    @VodafoneUK you are tying to tell my Dad 26Mbps is a normal upload speed on your 900Mbps service. He is getting full download speed but the upload ratio is off and your support team member was not trained correctly. This speed is way off!

    Hi, @VodafoneUK on 3 occasions I have requested chat transcript and not got the conversation only the bot chat transcript sent to me - not good enough. Please tell me I am not going to get same service as I did with TalkTalk as it only got connected today.

    @VodafoneUK how can there be next to no reception on trains from sw20 to Waterloo.? On sw20 no reception on any network. It says full coverage , but you canโ€™t do anything. How is it possible in this day and age ?

    @VodafoneUK I am shocked and surprised that you are unable to connect me to the team that is supposed to support customers experiencing difficulties with Home Broadband. I have now been without service for 24 hours. Maybe you shouldn't be in the business of communication?!
