    @VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

    @VodafoneUK I would love any messages at all since you turned off the internet and mobile phone at Brentford’s High St and Ealing Road - when will you supposed idiotic ‘secret’ upgrade which has knocked out our signal for two week be done?

    @markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

    Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

    @PaulDJohnston @richmarr Probably not. The voip service with @VodafoneUK gigafast is terrible. I tried to switch our number away from it last week, so I could get more features and use own router. They said I had to cancel broadband contract to do so, which would leave us without internet for 10 days.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, you had about 15 opportunities to ask for this information, why did you not ask when I first contacted you about the issue? Each time I make contact I’m told “I can fix this for you” - and Are refusing to escalate my issue as a complaint. I’m now complaining about the staff!

    @VodafoneUK Avoid Vodaphone internet that can’t offer any support for line issues. They rely on openreach who do not care about Vodafone, our engineer from openreach didn’t even come to the door to help. Just said he had checked line from exchange and it is fine apparently. No internet 13day

    It’s time for me to part ways with #Vodafone after being w/ them for 8 years. @VodafoneUK customer service is utter sh*# & the network coverage is been awful since Dec 20. The only reason I stayed this long cos of coverage, it’s brilliant in North Africa to Northern Europe.
