@VodafoneUK Set up one of our old phones as an emergency phone for my mum, put £10 on it, one month later Vodaphone delete the unused £10, what a rip off. Custom service useless and won't reinstate the credit. Time to switch to another company.

@VodafoneUK Oh, and as a final detail, despite several emails to the effect that it's not compatible and despite lots of messages from a "Nirav" stating that it's not compatible, the information on the device says "Mobile voice network type - 4G" which suggests you're completely wrong.

@VodafoneUK So either your website is wrong, and you're selling goods that are not fit for the purpose for which they're sold OR your rep is wrong and it is fit for service. And I can't get a straight answer whether you've sold me junk with an extended contract or not.

@VodafoneUK worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Changed to new faster fibre in March .. it’s always stopping and now I have none at all . Given promise after promise .. on hold for hours .. links that don’t work .. absolute shambles .. but you’re still taking my money ?
