    Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK @tclmoveuk appalled to have bought my daughter TCL watch & after two visits and two hours at the Angel store for it not to work. A ‘child safety’ product fundamentally needs to provide the service it advertises. #incompetent #charlatans

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    Wow what absolutely rubbish customer service from Vodaphone , lied to twice about when Phone would be delivered and told hopefully I will now receive it 12 days after ordering it .Originally told it would be delivered next day !!!!! @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    @VodafoneUK Honestly the worst network provider. Trying to charge £1000 a month, then cutting off our service, then when contacted about it, they cancel the account entirely. Don’t care about ya customers whatsoever.

    @VodafoneUK Nope, just my phone. Been doing it for well over a year. And every now and then have issues. But this time not getting slow connection I lose connection for a second but that crashes everything. Now I work from home contact center I speak live to people.

    Bought a new screen protector and camera screen protector and THEY SUCK. I hate my phone but I'm locked into a £37pm (!!!) contract with @VodafoneUK until Nov 2023. That's the earliest date I can upgrade. After being a customer for over 10 years, this is such a slap in the face.
