Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@virginmedia Nope, still down. And I'm training clients today. Thank God for @VodafoneUK whose 5G when using my iPhone as a hotspot has saved my job far too many times over the last 18 months when the service has one of its monthly outages.

Imagine taking a pac code from @VodafoneUK to @Plusnet (EE) and Plusnet transfer your number before you’ve even received your SIM card so they leave you with your line cut off… Not happy at all - shocking service😡👎🏻👎🏻

If you are looking for a pay as you go cellular phone service in the UK avoid @VodafoneUK They suck. Staff at their Oxford street branch are surly and unhelpful. Am getting rid of mine tomorrow. Suggestions for a better provider anyone?
