So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK I pat you now. I now know what the issue is from other residents, essential maintenance....the disappointing thing is those on other networks were notified in advance, for vodafone...that was too much trouble

@VodafoneUK By the way I think it's shocking there's no feedback loop when you report a network issue using the link you shared. I've done it before and been equally disappointed. No contact details are taken and there's no confirmation the report has even been acknowledged.

@VodafoneUK everytime I want to use your app to check my amount of data left to use the app never works. Always an error or its undermaintenance. The years I've been using the app and I can count on 1 hand how many times it has actually worked. Error code 2115 this time.
