@VodafoneUK @Apple In less than 7 days, I’ve had 2 series 6 watches , spoken to 8 Vodafone & 2 Apple customer service technicians and still the watch not working.

@VodafoneUK hi, I called today regarding the poor signal in my area the past 2 months & was informed I would be compensated (which is great, thankyou). But I'm more concerned that, despite alot of people reporting it, no date on when the mast will be fixed has been forthcoming.

@VodafoneUK I have cancelled this twice before today & still no record of my cancellation request, come on, really? I was a decade long customer of yours & this is how you behave? Quite saddening & disgusting. All payments stopped & account closed as far as I'm concerned.

@VodafoneUK I once again requested an email of confirmation of cancellation at the end of the online chat. If this doesn't happen it will highlight your internal communication errors & failures. Your #CustomerService is beyond poor, it's almost negligence

@VodafoneUK I see I am not the only one in Ipswich with no broadband for going on 10 hours. As it ended up being 3 days last time (& you cap at an embarrassingly low compensatory sum) it would be a real treat to get a specific timeline for when you expect this to be fixed.
