Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a PAYG handset & PAYG sim, and contacted Vodafone within minutes of placing the order, that I wished to cancel my order - I was advised this was cancelled. The next day I received my order. I called customer service waited 40 mins be passed....

@VodafoneUK hi. My husband is abroad and his network is not working. Roaming is on, set to automatic network search. 4G drops right immediately after he restarts his phone and can't make calls or send messages. He's on a paid contract and his destination is covered by his plan
