@VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

@VodafoneUK I have now interacted with your customer service and the vue customer service explaining my issue in writing, twice. Both bot interactions. I've lost tickets twice in the last week through having to isolate. Now this. How much money for nothing do you require?

@VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

@VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

Hi @VodafoneUK, have had real issues with signal over past week in IP4 5 area. I think the mast maybe on top of the tower block of Ipswich Hospital, they had a large crane there last weekend which seems to coincide with the issue - believe other providers may also be affected.

@VodafoneUK I transferred my mobile number to you from Three and took out your OneNumber plan which I was told that I would get a physical sim card for my iPhone and a eSIM for my Apple Watch Ultra 2. After registering with you and given my username and password I downloaded your My Vodafone app where I have been unable to login to my account can you tell me why I am unable to login.
