    Do not sign up for @VodafoneUK broadband! It does not work. Keeps dropping out and not connecting to our devices. It did however work for 14 days when first set up so we wouldn’t cancel!!! #worstbroadband

    @AMGoldschmidt @VodafoneUK Its been poor to terrible to poor imho, nothing like the connection I get in Lincoln, Retford or Worksop. Seeing as Vodafone have offices in the towns industrial estate its kind of embarrassing. If I lived near the town centre I would move provider.

    Yo @VodafoneUK stop sending me letters about a overdue mobile plan that I've never had!!! Someone stole my bank card a while back and set up a plan in my name. Tried multiple times to contact yous about this but get no response!! I ain't paying for something that was never mine!!

    @VodafoneUK another 30 minute call to customer services….. another … “ let’s put you on hold “ another “ …. I need to speak to my manager …,”. … all to try and resolve an issue caused by @vodafone … !!!! Poor poor service !!! 17 year custom - no reward !
