Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I’ve had the worst customer experience tonight… Passed pillar to post for 3 hours trying to get my broadband set up only to be told to call back tomorrow. Nobody seems to take ownership and phone lines cut out and live chats disconnect! Sort it out!!!

@VodafoneUK Have tried everything and nothing is fixing it. They always say a few hours but by the morning it's fine and then in the evening at around 7ish it's messed up again and the same reply there is an issue again!

@VodafoneUK Hey there. 4G speeds in AL4 this morning are very slow and sluggish again. I know it’s not network settings, as I was on Vodafone 5G last night in NW1 and connection speeds were excellent. Is AL4 a problem area this morning? Using the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Hey @VodafoneUK can I ask is Vodafone aware of any problems with 4g data in the central Scotland 🏴 especially ML3 postcode area as of now I currently have 3 bars of 4g signal & nothing will load over 4g at the moment
