@VodafoneUK any update on the outage that was supposed to be fixed by 6am today please? Enquiry page just directs me to chat..which is closed outside of unspecified opening hours. Another day of being unable to work. Pathetic.

@VodafoneUK I've had the worst experience with Vodafone with morning. Spoke to 4 different people as the calls kept getting cut off - no solution, and they sent a WiFi boost to the wrong address. No one seems able to fix it either. Definitely going to switch to any other provider

@VodafoneUK Just been on the phone to your useless customer services. They told me that because the LOS red light is on they need to send an engineer out within the next 48 working hours, so I’m not probably looking till Tuesday with no internet (1)
