@VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

A device (Roku) cannot see my @VodafoneUK Home Broadband WiFi SSID (but can see everyone else's) and Vodafone support suggested I changed the router's DNS to point to Google Public DNS.

@VodafoneUK my Dad’s incoming calls have been gone straight to Voicemail for at least the last 3 days. He’s not on social media. He called the Vodafone helpline and was told he’d be called back at 8.30am today on a different number to resolve. No one called him! Can you help?

@PaulDJohnston @richmarr Probably not. The voip service with @VodafoneUK gigafast is terrible. I tried to switch our number away from it last week, so I could get more features and use own router. They said I had to cancel broadband contract to do so, which would leave us without internet for 10 days.
