@VodafoneUK a friend of mine is having difficulties with their mobile on your service, they can make calls etc but cannot receive calls, they’ve gone through all the usual of checking settings etc and they sadly still can’t get calls. Can you help?

So I had an email from @VodafoneUK telling me they are switching off their 3G service soon and I'll need to configure my phone to use 4G for calls. Been connected to their chat service for about an hour now trying to get it done. It is really not straightfoward.

Sir, Vodafone's network does not come at all from Shaheed Sthal Metro Station to Shyam Park Metro Station in Ghaziabad and the internet does not work at all, sometimes roaming is also started in it, its as soon as possible It should be solved. @vodafone @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn
