    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Tried that and absolutely nothing, no response!! Been with Vodafone years and this is the last in a long line of issues, maybe time to move on. It isn't good when you can't communicate with a communications company. No wonder I don't bother to fill in the customer surveys.

    .@VodafoneUK Serious question. Do you take phone calls at Customer Services? - On my 3rd attempt having been sent down a blind alley by the call handling system, then cut off, now on a 5 min wait in silence with no announcements or MOH to tell if I'm still 'connected'.

    One thing that has drastically fallen during pandemic/ working from home is #CustomerService OR #customerexperience . All these giant companies like @AmazonUK @VodafoneUK provide a service that’s 2/10 (where 10 is the best). Agents have no clue about what they speak. Aim @ PROFIT
