It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK I have taken out a new SIM only contract through Carphone Warehouse with Vodaphone but you are charging me for my old contract and sim!!! All I need you to do is to transfer my number over to the new contract but I have to fill in forms. Utter nonsense terrible customer service
