    Been on holiday for the last 2 weeks and spent several days on the East Coast at Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. My @VodafoneUK service has been absolutely abysmal with only calls and texts possible. Think a new service provider might be required as this is not value for ££££

No help no replies no nothing disgusting service and I cannot use my phone text ring or use data. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lots of empty promises

    @VodafoneUK Not even connected to your fibre yet and already getting terrible service. All week you've been telling me engineer coming 13:00-18:00. Got a text 30 mins ago saying will be there 11:45. I cannot book time off work with 30 mins notice nor can I magically teleport home

    @VodafoneUK another day sat at home while the engineer you swore / guaranteed / promised would arrive, er, hasn’t. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You honestly must work hard at it to be this poor No broadband for 5 days now
