Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

@VodafoneUK Unable to offer alternatives/option to collect router or wifi toggle from local Vodafone shop as an emergency option. @VodafoneUK Offering unlimited data on my phone doesn’t solve any issues for my family - when I’m at work my phone is with me- so they can’t hotspot my phone!

@VodafoneUK sorry Vodafone, I live two miles from M25 (st. Albans) and this is the fourth mobile data outage I have had. Ironically this started (5th apr) prior to me travelling to Iceland OVER a week ago which had flawless coverage and I come back and GUESS WHAT still down!
