So, @VodafoneUK is absolute **** and the service never works, anywhere in the U.K. I’ve tried from Plymouth to Newcastle and Zoom calls drop even on audio only. New problem: When I upgraded my iPhone in Netherlands my eSIM evaporated. They need to mail a SIM to the U.K… 🧵💩

@VodafoneUK really disappointing “customer service” after being a customer for over 20 years. I finally left in March and after making a very simple request 4 days ago it confirms how much things have changed and why I won’t be coming back. #disappointing #customerexperience
