    @VodafoneUK It’s not just the app. It’s the whole network. Absolutely awful the last couple of months. Will call to complain tomorrow, if I can get reception.

    @VodafoneUK is shocking. I’ve tried calling 6 times and cannot get through to an actual human being. And your online live chat is **** too. They’ve done nothing but tell me they can’t do anything. Deffo need to find another provider.

    Good morning @VodafoneUK , looks like your SMS service is down/sick. Message send/receipt slow and intermittent. Rather buggers up 2FA logging on to my employer's VPN. How long till SMS is fixed?
