-

@VodafoneUK Happy to enter thank you as long as I don’t have to have Vodafone as my network. I have my reasons after being a loyal customer of 15+ years.

-
Rachel Addy (@ReaddyUK) reported from Croydon, England
@VodafoneUK Totally shocked that a communication company like @VodafoneUK can't communicate enough to sort out a new service! Guess they have too many customers already.
-
Millie Coulter (@MillieCoulter) reported from Banstead, England
@VodafoneUK hey. We’ve just switched to a new provider of broadband, will you automatically stop our payments to you once that’s live or do we need to cancel our direct debit?
-
Si (@SiKing1243) reported from Redhill, England
@VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!
-
Matt Scammels (@Matbeluca) reported from Banstead, England
Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Ange Gilly (@angegillis) reported from Lambeth, England
@VodafoneUK I’m being bombarded by spam/robot calls every day from different 7785 numbers. I’ve had 7 already today. Besides blocking these individually, is there anything Vodafone can do to help with this?
-
Helen Cook (@HCook13) reported from Lambeth, England
Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks
-
bill (@bill_goldie) reported from Hextable, England
@VodafoneUK Charlotte, I spent four hours on Saturday trying to upgrade 2 company handsets, the wrong phone was confirmed and today I have been on for another hour arranging to send it back. Further away than ever from actually getting our new phones. Service systems designed to fail
-
Chris 🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England
@VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?
-
Jessica Pollard (@jessicapollard) reported from Bromley, England

-
Sandra Lema Siaba (@Sandra22199329) reported from Lambeth, England

Ben Dodds (@BenDodds3) reported from Lambeth, England
@VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom
-
BEN GIBSON PHOTO (@bengibsonphoto) reported from London, England
@VodafoneUK Ah so I’m paying my bill to have little to no service in and around my house during a lockdown, excellent
-
Chris 🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England
@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.
-
Stephen Ball (@stephendball) reported from London, England
@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Just tell them you are cancelling your contract but still want to use their network, that usually works. #holdallthecards #nophoneisbetterthanabadphone
-
Chris D. (@Hitchcockatoo) reported from Redhill, England
@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

@VodafoneUK The person who deserves some #VodafoneTreats the most is my wife - both of us working from home but she's been on the shielding list for the last 12 month, so not allowed to leave home for most of it added to that she lost both parents late last year. So a pretty crap 12 months!
-
Tom Littlehales (@TomLittlehales) reported
@VodafoneUK It's clearly a large outage, so why not do what what everyone is expecting and just provide an update for everyone? Instead Vodafone's acting as if tens of people are all simultaneously have issues and it's a coincidence.
-
Sharon Lane (@sharoneclane) reported
@VodafoneUK Hi, I have a Sure Signal which normally works well but I’ve had problems since Monday. Phone keeps sporadically losing signal despite all Sure Signal lights being on. Then it suddenly has full signal again. I’ve reset SS several times but no joy. Can you help please?
-
Ania (@AnnieEwa) reported
@VodafoneUK @Fordo2016 So you havent answered to the complain or addressed anybody else BUT the good comment? Never will I ever have a phone with Vodafone. Disgraceful.
-
vaudron thomas (@startyyy) reported
@VodafoneUK I have been trying the last couple of days to find a solution. Right now it’s clear: 60pounds a month, no international cover as it should be when we signed 5years ago, 650pounds to cancel. Is that normal?
-
Leanne Forster (@leanneflan) reported
@VodafoneUK My momma has been wonderful. After being furloughed from work, she's allowed me to move back home, supported me, come out of retirement to work on the test and trace service, and generally been an all round good egg. She's also been driving me back and forth to my volunteering
-
Amy Murphy (@Amylovespink83) reported
@VodafoneUK The person who deserves some #vodafonetreats the most is my partner Simon. He works at sea and was unable to get home straight away when I was taken ill and in hospital. He’s due back to work soon and his phone is damaged now. So a new phone would really help us both 🙏

N O E L 🌈☕🚘🎢 (@N19785) reported
@VodafoneUK If your thinking of taking up the great offers on Vodafone broadband, think again.. 7 days since installation, over 8 hours on phone, no connection, no sign of connection, every call ends in wait 72 hours for them to try to resolve. Appalling service ☹
-
Krishna Gandhi (@KrishnaGandhi) reported
Does anyone else have service issues with @VodafoneUK broadband. Constantly drops connection. Customer support is a waste of time.

@VodafoneUK I understand that you're trying to help via DMs but waiting for 20 mins in between each message is extremely time consuming. Can you provide a direct number for the broadband team? (who won't ask me to go online to troubleshoot?) thank you
