    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    @mfarmersmarket @VodafoneUK I once waited over 2 hours. I wouldn’t mind but I’m not even a customer but was trying to report that a phone had been fraudulently bought in my name. Ended up sending them a DM with some choice words.

    @VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

    What’s wrong with @VodafoneUK. Calls keep dropping and signal keeps switching between 4G with one bar to 3G with two bars to E. Happy Holidays!!

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    @VodafoneUK are a terrible company aren’t they. Left a good decade ago myself, first interaction today to replace (with an upgrade) my son’s damaged phone. After a half an hour discussion we were promised a call back at 7:30. Andddd nothing. Ugh

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 I’m so close to cancelling my new broadband service (that still isn’t up and running). Active date was 31/10/2022. Your advisors I’ve been calling (probs wasted at LEAST 3 hours on phone calls) are not helpful. They all tell me something different, no consistency

    @VodafoneUK tryed to top my phone up this morning, cant top up as when press keypad, it doesnt get recognised. Nothing wrong with my phone, problem must be on your end with automated service.
