    @VodafoneUK my home internet has been down for hours despite resetting my hub. Are there network issues in the Highland area? Tried to get support online and on the app but the links are sending me in circles

    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    Switched to @VodafoneUK I understand openreach own the lines.. but the customer service has really helped my alleviate the 5 month long anxiety.

    @o2businessuk All I want to do is change my address but your shambles of a website keeps sending me around in circles. It’s awful. My personal account is with @VodafoneUK and their online account is simple to use unlike the mess that’s o2 business.

    @VodafoneUK wow, I have experienced the worst level of service possible sustained over 3 months simply to move from an expired contract to SIM only. So disgusted, frustrated and angry.

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure if I need to learn a new language to get my point across, but perhaps filling my complaint to the consumers ombudsmen will help you realise that you cannot push me from pillar to post and I will continue to chase this up

    @VodafoneUK reduced the amount of data on my account (without reducing my monthly bill may I add) without notifying me first. I have spent 6 hours and 46 minutes on the phone to you since Thursday, most have which have been spent on hold with no resolution (2)
