I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
