@VodafoneUK You have been investigating an issue with my account since Feb 2020. I spoke to over 80 people, spent at least 2 hours on each call. Every call someone promises with a call back but they never do, so i call back again and spent another 2 hours on the phone! Until..tbc

Absolutely Disgusted by @VodafoneUK customer services I work as a carer @VodafoneUK refused to give me a NUK that I need for my phone but kept giving me NUC that doesn't work I need an Network control key (NUK) I have got work tomorrow without a working mobile
