    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK You got the customer service you deserve. Karma for the nonsense you spout and the lack of care and compassion you have for people in the UK. I ordered a new phone on Friday and it arrived within 24 hours, Vodafone get 5 stars from me. Maybe you should be a better person?

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK It’s terrible. Some bloody incompetents have told them to work from home, seriously reducing their capacity. Not helped by people whinging in public though, hoping for special treatment. There is a thing called “chat” which gets immediate response. On the internet. IN-TER-NET 🙄

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK They are a disgrace. My mum has been with them for 18years, due and upgrade for 3 years never told her and said she could not upgrade to a free handset unless she upped her bill. 18 years @VodafoneUK are an utter disgrace they really are. She is 74. Disgraceful

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Honestly, you just have to be (un)lucky. I had problems with EE who couldn't be bothered to diagnose my problem at their end, moved to 3 who couldn't get WiFi working on tube. Went to Voda where everything worked but then had issues going from PAYG to Contract.
