@VodafoneUK Got my new SIM today with 20GB data but not connecting to my phone.The web chat help was complete shambles.Twitter guy says I did something wrong. Never I mean never had such fiasco with Three, everything automatic. Just thought I should share. Will go store tomorrow

Seriously how difficult can it be for @VodafoneUK to sort out an issue with direct debits that they set up! An issue they created back in July with misinformation and it’s still not resolved but it’s my credit rating that gets a hit. Tried ringing and get no help at all!

@VodafoneUK I had the worst ever customer support from this company for Home broadband.If your router works the first time, praise your stars and carry on. Any problem with router if my experience is anything to go by please save yourself time nd stress, just quit.

Apparently it’s up to me to tell the debt collecting agency to ask them to stop bombarding me with messages etc…..which I have now done three times. Hence why I’ve asked @VodafoneUK to step in! A situation they caused but won’t fix. Zero customer care for £180pm

@VodafoneUK I had a SIM swap, sent phone in for repair, you couldn't fix the issue so you sent me a replacement phone. Replacement you sent is ROOTED and the bootloader is unlocked meaning its INSECURE and useless plus the issue is still there on the replacement phone either HELP

@VodafoneUK to my Flip Z 5G tucked Samsung watch but before I had iPhone with watch, iphone is no more but apple watch is, I asked to just cancel my eSim and told yes it is possible, contaced CS and after 56 min waiting I been told not possible, also returning samsung watch.
