Apparently it’s up to me to tell the debt collecting agency to ask them to stop bombarding me with messages etc…..which I have now done three times. Hence why I’ve asked @VodafoneUK to step in! A situation they caused but won’t fix. Zero customer care for £180pm

1. No Internet due to @OpenreachHelp not doing the installation yet 2. Try to order a temporary broadband solution via @VodafoneUK, can't do it as bank details are against old property 3. Try to change address details on @santanderukhelp but address doesn't exist on their system

@VodafoneUK Just had my internet drop out again... It is not acceptable that it keeps on dropping out, you might say it's openreaches fault but at the end of the day your the ones providing me with the service which is substandard. So fix it.
