I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

@VodafoneUK 20 yrs cust’r. Service at home failed. Advised transmitter failure. Checked 2nite. Advised no compensation promised & no intention 2 repair. Been on since 5pm transferred for chat with accounts as no point being a cust’r, no 2 in queue & then chat closed at 8pm🤯
