  Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
