@geraintwjones @VodafoneUK I’m not so bothered if 4g or 5g, as long as works decently. V fails for me in some areas around home so I’ve been trying ee on a recent trip. In general it’s a *lot* faster and without the decent signal but slow throughout issue. More testing needed but food for thought

@VodafoneUK You do genuinely want to help, but then you don’t keep your own promises. Each individual is nice enough, but the systems they - and presumably you - encounter are awful. I have had to start from scratch each time. Three times this afternoon alone - it’s intolerable.
