@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

Though not sure if other companies are any better? In 5 years time internet outages will hopefully be something 'we had to deal with back then'.
