@VodafoneUK Don’t you have 24/7 support for business broadband? My DSL connection is up but Fibre is down so I assume Openreach has a problem? I’m shocked you have no phone, chat or after 9pm and no email. I can’t even log a complaint out of hours so consider this tweet as a complaint!

@VodafoneUK 2 days later and still my issues not sorted! Spent my evening last night on phone to customer services who have now ordered me an Esim so now I have no signal and can’t call back!? 🆘
