I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone

Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
