@VodafoneUK @MikeRuddick It’s not just the app, the web app doesn’t work via a mobile either. This has been going on all day and the same trouble a few days ago. You’ve got tons of complaints and had tons of time to rectify it so sort it out please. I don’t pay £30 a month for nothing.

@VodafoneUK It’s an issue for anyone trying to use Vodafone mobile data to try and access Twitter. There’s no pictures / videos / gifs displaying and often won’t connect to Twitter at all. It’s been going on over 24 hours now. I have an iPad and it won’t work. Tried everything.

@VodafoneUK We’ve interacted with the Bereavement team several times. They themselves have been given contradictory/inaccurate advice. Absolutely terrible service.
