Just like every month, I'm once again fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a stupid VAT invoice that they are LEGALLY REQUIRED TO PROVIDE! Every month, I'm told it will be fixed by next month! Every month it's a different issue, but still stupidly difficult! #AvoidVodafone

Online chat with @VodafoneUK from 18:39-22:23. Two orders placed and order numbers received. Apparently one order was ‘pending’ then ‘hasn’t gone through’ I asked for them both to be cancelled. Spoken to 3 team members online and one in store today. Appalling service! #Vodafone

Hey @VodafoneUK - I’m struggling at the moment. I pay for international data roaming & have been told I can use my allowance when I’m travelling (specifically USA right now). I have 4G but non of my data works. This happened when I was here last month too. Can you help?

When buying a new phone from @VodafoneUK be sure to go to the high street shop. The app and online use DPD who fail to deliver and the customers are liable for the costs of the undelivered phone according to vodafone. Vodafone request “raise a civil dispute with DPD” 👏🏼

BE AWARE. @VodafoneUK is the worst internet provider. We have lost internet almost every night for weeks and they deny it’s an issue. They are useless *****. Don’t believe their lies about fast internet. It’s slow. It’s unreliable. And they’re lying *****.

@jlandells @VodafoneUK Warning to anybody thinking of switching or signing up with Vodafone. Even after complaining again, you have cut off my phone service. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH Vodafone Broadband or phone. They cannot deal with any issues that arise.
