Apparently it’s up to me to tell the debt collecting agency to ask them to stop bombarding me with messages etc…..which I have now done three times. Hence why I’ve asked @VodafoneUK to step in! A situation they caused but won’t fix. Zero customer care for £180pm

@coxyab @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Yep we're still paying for a service we havent had access to since the 1st of June. Ive asked repeatedly for an email address so I can raise a complaint but they make you wait for a call back from the complaints team which always happens to be when I'm in a meeting.

Who at @VodafoneUK thought it’s a good idea, in 2021, to cancel London Underground WiFi - when all your biggest competitors have it? Who thought it’s respectful to do it “quietly” and not inform customers after 9 years? & pls don’t reply telling me u have 4G on Jubilee line 🙄

@VodafoneUK My internet has been down since 3pm on Friday. We where told 24-48 hours to fix this. It is still not working now and two of us in the house have to work from home. Please tell me what the problem is and when it will be fixed?

We were meant to get our @VodafoneUK broadband transferred to our new house on the 10th, 9 days and several phone calls later its still not been fixed and only now are they raising a fault ticket which may take up to 72hrs to contact me. Absolutely shocking service once again.

@GRUBMCR @VodafoneUK When I worked in a bank we saw this all too often, phone companies (Vodafone were the worst for it, but others definitely do the same) and gyms seem to be scumbags across the board.
