@VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

Beware a phishing scam perpetrating to be from Vodafone saying there is an issue with your account. A text from 07770 516247 says it's Vodafone and there is a link to log in but don't, they are after your bank details! Well done @VodafoneUK, but you're still in my bad books...

@sahdiaafzal @VodafoneUK @skytv If you get the right person on the phone at sky tho you can get a better deal even mid way through your contract. My bfs mum was paying a ridiculous price just for the sports and entertainment package, never questioned it. Phoned and it got like halved!

@O2 6/8 On one occasion I was left hanging on the phone for 8 minutes before been hung up on. All I want is a simple POP for my records as I stated earlier, so if this is what you lot of idiots call customer service then I am glad I changed to @Vodafoneuk last year.
