@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

@VodafoneUK disappointed that outgoing calls can't be blocked on a landline and that only the option is block both outgoing and incoming calls or block none, never had a problem with other providers with this request, oh well only 23 months to go

@VodafoneUK Messaged you, I really want to cancel, for your team to say the socket is dangerous but then not to send an engineer is very poor. Also how can you install broadband without an engineer actually coming into the property and carrying out the essential checks and getting it working

Yo @NOWTV and @VodafoneUK I have an entertainment pass as part of my phone contract. The entertainment pass comes to a close in 10 days time. After that NOW will take £10 from me. NowTV says manage you pass on Vodafone and on Vodafone you can’t manage passes. How do I cancel?

@Paul1410 @VodafoneUK @BBCEAST1 Paul tell them they need to look at their records. They are putting up a new mast. There is no issues of network failures because there is no network. They have engineers there now and have had them there all week.
