@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

@VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

15 Years with @VodafoneUK and they want to increase the cost of my contract while removing monthly data allowance. Online support has been abysmal. Cannot match other online offers. Blamed in on the fact they have 'shops'. I've never stepped foot into one.

Finally got thru to a @VodafoneUK agent (after 1.5 hrs) but apparently their systems upgrades were causing problems, so was put back on hold for 15 mins!! Agent said he would call me back at 2pm, it's now after 3pm & there's been no call. Just terrible terrible customer service.
