    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @mfarmersmarket @VodafoneUK I once waited over 2 hours. I wouldn’t mind but I’m not even a customer but was trying to report that a phone had been fraudulently bought in my name. Ended up sending them a DM with some choice words.

    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    @VodafoneUK Between having good service and internet coverage in my local area with better deals than competitors oh and some free Pop!funkos this year would be a bonus and free costas which actually work rather than the codes all of a sudden be gone when advertised
