  @VodafoneUK Hiya, I've been struggling to get the android 11 download for a couple of months. I've cleared Google apps cache (all apps actually), made sure phone is charged and even upgraded my home WiFi and I've repeatedly restarted phone. Can you do anything to help, please?

  @VodafoneUK hi why isn’t my mobile date working for certain apps? E.g uploading/downloading photos on WhatsApp, Twitter app, Pinterest & LinkedIn? I’ve done all updates on my phone, checked all possible settings yet they’re still not working.

  @OnePlus_Support Can’t get WiFi Calling working on #oneplusnord on #VodafoneUK . Vodafone says it’s OnePlus fault and you need to update software. Is this true? Major network…Major feature not working! So, OnePlus, is it your fault WiFi Calling is not working on #Nord on Vf UK?

  @VodafoneUK Since October about POOR NETWORK- I got two accounts and pay significant amount of pay And today’s service is SIMPLY DISAPPOINTING- after over 1 hour conversation-transferred 3 departments and at last hanged up the phone without solving the poor!!! #poorcustomerservice _Vodafone

  @VodafoneUK just a heads-up the headset you sent from the rewards points on PAYG back in August 2020 have been disposed of in recycling due to a broken cable near the phone connection end that caused the right earpiece not to work. This is for reference purposes only. Thank you.

  @VodafoneUK, are terrible, the journey I have been on as a customer has been ridiculous especially a loyal one of over 15 years! If it’s been as hard for me to get a contract, DO NOT go with Vodafone!!! @TheSun
