I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

Annoyingly my mobile data is limited to 2 down 2 up and is currently faster than my unlimited 5G gigacube. I don't even need much 5mb up would do
