    @VodafoneUK Hey @VodafoneUK , what was the point in Tweeting this when, after looking into it, you first claim that the transfer is complete, and I should have the email, to telling me the email isn't working. Finally resorting to the, 'we did tell you 24hrs"? 19hrs with no service.

    @VodafoneUK I need help. My contract was turned off earlier cus I cancelled an additional plan and I contacted Vodafone who said they'll turn it back on and it'll take 2 hours it's been longer and it's still not back on? I can't call anyone/use data.

    @VodafoneUK your processes are terrible, my contract coming to end so want to change ge to sim only and carry on my employee discount but 30 mins later and being told need to do this online, what's the point of having a call centre. Can't wait to see what @O2 & @EE can offer

    @VodafoneUK @liosamaire @Ofcom I’ve made a few calls and used the online chat service for 5 days now and this issue is still unresolved. My request for an engineer to attend has been ignored. Very poor service. Same answer that it’ll be fixed in 24 hours and never is #poorservice

    @VodafoneUK Yes, it's all server side errors, they also happen when I'm logged out so you clearly have some sort of issue!

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my phone on Thursday & was told the new one would be in store on Friday. I need to cancel my contract and order a new one or someone needs to give me a timeframe as to when it will be delivered to store?

    Spent hours trying to resolve an issue with my @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK contract. Hours. Hours on Chat. Tobi the chat bot is now ghosting me. I Keep on asking for someone to speak to me. I have a catalogue of issues and I need an email address to forward this to Vodafone.
