    @VodafoneUK dealing with customer service would give anyone a stress heart attack. Abomination! I agree a contract for £19 you send me contract for £27 I spend an hour on phone 5 different people get nowhere. it’s a scam by time my statement comes cooling off period is finished

    @VodafoneUK It is already same team from Vodafone. I have given all details what they’ve asked from me! I have given my personal details, home address etc... and they couldn’t find my account. Spent 50 minutes... for today it’s enough! One day is 24 hours and your service has taken 5%

    @VodafoneUK you sent me a text about losing my spotify subscription, but I'm 6 months into a 24 month contract with spotify included. Support rang and just turned off the remainder of the subscription and now it won't reactivate???????????

    @VodafoneUK right, now I can't speak to telephone support without support asking me for my DOB, sort code, email address, date contract started, shoe size and favourite food. It is ridiculous, what is going on?

    Well @VodafoneUK what the hell are you playing at. U told me my broadband is up for renewal. Phoned you 4 times, & wasn't able to upgrade because the basket is down. Been told I'll have a 📲back, its been 3 weeks now. I know we are all working from 🏠, but come on #jokeofthemonth
