@VodafoneUK Since the day I had my Home Broadband with you, I have been having severe issues wherein I am thrown out of MS Teams meetings because the network drops to zero. This has been going on for months now and numerous calls to your call centre have been a futile exercise.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK indeed is the wrost network. i have complaint several time but in vain. can't wait to end this contact. Network bar showing 5G but i can't even watch video on youtube. appearently i'm using 100GB data without using. this network is a joke.

Phoned by @VodafoneUK to check all was well. Raised a tech query and the call handler told me it would be passed immediately to the tech team for resolution. In fact I was passed to a chat agent who could not understand my query. No option given to talk to a real person. Fail!

Have previously been with @VodafoneUK and @VOXI_UK (Voda MVNO) and could use 4G calling & WiFi calling with my Pixel 3a. Now switched to @TalkmobileUK (another Voda MVNO) and it's not available. I don't understand why it wouldn't be available given it's the same network?
