    @VodafoneUK Please would you let me know which number I need to call to actually speak with a customer service advisor? I have tried 191 and it takes me to an online text service. I have had the problem sorted. However, I would like to be able to speak to someone next time.

    @VodafoneUK fed up of the poor 5G/4G fake data signals….. why do I have lots of data but yet very slow and poor signal!!! Been in multiple locations and still the same. Stay away!

    @VodafoneUK is there a dedicated complaints line? Was advised in store no hard search would be carried out on my credit as it was an early upgrade. Score down and hard search from Vodafone. May impact mortgage application due to credit usage (what credit?). Ombudsman complaint.
