@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs! Let you upgrade and order and then decide to tell you they have stock issues and keep delaying you while charging you full price and extra charges on your previous phone. Then refuse to refund you! Out of pocket for their issues! @VodafoneGroup
