    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @VodafoneUK sky sports mobile app stopped working any ideas...."check network coverage" on 4G so no issues with connectivity

    @VodafoneUK No it’s ok I’m done you left me 4.5 months no phones still continued to charge me then offshore said they would clear bill they haven’t and because I rang due to you damaging my credit file you disconnect all my phones if that’s how offshore treat people goodbye👋🏼

    @VodafoneUK Which he then replied sharply “read me the text now!” So I did. To which he replied in a very sarcastic way saying so what’s the problem? You’re getting your phone in the end!

    @VodafoneUK Once again had to contact Apple as Vodaphone really did nothing. Service still almost non existent but they sorted out emails in 5 minutes one to one.

    @VodafoneUK My new phone won’t be delivered today due to your issues. Fair enough. Now you’ve just text me to say my previous contract benefits, Amazon prime, which I will be continuing on my new contract, have been cancelled before you even deliver the new one. Reinstate now.

    @VodafoneUK hi I've just changed devices today to an iPhone 13 pro max. Unfortunately, I'm not getting any 5g despite my plan supporting it. I know I live in an area with 5G as I use your 5G home broadband. Please help. Thanks
