@VodafoneUK Help, never missed a bill in 20 years, cut off in Singapore. Need to use phone to check into anywhere and approve identity. Cannot help me online. I use my phone and accept the charges and pay my bill. Please help me out of this mess.

@VodafoneUK Their automated system wants a number, except the number I had with them was ported out to another provider so that doesn't work. The number has since been taken on my employers into their account - with @VodafoneUK! So getting through to collections (?) is proving difficult.

@ee 7 days without internet, day 5 of bluster from your customer service / technical team, approaching 6 hours on your helpline, promises of call backs not made & responses dried up on DM etc. Do you think this is acceptable or should I try @VodafoneUK ?

Having a nightmare in Spain with Vodafone. Impossible to log into account because Vodafone security texts not coming through. They have not provided any alternative option except stupid computer bot @VodafoneUK
