    @VodafoneUK why offer a service on your app for customers to use 24/7. When all your office's close at 8pm. Anyone that has a problem after said time won't be able to get help. So it's pointless. And yet again I have no internet. I just hope it's not a repeat as last time!

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK I stopped using Vodafone when they cut the amount of data on my usual Pay-as-you-go internet payment by a third without telling me. Exactly the sort of shoddy, profit-driven behaviour you would NOT get with a nationalised internet service.

    @VodafoneUK I have emailed Mr Ahmed Assam with feedback about your complaints system. Your staff don't return calls except for the complaint advisor who only ever rings for 16 seconds then sends a text telling you when they will call again. It's impossible to speak to someone!

    @VodafoneUK No phone call as promised on Saturday, yet again! For a multimillion pound company, you’re customer service is skills are horrendous. I will be moving from you when my contract for broadband is due for renewal in August.

    @VodafoneUK What is going on? I placed an order to transfer fibre broadband which you confirmed with a transfer date of 14th. Then you rang me a week ago to say there had been a problem porting the number and it would be the 18th - fine. Cont...1/5
