    @VodafoneUK @EE Sadly not - sons phone broken but still in contract so will have to continue to pay - all phone options options kept sending text but no display so couldn’t see/activate. Just needed to speak to a human!

    @VodafoneUK just in chat with an advisor who gave me a link to do a speed test,did it but no way of getting back to the chat so now I’m 34th in queue waiting to speak to someone again…thanks for a great service

    @VodafoneUK issues with signal in PO7 postcode for several people around me. No updates and tests show signal is ok but all of us have no signal. Any update on this?

    Hi @VodafoneUK TOBi the bot needs to learn the difference between mobile and broadband support teams. It talks with you about broadband then transfers you to the mobile team, a waste of time all round. #badbot
