    @VodafoneUK see your charges are going up again, usual annual increase, how about taking into the fact for the past 12 months it is unlikely that many people are using their minutes and data. Tbh think my bill should be going down.

    So my phone broke (toddlers yay) and @VodafoneUK has NO person to person services whatsoever so every robot I speak to is asking me for the code texted to my phone... which is broken. So if your phone breaks they are impossible to contact. Avoid them. #moaning #cantworkwithoutit

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for your complaints dept for 90 mins. My landlines battery is now flat so I got cut off. Can someone ring me . I'm sick of trying to sort out the problem.

    @VodafoneUK That’s a really nice reward for customer loyalty. Thanks a lot. Definitely won’t be renewing my contract with you in 2?years time & if I could get out of it now I would. So when I was told on Tuesday it would be done by yesterday or today that was a lie??

    @VodafoneUK You clearly not understand my frustration. I have been with this issue for many many months. Your agents all they do is copy and paste the same messages and claim for patience, in the meantime I am paying for not having a service. I doubt you are doing all you can. Awful service!
