@VodafoneUK I called Customer Services 3 weeks ago to say I’m moving house. After multiple phone calls and long wait times, I was told there’s an error and someone would get back to me. I’ve now moved, but still waiting!

@VodafoneUK Broadband down for the 5th time in as many months. Over an hour to log a fault on mobile chat and called for an update today and was quoted a mystical SLA of 3 days to fix with zero detail of fault and current actions. Vodafone stability & reliability is shocking.

My broadband speeds are so poor right now, I can’t even get the ‘Help’ chat to load. @VodafoneUK, this has been a month of decreasing speeds, now it’s a crawl. Disconnected, reset the router, new filter, but now 3.1Mbps.

@VodafoneUK what are you doing about the awful 3g/4g in Homerton/East London? The whole ambulance services iPads run on Vodafone and we've been struggling for months now. My two colleagues have Vodafone phones and are hotspotting off my EE 4g constantly as can't load even Google

been trying to contact @VodafoneUK since last week to pay my final bill on my phone contract, currently on hold for an hour to be told the cancellation fee I was sent by text is incorrect and is over £100 more!! Worst customer service going!!
