Quite frankly disgusting service from @VodafoneUK 5 hours I’ve spent on the phone trying to resolve an issue of Vodafone’s doing and no resolution on site! If your looking for an honest and transparent mobile operator I’d look elsewhere is I was you! #shockingservice

@VodafoneUK 3 weeks we’ve now been without internet, 3 times we’ve been given an activation date and 3 times we’ve been told we need to wait a few days while an issue is sorted… No-one told us there was an issue, no-one contacted us AT ALL. An absolute JOKE #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK This is the third time it has happened. And not once did anyone communicate that there was any issues. How can that be? My wife works from home and we’ve had to pay for MiFi in the meantime just so she’s still able to do so. Terrible service.

@eddytheaxe @VodafoneUK You would hope so. According to their last email my complaint has been resolved. They palmed me off to someone else while still denying their mistake and left them to fix it.

@VodafoneUK @SophiaThakur I’ve had my broadband installed 10 days ago have nothing but problems with it since install. No phone line, app not showing an active plan can’t use broadband service checker, broadband cutting out constantly. I’ve been on to support loads of times, still not sorted
