@VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

@VodafoneUK @swedishnutlathe Who answers these tweet as what you say in them doesn’t really happen I have 3 contracts 1 phone sams20plus cannot make or receive calls line drops can only use WiFi calls have been in touch 3 times each call 90min in length done same thing over and over need contract terminate

Hey guys @VodafoneUK is there an issue in Berkshire with 4G my phone is incredibly slow. Like it has no internet at all, yet shows 4G, it’s a new phone, cookies cache etc cleared & all apps closed. This has been going on for days now. Bit grumpy now to be honest. 😠🤨

I am paying over £50 for this! Less than 150mbps with a service claiming gigafast! Useless @VodafoneUK - into box with fibre @ 986 but copper wire to Router ruins purpose of fibre optic! Frequent loss of sound, image and both on tv less than 10m from router! @ofcom
