Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

@VodafoneUK Whilst I’ve stayed loyal to Vodafone over the years, I do find the signal where I now live - North Cornwall - is much diminished compared to Berkshire and Hampshire. Local residents complain regularly, only to be told the signal is ‘fine’. 🫣😕

Why is it so difficult to get a good deal from @virginmedia or even change to @VodafoneUK for fibre broadband? £55pm for 200mb is too expensive, Virgin. @VodafoneUK, I want to spend my money but your agent knew nothing. Both are offering shambolic service. #BrokenBritain
