@sony365official this situation with the Xperia 1iii is really starting to grate! After a 4 month long wait for launch day, my network @VodafoneUK still doesn't have any stock and I'm ready to upgrade! It's available through Vodafone on 3rd party sites but not direct! 😤

@VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to speak to someone about moving home? The team that set up your phone system should be reprimanded in the form of having to use it. You have the worst customer service charge experience I’ve ever come across.

@suemcdonald342 @VodafoneUK Yeah, because there were no problems before hand 🙄 Social media is pretty bad, but the internet has done a lot of good, too. I believe the internet is like the printed word: it's allowed for more widespread communication of ideas, both good and bad.
