    @virginmedia I should add that I use broadband for business, and because of your poor service my company has been forced to pay for a mobile wi-fi connection with @VodafoneUK That’s an extra cost... and I’m still paying you.

    @VodafoneUK I have booked both a video & a telephone appointment, but you've asked for my mobile number. The battery has been heating up and it keeps restarting. I need my phone to look for a new job. Wouldn't you be better phoning me at HOME if the phone doesn't work????????????

    @VodafoneUK you are the worst company ever. I cancelled a plan with you and you have not honoured it. Instead you have just sent me an email one week after welcoming me to Vodafone. I have contacted customer service twice and been assured each time that the contract is cancelled

    @VodafoneUK Having diligently agreed a new contract on two phones I find the basis of my revised agreement differs from the telephone communication (three calls). Since then I have spoken to 5 operatives to unsuccessfully resolve this with the poorest service. #leaveandmoveon
