@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

@VodafoneUK have zero customer loyalty or care, 18 years as a customer, and after going round the houses on their phone lines trying to upgrade,I now think it’s time to look elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

@VodafoneUK how or who do I call to cancel an upgrade. I upgraded and paid upfront on FRIDAY, shop didn't have phone in YET AGAIN. Having to wait 3 days to get a phone. Do you actually keep ANY stock in ANY of the stores? This is the 4th time, cancel my contract!! 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK my WiFi is down so called for assistance after trying to resolve it over the phone which couldn't work due to not getting any mobile date connection from yourselves hes given me unlimited data untill the issue is fixed which he knows im unable to use.
