    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK My mobile broadband device is not working for about 2 weeks and I complained thrice about it but still no solution has been provided!! Nobody even helped at your store. They say it's not their job! How long before it works again ! #vodafoneuk #poorservice
