Really hoping #vodafoneuk will sort out coverage & throughput in parts of #Hove and #Worthing - tried a different gym today at BN14 9LA and still one bar/virtually zero throughput. It really is shockingly bad in places. Like the seafront, or patchy walking 30 mins+ from home.

@VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

@VodafoneUK Anyway I can arrange a call from technical support. I am not the account holder so you can't deal w/ me on social media. My Mum is hard of hearing & Indian accents make it even harder 😑 so someone with a clear voice would be good. Re: Broadband.

@VodafoneUK Erm, guys, was having issues with my mobile trying to set up voicemail and it saying "chargeable call" when I did Vodafone toolkit - my vodafone - setup or check messages. Your guys on chat telling me to phone 1571 & not 121???? Joint BT & Vodafone call centre?
