    @VodafoneUK Broadband: Broken(incl 4g dongle). NO WAY of reporting it that isn’t broken in some form on Voda’s end. Broadband tool: “technical difficulties” MyVodaphone app: “Technical difficulties”. Come Black Friday, you’re history. £100 a month loss your end.

    @VodafoneUK It’s no waiting to talk to someone! It’s the fact you are useless! Had no internet for a month. Told I would have 2 month free bills as “good will” only to still take the month. Called up. Told so sorry! Let’s fix that! Added a £80 credit to my account and then still take £60
