But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since
