@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

@VodafoneUK Not good enough. Call centre cannot deal with problem. Staff at store don't want to help. Vodafone now have £20 but have not supplied service. Everybody says its someone else's fault.

@VodafoneUK trying to top up phone at Bournemouth shop. Voucher not activated after 24 hrs. Staff in shop unable/unwilling to help. Attempted to contact someone on line/phone. All automatic/robot reponses. No help at all. Poor customer service.
