    @VodafoneUK Sorted now, but really over 2hrs 20mins nearly all of which was on hold to claim compensation you offered to me because one of your cell towers was down for 4 months. That doesn't include all the other calls over those months trying to find out when the tower would be repaired.

    @VodafoneUK given all I get elsewhere incl DMing is a bot that can’t help, I’ll try here. My father is visiting Melbourne & cannot make calls. The bot on the app has asked if he wanted to lift the roaming bar each time only to confirm it already was. Can we speak to a human pls

    @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK my son has tried to get an answer regarding his phone number transfer, he keeps being told 24 hours the next day 48 hours, it was meant to be transferred on Monday, then tried to speak to a manager, but the adviser Fatma refused to do, appalling service

    It’s about time @Ofcom set a cap on phone companies. Putting up prices by CPI + 3.9% annually is disgusting. That’s a hike of 9.3% for 2022. Does it really cost @bt_uk or @VodafoneUK nearly 10% more to deliver the same service. Has anyone’s wages gone up by 10%. No…thought not!
