So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK Yeah, like pretty much everything else with Vodafone and CityFibre, that doesn't work either. I know why they haven't turned up, it's because I didn't respond to a message they sent THAT DIDN'T MAKE IT IMMEDIATELY CLEAR A RESPONSE WAS NECESSARY.

@virginmedia spent 2 days on your webchat, mostly waiting, trying to cancel contract as you can't offer me same deal as @VodafoneUK Pro Gigafast 900mbps for £30. Just asked again to cancel and been offered an £89 package, think it must be a joke. #VirginNoCustomerService
