love how my technically inept self knows more about phones and networks than supposedly ‘trained’ @VodafoneUK customer advisors 🙃 another month without any resolution to my issues, another afternoon wasted on the phone. I wonder if you’ll compensate my time as well as my bill 🤨

Also @VodafoneUK if I have to listen to the same song on hold music for another moment I might implode if you’re going to provide a shocking service at least give your customers some bops to listen to whilst we age waiting for help

What a joke @VodafoneUK is had broadband problems and they said line fault across city and would be fixed wkend Feb 26/27 but still having trouble so they sent technician who said line fine but router faulty, rang them but refused technician report saying line fault so sent 2nd
