    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @ZenInternetHelp are you able to fix a faulty line from another ISP? Currently with @VodafoneUK and they have done virtually nothing to fix a line fault in 5 weeks. Can we switch to you and can you take on the problem? #broadband
