Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for getting back to me. I’m always very cautious of buying online since last summer. I went to purchase a speedboat - nothing fancy just an old tug. I payed £2700 only to receive a model one around the 1/600 scale mark. Never again!

@SamsungMobile my zflip3 was poorly made and I should have sent it back, but I didn't know this was a manufacturing flaw that would get worse! You or @VodafoneUK need to honour your warranty that seems to be worthless! This would never happen with @Apple !
