@VodafoneUK 191 doesn’t solve anything. The virtual assistant just tells me to go online and the last 4 times I’ve chatted online they have said they’ve sorted it but never have.

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@VodafoneUK @LewisHamilton It’s not #5G that’s the CNN problem, mostly. It’s cowboy agents you & other mobile operators are using in UK towns & cities ramming the cabinets & masts where communities do not want them. Good luck in #MugelloGP Lewis. Let’s go get that century!

@VodafoneUK Of course they’re never welcome, but you appear to be taking advantage of the current high inflation rates to justify the unjustifiable, knowing that people in the middle of a contract have no way out. I will be take this into consideration when my contract is up for renewal.

Half an hour wait to get through to @VodafoneUK + 5 minutes security checks etc, only to be told system's down & can I call again? "Could you call me? I don't want to waste another half hour". "Not possible, I'm afraid" "You're a telecoms company, and you can't call me back..?!"
