    No contact yet from anyone @VodafoneUK to sort this out. Can't go to a store as they have told us they can't do anything, webchat disconnected me after 2 hours of them trying after saying they cannot find using the name and address they put on their letters! DM unable to help.

    Hi @VodafoneUK My father passed away last year. My poor mum has become exasperated trying to speak to someone to change into her name and is now stressed as the broadband’s up for renewal. She can’t get past your automated switchboard. Can someone pls DM me a real contact?

    @asda @AsdaServiceTeam @VodafoneUK Omg! AVOID! paid for a sim only sim card a week ago. Still not arrived. CS are saying it might come next week, 2 weeks after I paid upfront. Asked for a refund, I have to email proof of purchase for something that I've never even received 😳

    @Pollys_Hatpin @VodafoneUK I have a disability as well and I think they way I was treated was criminal, I was treated as if it was my fault for not being able to pass a credit check with them, I’ve had no issues elsewhere yet it was my fault somehow
