Hello @VodafoneUK What sort of non-sense is going in India by @ViCustomerCare ? You buy a new sim online, the sim never gets activated, no outgoing or incoming! The amount you paid online doesn't gets refunded back! @AdityaBirlaGrp atleast u take some responsibility?

@VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK It’s the same for every big telco. Not interested in customer service just their profits. Wait until you leave your phone on between Portsmouth and Caen and see what vodafone charge you for roaming then. Total nightmare . Time for Royal Commission for Responsible Capitalism
