Hey @VodafoneUK broadband has been goin on and off since about 10 o'clock and has now been off altogether since midnight!! Tried contacting vodafone support with no success!! I live in Wick, Scotland, is this an area thing or just our connection??

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK This was me last week. Only it was about half a dozen calls over 30 mins in length by the end. The resolution? I begged them to let me out my contract after just 5 months. They did. I’m now with @bt_uk

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I have trouble with my @VodafoneUK business broadband being at reduced speed. Nothing wrong with the line! I had to tell THEM what the fault was, so they could raise an engineer's ticket. !!

@VodafoneUK 2 hours worth of phone calls later and I’m STILL being charged £59pm when I should be on a £6pm plan, and I’m STILL about to be billed £73 this month for no reason. I’ve been with Vodafone for 5+ years but PLEASE can call me and help me leave.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Go Giffgaff monthly contract run off the o2 line. Customer service is an oxymoron with the big companies would sooner buy my own phone and go sim only...had the same problem with EE! Give them a look
