@BookishQuine @VodafoneUK They also delibrately cold called and mis-sold my elderly Gran a monthly data plan, when she was on a barely used PAYG. Knowing full well her nokia didn't even have the ability to connect for data. Even after lodging a complaint they refused to cancel the contract and refund.
