Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

Eventually managed to do a live chat with someone who after some more tinesaid he would have to transfer me to the dedicated team who were just about to finish and would I want put through to them, which seemed pointless.
