So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

Been a @VodafoneUK customer for 15 years, Cracked my screen two months prior to contract completion. Absolutely no desire to help, still citing expensive contract end fee, still want a fee upfront for next phone and still quoting more than Sky for same phone/deal That's me off

@solbloke @EE are terrible for signal in our area. If I want to make a phone call, I have to stand at the top of my stairs! Regretting moving away from @VodafoneUK, always had signal with them.

@VodafoneUK vodafone service is not very good had faulty router so recycled. Vodafone sent another by DPD who wouldn’t hand over as wanted a return never told this by them. DPD said would return same day but didn’t

Wow. Thanks for nothing @VodafoneUK - disconnect my broadband this morning because you've accidentally cancelled my account, and offer to "fix" the problem by signing us up for a more expensive monthly reconnecting us in two weeks. Completely useless. 😠
