    @OldPeacock1972 @VodafoneUK Started locally removing 3G and the network service has been awful - strangely enough, my 11 year olds phone is on @VOXI_UK (£12 a month!) and he has a far stronger network signal…… and guess who provides Voxi their network 🫣

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK 14 years loyal customer 3 accounts 1 account out of contract since Sat Trying to upgrade but your customer service is shockingly bad! Been on chat over 2 hours and been transferred to 4 different teams. Rang and they don't care either. #useless

    @VodafoneUK never received such bad service ordered broadband with an activation date of the 04/04/23 now been given 3 diffrent dates for conection the latest one now being the 27th of June!!!

    @VodafoneUK Hello , thanks for contacting me . I tried the phone based customer support , but I didn't get any resolution . Just a suggestion that the handset might not be VOIP compatible. How can we know definitively if this is a handset problem .
