    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK Mac, as instructed I called, it took 25minutes to get to bb team, then they transferred to tech2team, I was on hold and you ended the call after 48minutes, waste of my team. Can the tech2team EMAIL me with a date for the fix, 1/2

    @VodafoneUK why is your customer service so bad? I've now spent an hour on hold today - was told by a chat advisor to call back at 3 as "would be quieter" and is even busier. All I need to do is sort a home move, I can't understand why this can't be done by email or chat.

    I called @vodafoneuk to cancel my contract. 29 mins on hold before being answered and "passing security". Then back on hold. 35 mins in "you are eligible to cancel, I'll pass you to the team". 39 mins and still on hold. I thought 3 customer services were bad!. Glad I'm off.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve recently joined #Vodafone broadband. The service goes live on 25th March but just wondering - am I likely to see a price increase from April meaning I end up paying more than the £18 per month I signed up for in the first place? 🤔

    @VodafoneUK day 9 with no broadband. Not a single forthcoming update from them. Have to spend hours on chat and calls and I'm not getting any info on the issue anyway. Incompetent or they don't care?
