    @VodafoneUK day god knows what of little or no signal in my area, getting updates by text but still nothing fixed! Remind me what I’m paying for? Oh and my bill went up recently! Definitely changing providers when contract up!

    @VodafoneUK As i have said i would like to speak to a person…… i have been teying for 2 wks, the Vodafone - Customer Service page doesn’t even load, i am out of my contract now and have paid for phone i was advised of the Spotify fee but what are my charges? I need to reduce my costs

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @ee are the same! They took £200 from my mothers account for an early termination fee that no one explained to her and ‘can’t give her a refund’ even though they made £21,331m last year! Their customer services are probably amongst worst I have ever encountered

    @VodafoneUK After 3,5 years as a loyal customer - with average service - got a letter Debt Collector’s & a mark in my credit score, for missing the “final payment” 2 months after the contract ended. No phone call, no e-mail, no letter. #shame #CustomerExperience #CustomerService
