    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK disgusted with service. Switched to Vodafone broadband, two weeks with account and STILL no router. Have spoken to numerous people, have had to top up with over £30 data and Vodafone have cheek to send a bill for a service we can’t actually use. #avoid @BBCWatchdog

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Second booked appointment for an Openreach engineer to fit a line at my house unsuccessful, first time the engineer couldn't fit it, this time the engineer didn't turn up during the 13-18.00 slot 🙄 pretty poor!

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK Explain to me why we have 0.02 upload speed. 80 metres down the road is a line that has 15 download and 10 Upload, but 10 metres either side of that is 0.02. 300 metres south of me is a line that has 30 download and 30 upload, but 10 metres either side is 0.02

    @VodafoneUK Please can someone help me? I’m pulling my hair out. All I want is you to add VodafoneOneNumber to my Apple Watch. It’s taken you nearly 14 days. I had zero problems with @ee who managed to add coverage to another Apple Watch in only 30 mins!

    A ‘first world problem’ but disappointed at the poor response from @VodafoneUK. Need to listen better to your loyal customers and offer a solution they need rather than one you want to sell them. Looks like a move to @O2

    Don’t buy from @VodafoneUK… Try to return an item within 14 days- unable to do over the phone or in store! And customer service is shocking.
