    @VodafoneUK awful customer service, fault with home broadband, no fault with phone line into or in the property. Agreed new router required been on hold for 50 minutes #Disgusting

    Twitter….I’m seeking your advice. After 20 years of being a @VodafoneUK customer, I don’t recall ever having such poor service/signal as I have the last 18 months & so the time has come to switch. I’m thinking @EE but I’d welcome any feedback/alternative recommendations? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK How am I suppose to pay my bill if none of your services are available? I have been on live chat now for 20 mins, 10 of those I’ve been ignored. Customer service is terrible of recent. I need to pay my bill!
