As usual shit service from @VodafoneUK Got an upgrade in Jan that is faulty Taking 6 months to change for a like for like Now the phone is no longer available Speak to customer services 4x & nothing This is why you have the worst customer service reputation Sort it out

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

@VodafoneUK . And so.... I upgraded my broadband last week and am still waiting for my boosters and backup dongle to be delivered. DPD now sending it back due to two missed deliveries. I am so annoyed, I may now cancel my upgrade. 1/2
