  Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

  Just wondering why Three Mobile are providing me with broadband now I'm not paying when they and Vodafone consistently failed to provide me with service when i did pay them for 2 years eh @VodafoneUK @3mifi I mean the way they treated me while i was in Palermo was the worse ever ( refused to let my payment for roaming go through so I'm wandering back streets in 80 degree heat ) and their minions are trained to lie like robots - need i go on.   @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
