@VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

@Airlessmean @VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Exactly the same problem! Mine's been ongoing four months. Less than 1meg on 4G since I upgraded to this phone (top tariff) . I'm in a 5G area but it rarely works. Sent a new sim and nothing else. Ruddy useless.

Attempted it all... Again. Now it won't submit. I don't say it enough. I hate @VodafoneUK :) People at the call centre don't know anything, can't do anything or don't understand and they'll just keep making you go on stupid links instead of doing it over the phone.

@VodafoneUK will request everyone to port from vodafone to any other operator as you never no for what they will charge you and will not provide support for the same I have done payment for Amazon from my pocket and still vodafoneidia charged me for same and disconnected my sim
