@VodafoneUK exactly this is the problem there is no signal here, your map thinks there's 1 bar, there isn't. Thats why the Sure Signal is so useful. It actually works, WIFI calling is hit & miss even with a Mesh system set up in the house to ensure distribution of signal to 1 phone 1 laptop

@OfficialBrooner @SkyUK @VodafoneUK This is my parents' who live 150 miles away. Sky won't let them cancel as they only renewed their contract 2 months ago, they are demanding hefty exit fees. Lastly, it won't go 'viral', it isn't interesting enough, that's why I'm promoting it...
