Frustrated with @VodafoneUK I’ve had a text to say my entertainment bundle finishes in a few days. But it’s a good few months earlier than my contract ends. Surely the included service’s should run to the end of term, or does the monthly fee drop for the last few months???

@O2 @VodafoneUK You’ve got a mast issue at Junction 32 of the M62 that covers the offices and business. Data is not working/super slow. Was fine last week but back to being broken. Been like this for months 😡

and yet also seems to believe I'm in arrears. And apparently the only solution so far is for me to pay an -ADDITIONAL- £7.50 to clear it. @VodafoneUK what a ******* joke. Trying to force me to pay money I've already paid, that you've acknowledge I've already paid... again.
