    Don't ever take out broadband with @VodafoneUK no Internet for 3 weeks now, 6 hours online chat to try and sort it, contacted customer relations.... No reply, rang customer care, waiting on a call back.... No call back. Still no Internet do not take out their broadband.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, a contract I recently signed up for sends calls directly to voicemail & no texts are being received. I’ve checked all phone settings and nothing seems out of order. Must be a network issue and so I’m very disappointed. Can you please urgently assist?

    @stevethechefman @VodafoneUK I just wish they'd actually communicate what's going on with their customers that pay for it rather than pinning a tweet about giving away 250,000 Sim cards that'll probably struggle to get connected as well. Tweet if there's an issue and own up to it.

    Great of Vodafone to cancel broadband home transfer without notifying us then lying that it “would definitely go live in 72hrs max” (it didn’t). @VodafoneUK there’s a pandemic, people are working from home and relying on internet to do that. I gave enough notice. Please fix this?
