Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

I hate my phone but I'm locked into a £37pm (!!!) contract with @VodafoneUK until Nov 2023. That's the earliest date I can upgrade.
