Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

If you are considering to get @VodafoneUK please don't! you will end up paying for nohing. i work in central london and i cant even play a video on youtube. signal bars will show you 5G for sure but thats a lie its not even 1G. i can't wait to end this contact. 1/2

whenever you complain @VodafoneUK cuntomer care team will send you a link to check service in your area according to that link you are having 5G thats all. Basically im paying everymonth for nothing. can't wait to end this contract. horrible horrible network

Hi @VodafoneUK - have had a very interesting 5 years as a customer of your very expensive (and now defunct) One Net service - and Broadband, neither of which worked, which along with poor customer service further compounded the frustrations experienced by my team & I.

@VodafoneUK Day 7: no landline, no broadband, no ETA for a fix. And no advance warning that Openreach were going to disconnect us. First update was 5 days after we were disconnected, to tell us you / Openreach hadn’t fixed it. Never mind, we have 1 bar of patchy 3G…

@VodafoneUK Oh wow firstly that extended battery life that it holds is just going to solve alot of issues when on the road or at work for longer shifts. Secondly...how durable it is! I can't lie, I do sometimes..🤔 often drop my phone haha.
