    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK thanks for the crap service I’m getting from over the phone to in store in Crawley. No one wants to help. My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Get in contact with the financial ombudsman, i work at a phone service provider (not vodafone) and after like 8 weeks of no resolution to your case you have to legally be provided with the ombudsman’s details (you can also find them online)

    @VodafoneUK Broadband has been down over 8 hours, said it was fixed but they lied. After 3 online chats it's now been referred to 2nd line who will look at it within 48 hours. When you work from home, this is not good enough. Only been with you 4 months and this is the 4th fault.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK There is a lack of decent consumer protection programmes on TV and Radio with clout these days. This kind of terrible customer care by @VodafoneUK and others needs to be named and shamed. Can't help thinking we need something better than Twitter, long running issues get lost.

And ensure those involved are dealt with appropriately. I suggest they be moved from a customer facing role immediately.
