    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @VodafoneUK my home internet has been down for hours despite resetting my hub. Are there network issues in the Highland area? Tried to get support online and on the app but the links are sending me in circles

    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK can you help. I’ve bought my daughter a Neo but when I download the Vodafone Smart app on my phone it says “something went wrong try again” so I can’t use it!! I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but still the same... any ideas what I can do? Thanks!

    @VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

    Dear @VodafoneUK This morning I got a notification from you that my password was part of a “data leak” and to change that and my pin. Which I did. Then I called 191 to find out more, to be told, there hadn’t been a leak. And it was just to get my to change my password?! WTF?!

    @VodafoneUK you rang my husband today offering a broadband deal which he did NOT agree too and have now sent us details of our order and had an email off our current provider stating its because we are moving home which isn't true! Can't get through to cancel & complain #Vodafone

    Was hoping to get @CityFibre / @VodafoneUK Gigafast installed today. They can't due to there being a tree in the way... and no line of sight from the pole they hang the fibre from. Ho hum.

    @VodafoneUK your crappy Broadband is not working as usual, complete con. Total rip off never even get half of the promised speeds I pay for and now nothing at all. Terrible customer service Time to change supplier.
