    manager but was told this was not possible as I hadn't passed the security questions, and the only way for them to resolve the issue is find a @VodafoneUK store and take ID so they could set up security then call them back to resolve the issue. Shocking service @Ofcom

    @kcovophoto @VodafoneUK @DPDgroup_news Same issue with #MobilePhonesDirect albeit good service from them, but piss poor from #DPD in a so called attempted delivery, then excuse of wrong address. All bullshit.

    @VodafoneUK I recently ordered a new contract through @Mobilescouk but returned the phone unopened within 3 days. Two weeks later I was incorrectly charged the monthly contract fee and requested to contact my bank to cancel the payment.

    Terrible #customerservice is the norm these days. Starting with @VodafoneUK whose phone operators had no understanding of their own product and were so inept at taking phone calls. Then #DPD attempting to deliver a parcel but didn’t show up and claims they did. @DPDgroup_news
