Well yet again I'm being fobbed off by @VodafoneUK with gigacube issues, so say they're calling in a week, told them if I'm still having issues i will be terminating my gigacube max package and going back to @virginmedia fibre especially now they've upgraded everything local

@VodafoneUK had to order a new sim contract at better rate due to you not being able to offer best price as existing customer. New sim arrives, I request pac to transfer old number only to be told I can’t and have to go through a 31 day period. Easier to leave!

@VodafoneUK your service to my partner has been shocking. Can’t upgrade his phone because of an error on his account, then can’t fix it after 7 days and tell him he may have to be disconnected then reconnected potentially leaving him without this phone for 5 days. Do better!
