@MEGAprivacy @VodafoneUK I’m not sure if it’s crucial information, but it might be worth noting that I’m using the fully Vodafone-owned and operated MVNO, VOXI. I’m not sure if their rules & policies apply differently, even though my network name shows as ‘vodafone UK’.

@VodafoneUK No. It just said criteria not met! I still have email but it’s says do not reply. Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

@VodafoneUK friend lost job and on highest tariff, yet #vodafone refusing to lower the tariff (not asking to cancel)! Just wants to get rid of unlimited data, and lower for the short term. What gives!?!
