@VodafoneUK ... Picture this, you've had no internet for 15 days, shameful support from vf, not one update. Then they send you their first update on the issue saying "issue is now fixed", except the issue is not fixed. Vodafone can always do worst, champions of mediocre support.

We even had an issue a few months after moving in, dreaded making the call to fix it - however they were ‘ON IT’ engineer out next working day & fixed. Such a difference from previous experience!

@VodafoneUK All fixed, seems to be working like in ur advert & promises made in July 2020 when we joined,impressively fast & better than before. Shame it took 15 days to "fix","repair" or as I suspect "rebuild"something,maybe 4 other occasions @VodafoneUK u could work on your communication!
