@VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

@VodafoneUK while joining the contract I was clearly told no end of contract fee will be charged if I leave UK. Today I am being told I have to pay 60 something pounds!! Why this false customer promises ?

@VodafoneUK I can not understand why my broadband was just cut off without any warning that my contract was due to end I received no emails regarding this issue. I have now to wait 14 days to be reconnected can someone explain why this is acceptable by Vodafone

@VodafoneUK, I'm never been this angry in good while, tried phoning to speak to someone over my upgrade but wasn't successful. Waiting over hour to get customer service support but still no help!. Really uphappy about this wish I never changed network.
