@VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

@VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

@VodafoneUK and customer service - clearly those 2 words don’t belong in the same sentence - if the past 58min phone is anything to go by. Been over charge for 9 months, and they still can’t sort it out. Been with them for over 25yrs too

Hey @VodafoneUK just had a guy claiming to be from your promotional department offering me an iPhone 14 for less than im currently paying, pretty sure it’s a scam. +44 20 8089 4943 was the number he rang from. I’m already a Vodafone customer so thought it was dodgy.

@AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK @O2 No. I do not need your help. The bandwidth and patchy transmitter network is appalling. I used to get 9600-14400bps on the WCML in 1998 and I knew when the signal would drop. It is no better now. Despite three methods of connection to a network. This is a shambles.

Was gonna use @CarphoneUK 2 get new phone same phone upgrade as @VodafoneUK but cheaper much not sure want to now as just called there customer service Centre and it was appalling didn’t even end up giving full info as person didn’t understand what I was saying. Any1 had issues

@VodafoneUK Still can if the shielding is poor on the speakers! My Galaxy S22 does just that if I place it near an old pair of Bose speakers in the bedroom 😐
