Dear @VodafoneUK why are you the only network that doesn't get a signal in hospitals when others do and have SIM cards that won't allow manual selection of another network?!

@VodafoneUK @SophiaThakur Just hope they don't have issues with their Internet @VodafoneUK as trying to get ours back on still after 3 days and never call back when told you would. Still not sure if an engineer is coming or not as agin no call back. will probably end up more disadvantage with vodafone

@VodafoneUK 2 weeks left on my phone contract. Have contacted many time the last 4 weeks to find the right renewal deal. Am being told by advisors 2 go 2 @EE or @TheO2 as 'New customer' deals elsewhere can't be beaten. Or to come back in a few months when the deals are better.

@VodafoneUK - you are ridiculous! All I want to do is change my price plan…… Early upgrade fee of £182- ok that’s towards my current phone fair enough. BUT then a termination fee £450! and told to put mobile no on PAYT to keep it… then connect as a new customer?! 🤬

@VodafoneUK trying to get a refund of £9.99 charged for Spotify when it is in my plan. That tobi thing is a nightmare and your phone lines are just ridiculous. should take no more than a few minutes to sort. Poor service must have been with you for 25 years never been as bad.
