Where's my phone @VodafoneUK? Joined your network and ordered a handset. Was promised it would be here yesterday between 8 and 6, and that I would be kept up to date by DPD by text. Both things haven't happened! Do I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere?

@VodafoneUK Oh yes. Simple and flexible. I’ve had TEN hour long calls with customer service trying to do this. The latest (Thur) caused me to lose service and I’ve had nothing since. Currently on hold to customer service listening to the same mindless lift music.. why is this so difficult??
