Currently on Talkmobile who won't give me a PAC and so slow that it's often unusable. O2 sent me a new phone that was broken then implied that I had damaged it! Asda charged me £20 to check voicemail.

These departments are targeted & receive bonuses for keeping the account open. It’s classed as a sale which encourages this type of behaviour. It’s immoral & wrong.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are all appalling these days . The best way of dealing with them is via signed for mail, giving them 28 days to close your account. Did this with Virgin. They still rang me everyday trying to make me cancel. Bloody nightmare company.Glad you got it sorted.
