Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

I just need someone to close the account, confirm it's closed and stop hounding me for funds not owed. Could you provide a complaints email address please?

They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.
