    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @VodafoneUK just received a new router which doesn’t work. Been told by your support team that we need to unscrew the phone socket! Comms are poor, muffled and sounds like I’m being talked to from the bottom of the ocean! My mum has a terminal illness and we can’t get online.

    @VodafoneUK top notch from your tech support. Just been on with them about not being able to see my bills bc I can't access account. Guy says he'll send me my bill but sends me link to account to get my bill, which he knows I can't access.👍

    @Louiseiw @EE I’ve been with EE since they started (and was with Orange prior to that) but I’m not being offered the same deal as another long-term customer simply because I have upgraded my contract. I’ve just found a good deal with @VodafoneUK so am considering a switch.

    @VodafoneUK You could try paying your full tax bill if you’re really care. It’s companies like vodafone that make this a problem in the first place. Nationalise internet access and end digital exclusion.

    @VodafoneUK Its linked in the signal drops randomly then after turning power off and on it reconnects but had to do this 2-3 times in 3 days
