    @VodafoneUK I spent more than hour on your chat service trying to stop you delivering a phone to an old address that I DID NOT enter when upgrading, was told it was changed and you STILL try to deliver to the old address. What is wrong with your customer service?

    For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

    Once again I’m having uploading issues with @VodafoneUK 4G data service. I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    I’m sick and tired of getting emails from @VodafoneUK to get their broadband. I’ve told them countless times I can’t get that where I live currently, yet they still send me these stupid emails. It’s irritating

    @VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

    @VodafoneUK To add - I'm the only one of all of my friends and family that cannot contact them when underground. Vodafone is seen by us all as an inferior network now.

    @VodafoneUK I’m SICK of your network, usually I have lots of issues streaming radio, but now my texts won’t sent. This is the latest in the non stop issues I have. I’ve checked the status and it says all is working, so why won’t my text send? SORT IT OUT

    I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

    @VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

    @VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya I thought @ThreeUK were bad, but at least you could get answers from their customer service team. When it was clear they were at fault they allowed us leave our contract without penalty. You want to charge exit fees for a service you haven't provided?

    @VodafoneUK I'm now being told that the @WeAreOpenreach issue will be reviewed on 28th December, but still no commitment on an activation date and your agent had the gall to tell me I'd have to pay an early termination fee for a service you have yet to provide?

    @VodafoneUK We bought my daughter this phone from Vodafone.common fault with this handset where the hinge breaks without being dropped or banged.happened to my daughter’s phone.Vodafone sent it away 3 times and it came back damaged still.Customer service is horrendous. #avoid
