So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

Hey all, life tip for you - stay the hell away from @VodafoneUK Internet. Constantly going down and their customer service is the worst I have ever had from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID #vodafone

Have had emails from @VodafoneUK telling me I need to get ready for the 3G switch-off, but don't worry they're here to help. Have spoken to 3 different people there, and got 3 different answers about whether my phone can make voice calls over 4G. I guess I'll find out next year

@VodafoneUK is an absolute shambles. And support is the worst. Three times they send me a letter to say I need to return equipment. In which three times I have said that I never got the equipment as it is still with @dpdparcelwizard And now they sent me out a debt recovery for it
