  So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

  @VodafoneUK Do you have a customer service complaint email address for any manager? Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help?
