ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

@paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

How I hate @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 2nd time phone in for repair in as many weeks - explained its battery drainage problems but they say they can’t find anything wrong & r sending back. Tied to my contract til May. There r real safety issues to not having a phone that works.
