Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.
