    @VodafoneUK Have sent the details. We have hard wired everything in as advised but our smart tv just keeps loading and internet is dropping out constantly on all devices. Never had a problem with other internet providers previously.

    @VodafoneUK internet has been extremely poor since it was installed, can’t even watch tv. We have phoned three time and were promised a call back the last time. Heard nothing and can’t get hold of anyone now. Been mobile customers for years, very disappointed. Will be cancelling

    @VodafoneUK "best network" because of zero dropped calls. That's because you can't even call them. Both phones on Vodafone but keep getting the message that it's unavailable. I will not be staying with Vodafone after my contract ends in May. After being a loyal customer for years

    @productoven @VodafoneUK Credit where it's due, the signal, speed and deal I have I *do* think is good. The consumer-facing web is a car-crash though, and the Twitter team is pointless since they mostly just point you to a web page to register details there anyway!

    @VodafoneUK Tracking it would involve being given a tracking number wouldn't it, nope they couldn't even get that right! one or even two mistakes isn't a problem, when its a catalogue of errors and then I get charged £60 before ive got my phone back I have an issue!

    I’ve made a call to @VodafoneUK Customer Service on the 10th of April. Been assured that they will respond to my query within 2 working days. I’ve emailed them now twice since then with no answer as of yet! Very poor and disappointing service!!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes she has but it should not take almost an hour to get it. It was totally unacceptable. I am considering moving to another provider because of the lack of customer care shown to her.
