    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK so 40 minutes on hold to cancel contract as I am not satisfied as to service Vodafone provides. I think the call wait time vindicates my reasons.

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately when I needed to speak to someone at Vodafone when I needed it the call was never answered and that was the reason why I cancelled the contract within the 14 day cooling off period but Vodafone didn’t honour that agreement. I’ve written to ofcom

    After twice spending 3+ hours @VodafoneUK customer service just trying to get the deal they agreed with me (+ even then I still had to pay more than they agreed) the final insult as the website sends me round in circles when I try to leave + "no agents available to help"
