Hi @VodafoneUK, i've been a customer for over 15 years and now I have been told I have failed a credit report which is news to me. Please can you escalate this to Credit File Support. You and I have worked well together and I don't want our partnership end if unnecessary.

If your thinking of using @VodafoneUK dont! Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Sent me to a store to sort my issue out, spent 2 hours in there to be back to square one and store cant sort the issue! No goodwill gesture offered either. Terrible

Livid, tried to get a deal with @Mobilescouk and @vodafoneuk only went and failed my credit check. Customer for over 15 years, never paid a late bill, converted my wife & son to Vodafone & this is what happens. Nobody on the phones will help clear this BS up. #disappointment

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to add an additional line to my account but your website checkout isn’t working (and hasn’t been for several days). Call centre staff can’t help and just tell me to ‘try tomorrow’. Shall I go elsewhere or can someone sort this?
