    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    I actually think that @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup are actively trying to lose customers. After EIGHT calls, each one on ave 45mins long to try & upgrade plan I’m now told they need to disconnect me for up to a WEEK for my plan to activate !! Outrageous service !

    @VodafoneUK did a 400 mile round trip in November to help my elderly mum close her account with you which should have been closed in August. I even paid the extra fees incurred because of your error. Now you have charged her again. What do I have to do to close her account?

    While I am on rant about internet providers, I have dealt with 5 since moving house and I can categorically state that the worst customer service goes too... IT'S A TIE. Well done @virginmedia and @VodafoneUK, you win.
