David (@gingertrvlguru) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK @whatneildid But no coverage on the rest of the tube network? If that’s the case, as soon as my contract is up it’ll be 👋 shame though

A. Marie (@Ambii_Bambieee) reported from Lambeth, EnglandNever and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Carmen (@rougecarmen90) reported from Lambeth, EnglandI raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍
-
Chris 🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

DTrick (@trick78434) reported@VodafoneUK over 48 hours with multiple users with no phone signal or broadband in RH12 3NR. Had signal for 1 hour last night, then it failed again. Any response?
-
BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
CityFibre (@CityFibre) reported@fankle_steve @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear about the delay with your connection. Please reach out to Vodafone directly regarding your installation and service status. As your service provider, they manage all scheduling and can provide the most up-to-date information on your appointment and connectivity.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Barrie Stimpson (@stimmo64) reportedHi @VodafoneUK , I renewed my contract in January, and paid the said fees. Since then, every payment has increased from Feb to May. Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isn’t? PS, I’ve been with you 23 years, but I don’t think we’ll make 25. Poor.
