chat and saved and they said we should not of gave you that price but will honour the deal

  • marcmc77
    Marc McKenna-Coles © (he/him) #BLM (@marcmc77) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@N5JFY It is so sad that @VodafoneUK colleagues hold no compassion. My husband @HamishLord is dealing with his late uncles account and no one is willing to support - I would expect so much more from the organisation. #CustomerFirst ?

  • choppy_1991
Mackem Exile 🇨🇵 (@choppy_1991) reported from Saltdean, England

Any chance of a decent internet speed @VodafoneUK you are 50mbps down on your minimum requirement?

  • dchassocks
DCHassocks #FBPE (@dchassocks) reported from Wivelsfield Green, England

I wonder if its possible to have worse customer service than @VodafoneUK hanging on for 20+ minutes, no broadband hub delivered but paying for it nevertheless!

  • worldwidewedd
Steve Wedd (@worldwidewedd) reported from Saltdean, England

Power cut at home again. Can’t send help message to UKPN because content control has been imposed on my phone. @VodafoneUK CS recommend that I go to the UKPN website to seek aid. On a computer. In a power cut.

  • ewokqueen
Ewok Queen (@ewokqueen) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@VodafoneUK #Feeltheconnection my arse. I’ve spent too long in my working day trying to get hold of you. Business lines need reviewing. Either get through to someone who can’t help, chat bots who can’t help. Useless

  • kciroy
Yorick Brown (@kciroy) reported from Hove, England

Glad to say broadband is fixed! Too much rain it seems. now having issues with VPN blocking which I didn't have before but apparently Vodafone is notorious for. Good to have BB again but doesn't excuse neither @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp having service status pages

  • SteveAlliston
Steve Alliston (@SteveAlliston) reported from Crawley, England

@VodafoneUK you disconnected my broadband by mistake and I'm still waiting although you say you've fixed it. This is terrible service.

  • simon_d_fenton
Simon Fenton (@simon_d_fenton) reported from Hassocks, England

@VodafoneUK Ok thanks. Never heard of it. Wasn’t aware I had it. And here’s another thought... if this keeps my family safe online, while using Vodafone, why don’t you do this ANYWAY as part of your service to us? Hmm?

  • ben_nuttall_
Ben Nuttall 🏳️‍🌈🚗⚡️ (@ben_nuttall_) reported from Hove, England

  • chrisMcG4
Chris McGonigall 😷💉 💙💚🧡 (@chrisMcG4) reported from Crawley, England

@HindsHelen @VodafoneUK We've had so many issues over the years. Sky was OK but slow. Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

robert leahy (@leahy792) reported from Hove, England

@VodafoneUK on hold for 30 minutes then to be told they cannot hear because of a problem their end disgusting customer service if it can be called that can’t wait to leave !!!

"Maintenance" on both my @VodafoneUK DSL and mobile network simultaneously. No wifi no possible phone hotspot. Help desk is "trying something" and told me not to call them again until they call me at 6pm on Friday. No functioning internet all week. How is this acceptable?

@VodafoneUK I port my number from VI store and at that time they promise me to give 2 months free recharge and now after completing my process store refused to give me what they had promise to give. Pathetic service i came back to Vodafone after almost 4 years and i think i made a mistake.

  • Alexden00305054
    Alexdenton (@Alexden00305054) reported

@VodafoneUK I've talked with the complaints department and they had no solution. Won't you say the same thing? Saying that I'm within contract even though the mifi keeps on cutting out. I'm not getting what I paid for and won't be able to cancel it, rediculous

  • ianjeffray
    Ian Jeffray (@ianjeffray) reported

@tautology0 @VodafoneUK Worse than that, it adds stupid Vodafone logos all over the page. Just crap, feeding on FUD to make people pay for "protection" & spewing logos to make people feel "safe". All telcos appear to transparent-proxy these days - I think it's all evil and just clandenstine monitoring.
