@VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

  • liathach1
Ryan Maclean (@liathach1) reported from Muir of Ord, Scotland

@VodafoneUK sadly your customer services fail once again! Still waiting for my monthly discount to be added to my bill and waiting for my call back from 2 weeks ago! False information given to customers is not acceptable at all! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK yet again that TOBi chat thing is rubbish, never known so many issues with it. Possibly lost a customer.

  • Judgesmyth893
    Judgesmyth 🩵🇬🇧 (@Judgesmyth893) reported

I am a customer of yours, and have been for over 20 years. Is it true that you are involved with "Care For Calais," and dishing out Mobile Phones and SIM Cards to illegal immigrants?? My contract is up with yourselves shortly, and if this is true, IM GONE!!! @VodafoneUK

  • meltingpointgb
    Mr Jason (@meltingpointgb) reported

@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are about to lose an awful lot of customers. If you are a patriot do not have a contract or any service with Vodafone…

  • kazfg
    Karen Smith (@kazfg) reported

@SianaNache79742 Probably was told when they all landed at dover, and were counted there. They would need to know how many buses to bring to take them to their tax payer accommodations and how many @VodafoneUK phones and sims to issue

  • CarbonTiptoes
    Di Drinkwater (@CarbonTiptoes) reported

Hey Vodafone were struggling to log into view our bill as your service wants to send us a code via our landline. The pressing button one option to hear message doesn't work. Help. @VodafoneUK

  • Foxyoldnag
    Rosie 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 (@Foxyoldnag) reported

@thecalowkid I had a sim only with Lebara, network provider is @VodafoneUK just cancelled it.

  • bigun1414
    Shesgoter Titzout (@bigun1414) reported

@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are not answering my request for information, clearly they prefer giving free stuff to illegal immigrants rather than addressing concerns of a paying customer of over 20 years standing. Says it all really…will not be renewing my contract that’s now due.

  • JoeCow80
    Jørgen Hávarðr (@JoeCow80) reported

@djp4cm4n @Lazzard59 @VodafoneUK You may as well just stop arguing with people who have flags in their bio…. You will never educate them.

  • Needitsobadly
    StGeorge (@Needitsobadly) reported

@MigrantTrackUK @ZiaYusufUK @VodafoneUK Not a customer and now most certainly never will be. Hit them where it hurts.

  • mwt2008
    Mark W Tebbutt (@mwt2008) reported

Very impressed with the @VodafoneUK 5G speeds I’m getting around the Heath Charnock / Anglezarke area at the Yew Tree Inn. 635 Mbps down and 49.5 Mbps up. That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
