@VodafoneUK Home broadband down since Oct 16th! Unable to offer me a mobile dongle to hotspot like @EE does with their broadband. Customer service comes with a free tour of their various department overseas every time you call! The incompetence is beyond belief, never again!

@dpch @VodafoneUK We're further up east coast, just outside Lowestoft. Thought maybe local issue but more widespread it appears. Agree your suggestion of a general update as a minimum would help. Really poor approach to customer service from #Vodafone
