@VodafoneUK It the home broadband that’s the problem, it never stays connected long enough to do anything! BT engineer checked the line and all ok, he even replaced the master socket but it keeps dropping out ALL the time! I moved recently less than half a mile away and it was fine there !

@VodafoneUK @StuMcInnes This has been going on for a while. Messaged advisor who said code should work (they don't) then he transferred me to sales advisor who (bluntly) said they don't deal with the Advantage programme. Ended up with another network.
