Not a thanks, kiss my arse, or by your leave. Never regretted it. Worst CS ever and shops smelling like trainer gaffs

    @VodafoneUK @moeedali Oh don’t waste your time. You somehow set me up with two phantom accounts and it took me nearly three years to leave you. I have never experiences such an awful, badly run, incompetent, shambolic organisation in my life. I shall, and urge others, to avoid you like the plague.

    I'm back... @VodafoneUK must have decided I needed a social media break.. For a month! No network service due to mast outage, I hear people have struggled with an hour outage, try a frigging month!!!

    @vodafoneNZ @VodafoneUK Internet speed has become very slow in my vodafone sim and because of this I called customer helpline number But the call center officer did not talk properly and did not even give information and disconnected the call in the middle.Please solve this.

    @manstol1 @VodafoneUK @neilio_uk They replied, but I'm not convinced I'd say it's an "answer"... I said that I'd like to terminate my contract because they've withdrawn a service that's really important to me, and they said it's okay because their network is brilliant.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I had the internet fitted on 15th June, I can honestly say the signal is so poor, I go into my utility and the WiFi drops out, I am not one bit happy with my internet, can someone please look into this for me please

    @VodafoneUK Really poor of you to shut down free Wi-Fi access on @TfL underground services, without a single notification of your plans. I’ll be moving to a better service.
