  Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

  Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!
