@smitty_chris @VodafoneUK Agree I had same issue and in the end ended up adding to the charity that is Vodafone… In my view the tracking service is poor - the number of times I drove off without the fob and didn’t get a call was a joke and not having an app on the phone is outdated…

Renewed my tracker subs on my car last week & then unexpectedly decided to sell the car last Friday. Do you think I could get a refund of course not. I am apparently a “valued customer” but Terms & Conditions dont permit… blah blah… will never use @VodafoneUK Automotive again

@VodafoneUK Doesn’t work, there is a feature covering the chat box - but this is a bot, I spoke to a real live Vodafone sales person and was told there is nothing that can be done! @carphoneware offer cheaper deals for your network than you do! Unbelievable.

@VodafoneUK I have switched from EE and taken a new contract out and my sim still won’t activate. I have spoken to customer care who stated that there are issues with sims activating. I have also been into store and they have stated it’s being escalated. Can this be looked into!

Yesterday I tried to order broadband through the @UswitchUK @VodafoneUK deal meant to get me a £50 voucher, but the website doesn't work & has a phonenumber that no longer exists! Vodafone webchat got me broadband but no voucher bc it wasnt through that one page that doesn't work
