  Seriously how difficult can it be for @VodafoneUK to sort out an issue with direct debits that they set up! An issue they created back in July with misinformation and it’s still not resolved but it’s my credit rating that gets a hit. Tried ringing and get no help at all!

  What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!

  So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

  @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

  Does any telecoms company actually care, and provided customer service !!! I’m loosing the will to live with @VodafoneUK !! How hard can it be to move a fibre cable from a wall so it can be knocked down ! At this rate I’m just going to cut the f@cking down !
