@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

@BBCWatchdog I’ve spent over 12 hours on the phone with @VodafoneUK in the past two months. Raised a complaint last month and I end up going round in circles and never get any answers. No ability to escalate. Is this acceptable? #Vodafone #vodafonebroadband #poorcustomerservice
