    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is awful 😞 I’m so sorry for your dad. We also had a hideous experience with vodafone. They took £700 out of our account for early policy cancellation of a policy they’d reopened as they forgot to give us the pac code when we changed provider. Nightmare to get back.

    @VodafoneUK When will things change? Vodafone are just money grabbing bastards. Will never change. Been like this since the 90's thats why i went O2 network. No where near the hassle and grief of Vodafone!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Their support and billing is trash. Over the years they've "forgot" to take my dd for 18 months, support has advised me to use website features that don't even exist on multiple occasions, they seem unable to renew contracts without it being a major ball ache... utter trash.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear that you went through this. I had a 2 year contract with them in Ireland about 10 years ago. If I hadn't told them I wanted out before the 2 years was up and kept record of that I would also have been liable for a cancellation fee. Pure greed. NEVER AGAIN.

    @VodafoneUK I did so but your response was not relevant to my problem which is with voice calls and texts, not 4G or data. I asked to "message an advisor" but have received no further response.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not the same situation but I have too been met with this type of response. Hard to get through to, arrogant and aggressive responses. Sent round and round in circles with no one able to help.
