  @VodafoneUK Hi Jay, I won't be doing that. Reliable is not the word I would describe your service as. As far as advisors go, do say hello to Theo for me. She knows why we've cancelled our contract with you. I hope she's less rude to other customers.

  So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
