    @VodafoneUK I’m getting really poor service and always have been. I have even had the phone replaced and still no joy! Haven’t had an opportunity to go into store secondary to covid.

    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @VodafoneUK 191 doesn’t solve anything. The virtual assistant just tells me to go online and the last 4 times I’ve chatted online they have said they’ve sorted it but never have.

    @VodafoneUK you are just one gargantuan disappointment. For a comms company your systems are absymal. I’m not holding my breath you’ll resolve my problem tomorrow but the guy in your shop is trying his best to deal with it. If not resolved tomorrow you’ll be losing two contracts

    @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK @Apple the 4GSignal is so bad there should b a lawsuit. Odd to see that iPhone12Pro can’t stay on 3G that has a 5bar Signal & No Switch in setting AT ALL for just 3G. The 4g must be interfered or a mast or bandwidth has changed since March!

    @VodafoneUK I DID NOT ASK FOR AND ORDER OR RECONNECTION. THIS IS A HUGE **** UP FROM VODAFONE TECHNICAL AND THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY PRIMARY BUSINESS NUNBER AND NOW HAVE NO POWER TO RECONNECT IT. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A NETWORK PROVIDER!!
