    @VodafoneUK I checked the status of my broadband order yesterday, it said “ordered cancelled” even though I hadn’t cancelled it. Spoke to customer services who reinstated the order and told me I’d confirmation in 24 hours. 24 hours later I’m going through the same process again!

    @SamsungUK I've tried to call customer service regarding the delay to my #Zfold3 and I have had no luck. I had taken out a @VodafoneUK contract with y'all. I was expecting my phone on Friday and my contract ends then. @VodafoneUK will I get a SIM?

    @VodafoneUK Once my phone disconnects from the WiFi, I have to restart the router just so it connects again. Also I've been getting a moderate NAT type and UPnP not successful errors and random packet loss at times which causes me to lag.

    @VodafoneUK @Tristan_ATFC same issue with the website saying something has gone wrong. Have tried with a different browser and incognito mode so cache is not an issue. Also tried on my phone and same message. I'm trying to get an upgrade.
