  @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

  Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

  @mrav06041342 @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
