I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since
