Are @VodafoneUK prioritising their hardware and infrastructure towards their 5G offering? I suspect so. Trouble is, my phone (iPhone 11) isn’t 5G capable, and the fact it came as part of a two year contract, leaves me feeling very bitter about the whole thing.

@VodafoneUK I've come to the end of the road with this. Mid way through a chat asking me to supply details I've already supplied. It's groundhog day. I spent all of yesterday running around and no fix I'm behind with my work and 3 weeks later I have just accepted that i've been conned.

@VodafoneUK Thanks but why not just send me a final account— cancelling a DD does not imply a refusal to pay but merely does not let you withdraw money without my permission so therefore should not be considered a payment default. Totally had it with #Vodafone and poor service tbh.

@skyli_realme Lol for us in Southampton city center if 3G is taken out we won't get anymore signal as the 5G and 4G are in "maintenance " since 4 months @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I will respond when i have time to carry out the checks but in the meanwhile will plan to cancel my DD and wait for you to bill me if you stick to your position with the ETF in which case i will involve Martin Lewis
