@VodafoneUK I’ve tried resetting my password to log in to my account and each time it just says I’m locked out even using the temporary password sent to my email. Can’t get through to anyone on the live chat either. Please help

@VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

Glad to say broadband is fixed! Too much rain it seems. now having issues with VPN blocking which I didn't have before but apparently Vodafone is notorious for. Good to have BB again but doesn't excuse neither @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp having service status pages

@Ofcom I have recent price hikes from both @VodafoneUK and @SkyUK I took out a contract saying I would use their service for the agreed time at the price offered. Why are they allowed to then increase the price before the end of the time - surely that's the point of a contract?

@VodafoneUK rang up re a fault with a mobile wifi dongle yesterday and told it takes a minimum of 2 mins to resolve and a maximum of 24hours. 24 hours later still not sorted and now told it maybe another 24 hours. Absolute joke of a service

@VodafoneUK And herein lies the problem Mark. Customer service and experience are not the same thing. For example, I cancelled my broadband a month ago, yet one day before cancellation I receive an email telling me it’s no longer going to be cancelled.

Now over a month of broadband cutting out/line fault not fixed from @VodafoneUK but worst is the unreliable #cx. I waited 5hrs on Wednesday for a call out to find out it was never going to be an inside visit anyway. Then promised a call back on Thursday to no avail. Exasperating!
