Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

@Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

I've just moved house and it's going to be weeks until @VodafoneUK can press a button and connect me to broadband internet. In the meantime I've discovered BT WiFi and frankly it's a brilliant, albeit expensive, temporary solution

I've been on the phone to @VodafoneUK for 24:38 now, to cancel a mobile broadband SIM I tried to cancel in September, then February. I've spoken to two people: they both said, "I can't deal with this, I need to transfer you." The conversations were both about 2 minutes each.

@VodafoneUK Sadly large parts of Cornwall still have no signal, from any supplier not just VF. One day a network provider will care enough to put up enough masts to cover the rugged countryside and coves and wow they are going to have a flood of customers to them.

Sad when you have to call your service provider of over 10 years @EE to upgrade your phone after much thought and deliberation. And then you get a rude and abrasive person with little or no patience. We've all suffered in this pandemic. Been thinking about @VodafoneUK switch too!
