    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK how do I speak to someone to lodge a complaint about my phone access (or lack of it) while in Spain in Feb and April this year. I have spent hours talking to your operatives and was assured it would work last month? Poor service, lack of knowledge. Not good enough 😠

    @VodafoneUK Internet is down in CW6 area. I have had constant problems with the Internet dropping out for several months now and despite contacting customer services the issues are constant. I am tied into the contract until June 2024 when I will be changing my supplier.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely useless broadband. ALL Weekend so far it keeps dropping in and out ,next to zero Mbps ...what am i paying for other than to line Vodafones pockets. Disgraceful service Disgraceful support and as for network coverage Ha!
