@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Give you a tip , had the same problem they're utter tossers , Finally lost my temper on a call and swore at the operative. Who got very if you continue I'll cancel your contract. Called him everything I could think of. Worked it was cancelled. Won't have me back shame

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I tried to cancel the contract i took out for my son when he was a minor. The person on the end refused because he insisted the contract holder was a man because of my first name. It took nearly a year.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a massive row with them at the start of the pandemic over affordability issues and was told that I should of thought about entering into a contract with @VodafoneUK and given more consideration to the possibility of a global pandemic 12 months before anybody knew about it.
