@VodafoneUK Data issues from 22nd 6 hrs chat and calls still not resolved easy option is to walk away but that just lets you off, offered to change my sim bundle on 2 phones to reset acc & buy 2 phones, offered compensation but no one is capable of Auth or completing, ombudsman?

@VodafoneUK I have videos of the numerous amount of times I was harassed during work hours. The same customers that would try and touch me and say the most awful things were still served and every store has a written poster that claims no harassment is tolerated. So why was I?

@VodafoneUK customer service is a joke. Phone to be told to go online and either the page is jumping or you talk to yourself and no one answers. I say I have a problem with my bill and get sent a copy of it. I know what the bill is that’s why I have a problem #frustrating

@VodafoneUK as if you're upping your prices when you haven't provided the 5G I'm paying for for months now... same lie about it being fixed and ever moving dates. £50 a month already for not even the full service. Poor effort.

Another night of @VodafoneUK technical support calls. 2MBPs mobile speed is unacceptable for 4G. 72 hours after elevation to Higher Tech Team...radio silence from Vodafone. Called tech support, still no explanation as to why no contact....now another 72 hour wait begins!

@VodafoneUK he said he always thought about it as I was the topic of fantasy conversations between guys at work. He even tried to order me food to my house and take me out because he felt bad for me loosing my job because he didn’t expect it. How SICKENING!

@VodafoneUK I get that you need my details and all that, but the time to help has passed. Already in the chat I've been passed to the 'dedicated' team, turns out it's the billing team, who can't help, and being transferred again. None of this is difficult, and you're getting it all wrong.
