    @VodafoneUK It’s not broadband it’s mobile wifi and apparently, according to your customer service rep, the problem isn’t her internet it’s Vodafone systems so I doubt there’s much you can currently do. Unless I was told a lie?

    @VodafoneUK bought a new phone and switched to you. I gave my pac at the time of purchase of the phone. I have had the sim in and switched on since yesterday evening but still not activated. Any ideas how long it'll be? My old phone and sim with another network is still working
