    @VodafoneUK Having diligently agreed a new contract on two phones I find the basis of my revised agreement differs from the telephone communication (three calls). Since then I have spoken to 5 operatives to unsuccessfully resolve this with the poorest service. #leaveandmoveon

    @VodafoneUK My mother is deaf and she cannot speak on the phone. We are also in lockdown therefore I cannot be with her. Please let me know how I can sort out this issue?

    @sielay @ICOnews Im plan on making an official complaint. That oersons charges appeared on my account also 😤 this should not have happened at all to get hold of someone ms phone number so easily @VodafoneUK 😠
