    @VodafoneUK I would rather you fix a problem that has been consistent since decemeber and putting me on the verge of cancelling this contract but my phone and data which all have the same problem. You will lose 3 customers due to faulty products which put u in breach of your own contract.

    @VodafoneUK I know more than the advisors do so that is a pointless option to follow up. The problem is packet loss due to vodafones terrible service. If you dont know what packet loss is then im sorry to say your as bad as the advisors.

    @OldPeacock1972 @VodafoneUK Also I live in the English. It helps if the people you provide to help your customers speak with an english accent and understand basic english phrasing. I do not wish to recieve help from someone who cannot understand my description of a problem.

    @VodafoneUK I am experiencing continuous packet loss% on my mobile data internet and it is making it impossible to use for gaming. Please fix this as it has been happening since December and please do not respond to this tweet with "talk to advisors" as i know more than they do!
