@VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

@VodafoneUK I do! The engineer checked the connection, found it was a little bit slow and ended up resoldering a loose wire in the box outside. He could've just installed the socket and left it there and I would never have known. But he took the time to fix it, which is appreciated.

@VodafoneUK I told vodafone i migrated overseas in Feb 2022 but they chasing me for payment of new person who was arranged by rental agency. When i keep emailing and informing vodafone about this they ignore and still chase me. Now fail me on security because i dont know bill of new tenant.

@VodafoneUK Too late, we have spoken to someone and we are leaving. Shocking service over the phone as well, on hills for 45 minutes and cut off multiple times. Staff who don’t listen. As you are my mobile phone provider I will also be leaving at the end of my contract.

@VodafoneUK I was asked for the last bill, i checked my statements and gave the exact date and amount. The customer service sk me for more recent bill but i moved out so anything more recent is the bill of the new tenant who is a complete stranger.
