    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is abysmal and rude. I have 2 contracts with 11gb and 30gb of data. Last month i was told my 11gb data finished within 2 weeks. It does not make sense but agreed nevertheless. I started using wifi when indoors and hardly use it outside.

    @VodafoneUK hi can you help I have my broadband with you. I unfortunately had a house fire in my house which means I can’t live there is there away of pausing my payments orgetting a dongle instead until I can move back in which is going to be 6 months away
