    @VodafoneUK Hi Jay, I won't be doing that. Reliable is not the word I would describe your service as. As far as advisors go, do say hello to Theo for me. She knows why we've cancelled our contract with you. I hope she's less rude to other customers.

    Hey all, life tip for you - stay the hell away from @VodafoneUK Internet. Constantly going down and their customer service is the worst I have ever had from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID #vodafone

    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
