  Has anybody else found that recently @VodafoneUK broadband routers keep messing around? I've always had a good WiFi service at home, but in the last week my phone keeps dropping off saying 'Couldn't authenticate connection'. This has never happened before.

  Glad to say broadband is fixed! Too much rain it seems. now having issues with VPN blocking which I didn't have before but apparently Vodafone is notorious for. Good to have BB again but doesn't excuse neither @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp having service status pages

  @VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

  @VodafoneUK When my dad had his phone stolen today he contacted Vodafone webchat to upgrade. I was nervous he would be overwhelmed by the process but I am so grateful he got through to Gemma who normally works in the Sunderland store. Super amazing service pls pass on my thanks!
