On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

Cancelled 3 times, paid twice more as thought it was a mistake, then they "couldn't find my account" so we assumed closed. Two years later I went for a mortgage & found I had bad credit history. Took a month to sort out & nearly lost the house we were buying

They wouldn’t speak to me without speaking to the bill payer… now unless they have 4g in heaven that would be impossible but they just didn’t see the problem!

In the end the debt collection agency Vodafone sent after us due to their own error was working with us alongside the ombudsman to fight them. Took a year but worth it. Vodafone will never change, avoid like the plague

Signed up with credit card but couldn't cancel after end of contract. Numerous threatening phone calls from them, eventually had to cancel credit card. Can't believe they're still at it.
