    @VodafoneUK are the only company I have ever felt such stress working with. Sometimes its asking me for my number just to cancel a new phone order. (ummm how do I give you my number if I don't have one?) or it's tricking you into telling them if you have a PAYG so u r poor.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been on your chat function for 1 hr 20 this morning. My father is registered blind and missed correspondence from you regarding his monthly phone plan. Currently at £60.20, managed to get down to £5.50. How can you justify this much for a phone plan? 1/2
