Just now I phone #Vodafone . I was speaking to technical dep, twice phone was cut...third time again I called, after nearly one hour hold I go through and again technical person cut my call...nobody bother to call me Rubbish company ever Never recommend @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service is God awful. No help after 50 mins. Donia gave me attitude and told me she couldn't help as her shift had finished and refused to transfer me to a manger or arrange a call back.

@VodafoneUK Any particular reason your broadband speeds have been crap today. I pay for up to 63Mbps and today I am lucky if I got 5Mbps. Doesn't help with the internet also goes out ever 5 minutes when i am trying to work from home.
