Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK I have been cheated by @VodafoneUK. They are wrongly billing me for an ipad on contract deal with a sim which i never ordered as that is how it works. I ordered it on the 8th Feb 2021 upon a marketing phone call by a gentleman from vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Oh and I've spent over 3 weeks and approximately 20 Hours talking to them to get nowhere. They are an absolute shambles. Disgusting service & staff that are not correctly trained. I have 36 years of Customer Service experience & I wouldn't do what they have done.

I don't normally moan but @VodafoneUK have really peeved me off. After 30 years with them, I've been lied to & let down by 16 customer service members. They've just happened to lose a recorded call for a promised upgrade & tried to bribe me with a £100 credit to drop my complaint

@Nizbit23 @VodafoneUK I've got my PAC code and going to look elsewhere. The thing is one of my Twins is head of IT contracts for a company and she told them about the bad service I've had and now as they were looking for a new provider they've decided to set up with EE.
