Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

The solution after hanging on the phone over an hour was buy a 5cat cable at my expense!!! Not good! I was also cut off on app chat twice
