    @VodafoneUK Thank you, much appreciated. I really do mean that. I’ve been a customer since before Vodafone was Vodafone (used to be Peoples Phone!!) and this would be really helpful right now being stuck indoors trying to not only care for my son, but home school him too.... 🙏🏻

    @VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK so 40 minutes on hold to cancel contract as I am not satisfied as to service Vodafone provides. I think the call wait time vindicates my reasons.

    @paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

    Can someone from @VodafoneUK contact me pls ASAP. I’ve been a customer since you were #PeoplesPhone &I’ve just had to do my upgrade over the phone (Tammy) as the online&Tobi options were quite frankly useless. Tammy was GREAT, BUT she couldn’t add my 20% discount on. Oh dear....

    @herobelfast @VodafoneUK Their customer service is appalling! It took me 3 months to sort out mine they owed me money!! Email Vodafone customer relations that's how I got mine sorted. I'm now a plusnet customer tried 3 but signal wasn't strong enough in my area.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. Could you explain why your contracts are over priced for those devices without 5G compatibility? Since you know some phones are not compatible, why price them like that and then expect your customers to pay for a service you know they cannot benefit from?
