So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

Bizarre iPhone or network problem. No mobile data, except for a minute or so after I make a call. @VodafoneUK suggested the usual reset settings, reinsert SIM, turn it off then on again... no help. Any suggestions?

@VodafoneUK Hmmn, that's really not clear at all! And what's a "normal" speed? I currently get 90+ Mbps on my 4G connection so will I continue to get this? Sorry if this seems pedantic. I work in the industry and it's not clear to me. God help those not tech oriented.

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my plan today and receiving an error when I try to sign the Device Plan. Now being transferred to the the sixth person and nobody has a clue what I’m talking about. Disgusting customer service. @Becky_Hamilton5 here we go again
