Wow. So I just called @VodafoneUK to discuss my options (contract ends 20th of this month) & instead of coming up with a way of staying I’ve ended up so upset with the service that I’ve got the PAC code and will be leaving. Not the way that should have gone… #badcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK why is your service so abysmal in Brighton? Often low to no 4G, dropping to 3G that doesn’t connect for data, then trying to call anyone takes two or three attempts to connect, even when they are also on Vodafone!!!
