    It also left us with no internet as they/@VodafoneUK didn’t cancel our cancellation with plusnet. I work from home & am self employed so this is pretty annoying. Vodafone kindly let us use a dongle for free for now but it’s not the best signal so I’m struggling. @CityFibre

    @VodafoneUK Nope You cost me a lot of grief and stress. And the money to pull out of a crap contract. Little tip for those going to you. Turn Wi-Fi calling off so you realise from day one how crap your service is. Ignore network checker if switching. It’s totally inaccurate.

    @VodafoneUK Ok it works on the mobile app - it allows me to download my bill as PDF but only to view it. I’d like to print it. For some reason I can’t login via computer web browser to do so.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service has wrote off an unreasonable charge £160 for my account but left very bad credit record in with credit point checking company. It’s affecting my mortgage when I’m download the credit report. Can anyone assist to solve this issue?

    @VodafoneUK why is it that when I call up and request the details for the complaints dept, I’m put on hold and then have my call dropped 🤔. This will form part of the ever growing complaint. What are the details of your complaints dept please?

    @VodafoneUK spent the last hour and a half on the phone to your team being cut off 3 times. Passed from every department possible as I've been over charged for the last 2 months yet to discover a contract being cancelled without any consent with still no resolution! Please help

    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK We have always been on @O2 /Cellnet for over 20 years now except one contract on Vodafone .. thankfully only for 12 months.. similar issues with their tardiness was the reason we moved back to O2.. also lack of coverage

    I set up automatic billing, but haven’t been billed. When I called @VodafoneUK to see why…their system was down that day. Yes, a telecomm company created duplicate accounts in my name without my permission, bills the wrong one, and has a faulty system when I try to correct it.
