@VodafoneUK customer service is a joke. Phone to be told to go online and either the page is jumping or you talk to yourself and no one answers. I say I have a problem with my bill and get sent a copy of it. I know what the bill is that’s why I have a problem #frustrating

@VodafoneUK I’ve sorted it now, the problem has been on going for 2 years. In the end I gave up because I’m not an engineer with 6 hands. I will see if I actually get a call back on Saturday for the guy I spoke to. Not hopeful as I never get a call back, ever. Hence why I gave up in the end

When I took out the previous contract it was changed instantly at Carphone warehouse. What’s changed??? Absolutely Shocking service @VodafoneUK
