So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK Hi Jay, I won't be doing that. Reliable is not the word I would describe your service as. As far as advisors go, do say hello to Theo for me. She knows why we've cancelled our contract with you. I hope she's less rude to other customers.

Hey all, life tip for you - stay the hell away from @VodafoneUK Internet. Constantly going down and their customer service is the worst I have ever had from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID #vodafone

@VodafoneUK @Stegwah There is a very much bigger problem in Sheffield/Chesterfield that that mans router. Complete Blackout. DSL lines up, no IP addresses. Please escalate internally as P1 outage.
