Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK Ok. Well good luck. I’d probably log an incident and associated with, or create a problem record so you can effectively update all of your affected broadband users when it’s resolved. EA is quite a big platform and it does work on other networks.

@OPPOMobileUK @VodafoneUK That is very kind of you, sadly Vodafone weren't interested in being helpful...instead they put the price up on what I had previously purchased, which I notice has come down again after the gift pack has now gone, me thinks this was capitalising on your offer given its popularity

@VodafoneUK Absolutely ludicrous that an Internet connection can be down for over a week with no resolution. Easy to blame @OpenreachHelp but the lies and blatant BS makes you look like amateurs. Worst customer service ever. Noone should be using your pathetic services.

Anyone else on @VodafoneUK having connection issues this morning? Not great when it’s your Wi-Fi and mobile network. Can’t wait to leave for a proper provider asap.
