Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK how or who do I call to cancel an upgrade. I upgraded and paid upfront on FRIDAY, shop didn't have phone in YET AGAIN. Having to wait 3 days to get a phone. Do you actually keep ANY stock in ANY of the stores? This is the 4th time, cancel my contract!! 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK No thank you, I endured 4 day's of different excuses from Vodafone & hours of my time wasted so I found another mobile provider instead who are much more efficient and provide excellent customer service. Would not recommend Vodafone to anyone.
