@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

Disgusted with service received from @VodafoneUK and @VodafoneGroup. Customer for number of years. Trying to upgrade. Waiting for handset delivery for over a week and getting mixed messages from CS. Wasted around five hours of my time on chat/phone and still none the wiser!

@VodafoneUK is there a dedicated complaints line? Was advised in store no hard search would be carried out on my credit as it was an early upgrade. Score down and hard search from Vodafone. May impact mortgage application due to credit usage (what credit?). Ombudsman complaint.

@PT3004 @VodafoneUK Vodafone ads are straight up scam. Not to mention that they pay £70 below market price on your trade-in phone. Just a horrible network all round. I can’t wait for October for me to leave them.

@VodafoneUK I did exactly that at approx 3.00pm today and after answering a series of questions to an automated voice, I was diverted to an online texting service. Not what I wanted. The problem was resolved after 25 mins, however, I would have preferred to speak directly with someone.
