    @VodafoneUK Broadband keeps dropping out, download speeds dropped dramatically during the evening/early morning. Site is always down and app won't let me log in due to "internal errors" so I can't even reach customer service. Luckily the contract is up soon, switching for sure.

    @VodafoneUK I'm about to go into a third day without service. Moved from an iPhone 13 w/physical sim, to an iPhone 14 Pro with esim. I've requested the sim swap, and it "should take an hour but can be 24 hrs". It's WAY over that now. I can't setup apps without sms service.

    @mullet78 @VodafoneUK Don't bother talking to their support. 4 hours I was on the chat for. At the end of it they blamed the **** speed I was getting on my device being too far from the router.... It's right next to the router!!! Worst company ever.
