    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @VodafoneUK Im customer of 20 years. Ordered a new phone & awaiting confirmation for 3 days. Called customer services & given 2 options: 1. Call the store myself 2. Wait another 4 days & reorder, As the operative couldn’t send an email. You are a telecommunications company!

    @Mr_Jimbob @VodafoneUK You are right. I saw it as an empty ‘thank you’. Like their service. I mean, he is happy to help me with my upgrade but he is not actually being helpful as he didn’t provide me a link to the available information nor a simple ‘thank you’ for your custom.

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please explain why the mobile app NEVER works. Everytime I have tried to use it in the past two months it has failed. Updates etc are all current. This is not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK has there been an issue with mobile network in BD20/BD23 area at 15.15-17.00 today? Dad was trying to ring my mum to collect him from hospital and it constantly said, ‘This person’s phone is switched off’. Phone wasn’t off and full signal. Eventually worked after 5pm.

    The @VodafoneUK "My Vodafone" / dashboard thing is absolutely terrible... and my Data Only SIM keeps not working... I signed up for a 2GB / 90-day SIM for a project, and it's failed twice already. I've likely used < 5MB. When it fails, there is *zero* clarity on why.

    @VodafoneUK All I want is a correct invoice, for the price quoted, no more phantom charges and broken promises and no more 2 hours on the 'phone to get very little further, other than realising more promises unfulfilled, and 20 minutes typing a DM to someone who's disappeared.
