So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

Hey all, life tip for you - stay the hell away from @VodafoneUK Internet. Constantly going down and their customer service is the worst I have ever had from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID #vodafone

@VodafoneUK @1981_Tarzan Honestly Trev, what is the point of asking people to keep trying the diagnostic app or the chatbot when it's apparent that the entire or substantial part of your broadband network is down. Not your fault but that's just daft and wasting people's time

Do you have engineers working today or are you lying & won’t have any engineers until tomorrow? Just be honest, some of us rely on service to work
