Pudding (@no1snoopyfanuk) reported from Brentford, England@VodafoneUK Thanks Ray, however I now need to escalate this complaint. I've spent over 3.5 hours trying to resolve this amicably. I just need someone to close the account, confirm it's closed and stop hounding me for funds not owed. Could you provide a complaints email address please?
-
Ange Gilly (@angegillis) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK is there something wrong with your website? Been trying to download my bills in My Vodafone and it’s painfully slow and keeps timing out.

Olivia twist (@OTwist_69) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@VodafoneUK honestly you don’t know how to keep your customers happy too? Is all your customer complaint handlers in Egypt? Is there any in uk? I’m not happy at all
-
Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England@VodafoneUK I would love any messages at all since you turned off the internet and mobile phone at Brentford’s High St and Ealing Road - when will you supposed idiotic ‘secret’ upgrade which has knocked out our signal for two week be done?
-
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.
-
SpeakTheTruth (@uk_scratchcards) reported from Richmond, England@VodafoneUK network down since last 3 days in TW7 postcode .. worst service ever.. #vodafone
-
Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England@VodafoneUK @samwarburton_ @lionsofficial No because you turned off out internet access and mobile phone signal with your ‘secret’ upgrade - any chance you could turn it back in again so we could watch something!? Anything?

Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England@vodafoneuk Hi guys, when will slow data speeds and dropped calls be relooked into in the TW136AW area? Customer services are saying it's all been fixed for weeks, but calls are still dropping, and speed tests on 4G and 5G are horrendous even outside. Have reset network settings…
-
John Watton (@jwatton) reported from Hounslow, England@VodafoneUK You see, Harriet, you sent me a code over text and I had no service. I just gave up as you need to understand I’ve now spent 4+ hours on this chatting, tweeting, going in store and it still isn’t back to normal.
-
Pudding (@no1snoopyfanuk) reported from Brentford, EnglandANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡
-
Chris 🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.
-
Farhoud Mohajer (فرهود) (@FarhoudSMohajer) reported from Kensington, England@AmirNrfkn @VodafoneUK It’s a telecom company- it has one job! Finally cancelled the contract based on not being happy with services 5 hours of my live never gonna get back

Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England@VodafoneUK Stop ignoring us and sending us stupid machine generated emails giving false deadlines and cheerily telling us it’s an upgrade WE HAVE NO INTERNET OR PHONE
-
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England@vodafoneuk hey guys, is there any chance that you will start to accept @starling_bank as a direct debit payment method, when taking out a Sim only contract with you? At the minute, it seems like you can’t use them. You just get errors all the time.

Michael MacAulay (@mistermac97) reported@hollymorgs @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Hi Holly, I'm sorry to hear your father's issues. Sadly this is an all too familiar story. They do not take responsibility. Vodafone should be able to give your father unlimited data under their Stay Connected Promise
-
Adam James (@atjames88) reported@VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.
-
Robin Nakamoto (@RobinNakamoto) reported@VodafoneUK How about you fix your 5G instead?
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Bob Baird (@VanDeretto) reported@VodafoneUK Why am I getting so poor 4G coverage in KA9 1UH?
