Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK Hi Simon. This appears to be a troubleshooting guide on wifi issues. Since I had issues streaming live and pre-recorded, I have connected the TV to the router via the Ethernet cable and the problem has persisted. I have spoke to multiple operators and they have said it’s a 1/2

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service for Sean after placing an order directly on vodaphone’s website received all confirmation emails from vodaphone. Then receive a text saying there has been a technical issue and to ring vodaphone.

1 year of utterly crap broadband from @VodafoneUK (max 10mbps) where I was blamed, BT openreach were blamed & my house was blamed, despite me telling them it was their router. Guess what, I got a new router from Zen and everything now works perfectly.
