    @VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking after 1.5hrs on to CS they are saying we are not eligible for the rewards that made me refer to VF and made my father a brand new customer of VF! Telling me to phone Amazon and find out where our reward is! Is this what you call customer service?

    @VodafoneUK I have also been listening to customers experts telling me that I need a new price plan, I’ve been told how roaming works (I bloody know), and the favourite thing is, two times I’ve been promised a phone call if the fix they try doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK I wasn’t asked to test the socket all I was asked was to restart the route about 15 times and nothing was sorted. I have a flashing red light on my broadband device. I need this fixed and I need to know thst im not going to be charged for a service I’m not getting

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for years and yet once again my watch connectivity has dropped and I can’t get it back on advisor patronising offering me a costa voucher!! What good is that I want my watch connected yet I’m still waiting
