    @VodafoneUK Already been on the chat and rang. Just wanted the world of Twitter to know just how bad your service is so others won't make the same mistake. Waiting for weeks for an appointment to be told last minute we have to wait another week when once again I'm supposed to be on shift.

    The usual crap customer service from @VodafoneUK nothing changed with them. Can’t speak to anyone or they put you on hold then every time they cut you off.

    @Simon16552084 @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Thanks simon. Problem is they are now telling me someon has claimed on our insurance it’s a joke they are a joke. Over 20 hours I e been in the branch it’s so unfair.

    @VodafoneUK I cannot re set my direct debit on my Vodafone as it NEVER works. Says Error every time ffs. How am I supposed to do this without spending my life on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK are there issues with internet in the DE11 area? I can connect to the router but after that I can’t connect to the internet. Tried all the troubleshooting options and your bot is useless if you deviate from its script.

    @VodafoneUK can you maybe look into the service of my contract. For weeks now o get no internet. It says no connection or it’s woefully slow. Did a speed check an it didn’t register. I pay £70 a month with ‘unlimited’ data allowance yet can’t access a thing due to my slow speed!
