    Hey all, life tip for you - stay the hell away from @VodafoneUK Internet. Constantly going down and their customer service is the worst I have ever had from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID #vodafone

    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    @VodafoneUK tried to renew on a SIM only deal, & was told they would need to dis/reconnect me. Was never reconnected so decided to leave but 12 days later, 3 phone calls, 2 shop visits, & hours on web chat its still not resolved when all I want to do now is port my number to VOXI

    @VodafoneUK broadband and customer service is the absolute worst. Didn't want to be that guy but you can't actually apeak to anyone at Vodafone to resolve issues

    @CISASUK I went through a complaint process via your online services. Clearly you are standing alongside with the big rich filthy company such as @VodafoneUK and made final decision against the suffering customers. Especially to vulnerable customer who could die any minute.
