Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?
