    @VodafoneUK do you sell phones sim free? Currently in sim-only contract with you (having paid off my phone) but the phone screen is broken so would like to replace it and feel it’s cheaper to buy a phone than to have it repaired.

    @VodafoneUK really need to make sure you have advisers available to take calls, and as for your chat function to call it woeful is an overstatement - spent 20 minutes on chat only to be kicked out without resolution, time to move to another provider?
