    @VodafoneUK I already have paid for add ons. It’s crazy the way you charge. How many add ons am I supposed to have? You’re pricing is unclear. I am escalating this issue.

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Friend is trying to unlock his phone from your network using NUC code. Had the code ready but when he turns phone of and on with new simcard in the phone DOESN'T show a prompt saying Enter NUC code. Any help? Phone was bought from Vodaphone store.
