    @thameswater your website is complicated and awful to navigate on a phone. Trying to sort out moving address. Look st other websites. @VodafoneUK easy @SSE easy and I mean easy to navigate. @thameswater like pulling teeth from a rocking horse. Please sort this out. Omg.the phone

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK Fobbed off yet again. I sincerely regret having a contract with a company that has the worst customer service I have ever come across (and I have dealt with Ryanair recently!) shameful. Still in the same position I was in before and now on night 2 of trying to sort it out 🙄

    @VodafoneUK my mum has tried 3 times today to ring & speak to a sales advisor about upgrading from a sim-only contract to a monthly iphone deal, & every time she’s rung, she’s been waiting over an hour in a queue & no answer. Where is the customer service? Disappointed customer👎

    @VodafoneUK 2 hours queueing to get through to you tonight. I get everyone has staffing issues but that is ridiculous. You sent me a sim with no details of the number-no information on my account page of the new plan, and the sim does not connect. Pls advise how this gets fixed

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for the help! Changed my plan over on the website :) I doubt it but, is there any way to get any money back since my plan ended so long ago without me knowing i had to change it manually? I was paying £45 more than I'm going to be. Thanks for the help!

    @VodafoneUK I tried the bot yesterday & they told us to call you. I’m going round in circles & not happy. Can you please pass this tweet on to a member of your sales team & ask them to DM me tomorrow to arrange a call-back since we can never get hold of a sales advisor!
