Dan Goodman (@dangoodman101) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.
-
Jane Skudder (@janeskuds) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A shame to see they haven't upped their game. When our dad died, nearly 20 years ago, my sister ended up explaining to a number of call handlers that the account owner would not be able to cancel his own account unless they had a seance...

-
Dorastar1 (@Dorastar1) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.
-
Keystonecop (@1030pa) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My experience with them is to make a complaint on line, very quick response
