@Rinisparkle @VodafoneUK I'm in the same boat I'm losing out on a wage and these cheeky bastards are putting everyone's bill up aswell if the issue is not resolved in the next half hour people should use their right to terminate their contract without charge which it says clearly in their t&C's

@VodafoneUK This is the worst time for this to happen! Half term! Kids are at home & it’s wet outside! We need our broadband. I’ve been in this “queue” for 20 minutes already and lost 3gigs of my mobile date in an hr! When will this be sorted?!

@VodafoneUK Most people find regular updates and reasons reassuring but this morning you have been almost silent on the issue. When can we expect an update, a timescale and an explanation? We're all pretty annoyed at prices increases, don't give us another reason to vote with our feet!

@VodafoneUK The level of information about this outage is digraceful. Firstly your system tells me there is nothing wrong - then I’m on hold for 2 hours then get cut off. Can’t speak to anyone & your Chatbot has gone AWOL without warning. You need to tell customers what is going on ASAP!!!
