Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK signal great when colleagues are faltering, daily rewards with #VeryMeRewards and a customer service that actually listen and solve problems.

Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK called me because my sim only contract is due to expire and said that I needed to take a new contract. I asked if my current contract will continue month by month until I cancel, they said no. This is a lie, confirmed by their colleague. #scams #Vodafone

Just found I felt victim of a @VodafoneUK scam. Got a 1-month contract, but to cancel it I had to give a 30-day notice so I ended up paying two months. No amount of life experience prepares you for the telecom scams :(

@VodafoneUK Am I able to cancel my broadband online? I'm no longer in contract as I've been with you for about 5 years. But the price is just going up and up so I've decided to move to another supplier. Am I able to go straight to another supplier and have them sort it?
