    Update. Have been told again that @OpenreachHelp engineers don't work on bank holidays (which Thursday and today are not). For a supposed major outage, this is insanity. So have to wait until Tuesday now for an update from @VodafoneUK 🙄

    Day 3 without working Internet. @VodafoneUK claims there has been a major outage at the exchange and it is affecting 75% of people in Holbeach & Spalding, yet everyone I've asked has Internet & no fault listed on BT website. Me thinks someone is a liar...

    @VodafoneUK having serious coverage issues again today 👏🏻🙄 What is the process of complaining? There is no point talking to support as we end up resetting it works for a few hours and then is useless again. 0.11mbps download speed today.

    My microphone broke under warranty sent it to @VodafoneUK but they didn’t fix it and broke the screen. Sent it to them to be repaired 3 MORE times and they haven’t. Avoid @VodafoneUK they are con artists!
