Cut off a second time trying to speak to a resolution manager. I really need to find a new broadband supplier. @VodafoneUK just can't seem to provide any support for want seems to be a good technical service.. god forbid you need to resolve any account issues. 2h on the phone.

@VodafoneUK Why is your website and app so bad? Not only is it clunky at best when you need it (I’m always praying that thats never) but 9/10 you’re ‘currently experiencing issues with your digital services’. When are you gonna realise your online presence is just bad and fix it?

@VodafoneUK whats going on with your signal. I've been with you over 10 years and it's got worse and worse in recent times. Not just where I live but even in London it's poor. Full 4g and just doesn't work, or totally zero signal where it used to be brilliant.

@VodafoneUK Is it possible to have a normal landline? Does it give that option? With medical conditions and a terrible phone service we have to have access to a phone. We live in a rural area
