I’ve been a customer since you were #PeoplesPhone &I’ve just had to do my upgrade over the phone (Tammy) as the online&Tobi options were quite frankly useless. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days
