    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @mattpprice22 @VodafoneUK I’m nearby and spoke to somebody on a live chat who said it will be fixed within a couple of hours. Mine has been down since around 5pm.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

Sure they’ll send you a pointless questionnaire after so they can state 94% of our customers answered positively… We have found @zeninternet to be an exception and actually talk to you like a human.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience. When the debt collection agency rang I told the extremely rude lady demanding money off me to come and get it, but she better bring friends. Plenty of them. They never rang again.

    @DuncanMhor @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This happened to me. Cancelled 3 times, paid twice more as thought it was a mistake, then they "couldn't find my account" so we assumed closed. Two years later I went for a mortgage & found I had bad credit history. Took a month to sort out & nearly lost the house we were buying

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had the exact same when my dad passed away. The last time I phoned to cancel his contract for the 6th time…. They wouldn’t speak to me without speaking to the bill payer… now unless they have 4g in heaven that would be impossible but they just didn’t see the problem!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Tried to cancel my partners account 9 years ago. In the end the debt collection agency Vodafone sent after us due to their own error was working with us alongside the ombudsman to fight them. Took a year but worth it. Vodafone will never change, avoid like the plague

    @GeorgeMonbiot Had almost identical experience with @VodafoneUK years ago in the days of dial-up internet. Signed up with credit card but couldn't cancel after end of contract. Numerous threatening phone calls from them, eventually had to cancel credit card. Can't believe they're still at it.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We complained to the industry ombudsman but the complaint was only partially upheld - it didn't feel like an impartial process. I hope you get it sorted
