    @stubamos @VodafoneUK It’s at the stage mate where I’m looking into going higher because I genuinely have never known a company like it, if you ring them, the automated service actually tells you to hang up - waits thirty seconds and THEN the phone rings. They do not want to speak to people.

    @VodafoneUK broadband engineer was supposed to attend today, didn’t turn up. Apparently it was ‘rejected’; no explanation by your telephone operator just now, no apology, and apparently I have to wait 24 hours to make a complaint??

    @NUFCLC @VodafoneUK So it mate. Got into a world of **** with them a few years back due to one missed payment and ended up in nearly £900 in debt. It was even worse when I tried arranging a payment!!!
