    @VodafoneUK Placed an order on the website for broadband, apparently due to your system error it didn't go through, now I have to order again online it's an extra £20 from what I paid. AWFUL customer service on the phone just got hung up on . Appalling experience from your staff.

    Hello @bt_uk Want to move my mobile to you on my account. Called into EE/BT shop Sorry can't help you with BT mobile? Need to call BT?? Just tried that, Sorry very busy at least 30 mins wait!! Does no body want business. 30yrs with @VodafoneUK couldn't care less about loyalty.

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @DorHibbs3 #sky is brilliant! Customer service one of the best. Don’t go near @Vodafoneuk absolutely atrocious. They wrongly disconnected me over 3 months ago and still won’t say when I’ll be connected. Terrible experience trying to deal with them.

    @SmileySibs @VodafoneUK I’ve had a terrible experience with @vodafoneuk too. Wrongly disconnected 3 months ago, and still waiting to be reconnected. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Definitely go with someone else. #sky has great customer service, I used to be with them.

    @Roxannemusic @VodafoneUK I just can’t imagine speaking to my clients like that! That’s awful that they did that to you! I’m so unimpressed and have been recommending them up until now. No longer!
