    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    Hey @VodafoneUK, I’m having issues with my 4G data on my phone. It’s saying it has it, yet it isn’t working (no apps are loading and I can’t google anything…). I’ve sent you a DM but unsure whether you have received the message (because of the automated system). (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK Hi Jay, I won't be doing that. Reliable is not the word I would describe your service as. As far as advisors go, do say hello to Theo for me. She knows why we've cancelled our contract with you. I hope she's less rude to other customers.

    Hey all, life tip for you - stay the hell away from @VodafoneUK Internet. Constantly going down and their customer service is the worst I have ever had from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK is there anyone there? Trying to sort my elderly father’s new connection and cannot speak to a human! He’s been left with no working landline. Crucial at his age to have a working phone! Poor service.
