If you are considering to get @VodafoneUK please don't! you will end up paying for nohing. i work in central london and i cant even play a video on youtube. signal bars will show you 5G for sure but thats a lie its not even 1G. i can't wait to end this contact. 1/2

@VodafoneUK explain why we were told we had a 1 year contract (taken out in 2022) yet are being charged early cancellation fees of £300+ (which we were told is because the contract ends 2024) ? and don’t give a bullshit response because we heard it on your complaint line (1/2)

@VodafoneUK have taken to ignoring me now … still no service . I’ve paid for 4 days of absolutely nothing . No service , no connection , can’t contact clients, pay bills, deal with banks . All of it made impossible by vodaphone do NOT move your account to vodaphone

23/23 Clearly, I'm a completely cheesed-off customer here. I have no issues with @VodafoneUK, mind you. I think they're absolutely brilliant. It's just that our little #relationship isn't working. .....and sadly, this is how our 💏 love story Ends!

@VodafoneUK What's the worst that can happen? I'm not looking for technical support. I'm looking for the internet that we've paid for. We've had NO internet for THIRTY DAYS!! Your last engineer finally diagnosed the router as faulty. Your online help says otherwise. Clueless the lot of you.

whenever you complain @VodafoneUK cuntomer care team will send you a link to check service in your area according to that link you are having 5G thats all. Basically im paying everymonth for nothing. can't wait to end this contract. horrible horrible network
