@VodafoneUK Service in BT36 is still not working despite text messages yesterday stating otherwise. I can't call the suggested 191 to report this as I've got no network signal to do so. any idea what's going on?

Had the most appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. 5 days without broadband. 5 hours on the phone to be told they cannot supply the service to us. Could have told us this 3 weeks ago.

@g__j Your customer service is outstanding. Comparing this to @VodafoneUK whom I was on hold for 56 minutes and then they cut me off. Shocking service by a company who does not put the customer at the heart of the company unlike octopus.
