@mileswithshell @VodafoneUK It’s the worst ever I did a live chat with them took 2 hours and 2 people and 2 bots when the bill came it was more so I sent a copy of the chat and saved and they said we should not of gave you that price but will honour the deal

@HindsHelen @VodafoneUK We've had so many issues over the years. Sky was OK but slow. Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

@VodafoneUK is your policy to reduce a widow to tears for trying to sort a problem for over an hour and it’s still not resolved…They have taken £100 out of my bank.and I’ve still got to wait..I’ve never been so disappointed disgusted and ashamed to be a long standing customer.

@VodafoneUK my mothers broadband down AGAIN. 73, lives on her own, heating runs via WiFi. This is a regular occurrence. Shes called 3 times and been cut off. Nobody called her back. Utterly pissed off. Expect cancellation and refund request. Ombudsman contacted.

@VodafoneUK Re complaint 27991478 - Story gets better 1/ Mohamed (Senior Complaints) calls me (in the evening) - he still doesn't believe my story, Vodafone aren't issuing a refund I forward him emails from Frankie (VF sales) and my replies saying "I did not order this. Come pick it up"
