Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I didn’t know that @VodafoneUK customer care team was trained to shout at customers down the phone and then put them on hold for so far 45 mins and refuse to pick it back up! On top of that they are trying to charge me £180 for my bill! @VodafoneUK care to see explain this?

@VodafoneUK very disappointed we have customers in the CB10 / CB21 area with poor or no service now for over a week. We will no longer be recommending LTE as a viable alternative to broadband.

@_Baeanne @VodafoneUK @bt_uk I had the same issue you would either get an appointment next day or in a few days... They were quick with doing mine and getting me another appointment... Reason why they wont do it is because it would take them around an hour to sort their equipment

@VodafoneUK thanks for messing up my order, you said you attempted delivery via @DPDgroup_news but no note left. Spoken to your customer services who now have to cancel my entire order and then have it ordered again. So, no new phone before Christmas. Dreadful service.
