  @VodafoneUK so after 1hr 25 mins on hold, the rep finally tells me that that the 'Disconnection' team have gone home for the day and I now have to call again, even though I called 1 hour before close time. CLASSIC Vodafone customer care - can't wait to leave this 2nd rate service

  @VodafoneUK how do I enable Wifi calling on my Samsung Galaxy Fold? No options for it, can't find the info on your website. Since Vodafone sure signal has been deactivated I'm now left with a £100/month paper weight when I'm home and unable to use my phone to make calls...

  @VodafoneUK so how do I cancel a Vodafone phone contract when nobody ever picks the phone up?! Shouldn't there be an option to cancel online, especially when you can easily renew a contract.... 🤔🤔
