@VodafoneUK The reason this is a problem is that because the phone automatically archives the text conversation then there is no easy to remember the number, which is a problem when you need to report a fraudulent or spam call/text

  • Romabusinesstip Roma Bhowmick (@Romabusinesstip) reported

@VodafoneUK So despite OUR best efforts we are still without network coverage and overseas!!!! Would suggest any SME consider NOT using #vodafonebusiness - useless when you need urgent help!!! #businesssupportfail #poorcustomerservice

  • cgallagher036 Ciaran 🇵🇸 (@cgallagher036) reported

@VodafoneUK Given that Google manage this system is it possible to get them to add the number to an Allow list? Google offer no easy way to report this issue for user ourselves, and given that it's an issue that seemingly affects all Vodafone users then could you raise this issue with them?

  • cgallagher036 Ciaran 🇵🇸 (@cgallagher036) reported

@VodafoneUK Yep, my problem is that each time I report a phone number my Android phone automatically treats the responses from 7726 as spam and automatically archives the conversation. Since this is a system you manage I wonder if it's something you can resolve?

  • kylerit7175 kyle ritchie (@kylerit7175) reported

@VodafoneUK hi, I’ve been using mobile WiFi to game for a while now but I’m now experiencing packet loss all the time which makes it unplayable. Network coverage is good and says there is no issues. Any help would be appreciated

  • cgallagher036 Ciaran 🇵🇸 (@cgallagher036) reported

@VodafoneUK Yep, my problem is that each time I report a phone number my Android phone automatically treats the responses from 7726 as spam and automatically archives the conversation. I thought the 7726 system was managed by yourself, I realise this isn't the case.
