    Thanks to the engineers from @VodafoneUK who installed our new broadband via the @CityFibre network. A very neat install and super fast broadband ready to go. @virginmedia router disconnected and ready to be returned once they reply to my letter cancelling my service :)

    @VodafoneUK Funny that, because engineers have been, we've been promised numerous times that it's fixed for good and it still keep cutting out. Please ejust let us cancel your sh1tty contract, you are not supplying what you said you would not keeping your end of the bargain.

    @VodafoneUK They are connected via ethernet, the Mbps we are getting even with that are shocking. However doing this still hasn't helped with the issue

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max with a 5G plan in a well served 5G area but find that my phone never connects to 5G even with Mobile Data Options set to 5G on. Is there a way to confirm this is still set on my account? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK i finally joined your network today.Thank you to CJ as Sheffield Meadowhall Store,she was very attentive & we had a laugh too. Even if she didn't know that answer she would call for someone to check things which put my mind at ease that I wasn't being fobbed off.

    @VodafoneUK What is wrong with your company? Do you seriously not care about the stresses and struggles that every day people go through? You just wish to add to them by accepting contracts on faulty lines and then not resolving the issues and refusing to cancel for free? Keeping us trapped?

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Stay away from Vodafone everyone. They have repeatedly tried to fix our broadband connection but failed. It continues to disconnect about 6 or 7 times a day. Despite this not being the service we signed up for they will still charge me to cancel the contract.
