@VodafoneUK One thing that would really help is for you to email monthly invoices as PDF rather than the laborious process of having to jump through all your security log-ins every month to download the invoice. Surely that would be possible? Thank you

@O2 @VodafoneUK Yes @o2. The phone does drop to 3G automatically at times and this makes no difference. Problem is that there are times I need to be able to use my phone to help home school my daughter on breaks - yet most of the time I have to revert to using sms as an I message won’t send.
