    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service department who cannot follow a simple instruction to call me anytime after 5PM. Every few days the my call me during the day when I am at work and cannot resolve my complaint, and tell me they’ll rearrange a call for another day

    My credit score has gone down by 25% because of @VodafoneUK doing numerous hard searches without my permission. Just as we have sold our house and trying to remortgage. Could cost us thousands. Another blow on top of being without internet for 2 weeks.

    @VodafoneUK my entertainment package has stopped working for @YouTube premium. Showing active on the Vodafone site but inactive on the YouTube site. Either one telling me to contact the other. Chat bots completely useless. Help appreciated.

    @VodafoneUK Still same issue. You're not replying to the complaint email, and your didn't call me between 11am and 1pm today like you arranged. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Refund me and end the contract already, as you can't keep up to your side of it.

    @VodafoneUK 1. wife and I both have phone contracts with you. Her phone is faulty, been sent off 3 times for repair but still doesn't work. Customer service are refusing to replace the phone, will only offer a free upgrade which she doesn't want and won't let her cancel for free

    Took a SIM from @ThreeUK as they’ve been marketing it everywhere. Absolutely pathetic service - No network in underground tubes, carrier making calls go to my voice mail, and app seems buggy. Waiting to go to @VodafoneUK or @TelefonicaUK soon.

    I’m a vulnerable customer I need to speak to @VodafoneUK about my bills I asked the automated service if I can speak to customer service but it won’t let me I even tried telling it I’m a vulnerable customer the machine replied “I don’t understand” #mondaythoughts
