    @VodafoneUK Awful non-service in store today. Waited 20 mins whilst staff tried to help someone with a Spotify login. Didn’t even get a hello or be with you shortly. Was going to going to discuss an upgrade. Now thinking I’ll change networks.

    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @ColettiHostler @VodafoneUK I've been battling with Vodafone for a year now and I'm not gunna let them win.They turned around to me to day saying that I have not brought up any problems. I use the chat bit on the app weekly to try get this sorted and apparently it saves all conversations but mine are gone.

    Alright @VodafoneUK, this appears to be the ONLY way to get in touch with you since chat and phonelines are never available. I've moved house & signed up and was given a date 6 WEEKS from now to be connected! Seriously? you don't need to invent the internet, it already exists!

    So you return your iPhone to @VodafoneUK via one of THEIR stores. Somehow fails to arrive to the warehouse/trade in team and your trade in discount doesn’t get applied?! 3 Months now! How does that work?! No help from customer services. Outrageous #tradingstandards
