    @VodafoneUK Not likely. It seems that 20+ of loyalty means nothing to Vodafone. A brand new customer can get a better deal than me?! That's not right.

    @VodafoneUK My mobile data speed has dropped significantly, I was assured some maintenance was being performed last night which will resolve the issue.. it hasn’t. I was told to report back on a direct message thread, but I’m being ignored.

    @VodafoneUK - why does my 900Mbps fibre go down at 2AM regularly? Router says failed to retrieve external IP address, and failed to create socket - it’s at the exchange end, and is getting to be very very annoying.

    @VodafoneUK There is literally no point as no one at rhe company knows what they are doing or have basix knowledge of customer service or telecoms and we will just waste time while being no further on! We will sadly have to take it further.
