@VodafoneUK To be fair I’d rather have my eyes plucked out by hungry ravens than go through the charade that is the BOT. Can you confirm there’s a outage in my postcode? And if so, what is the estimated timeframe to have it rectified? If you can’t answer these questions, don’t waste my time.

Second @VodafoneUK #broadband outage in less than two months in the OL12 area! No updates. No apologies. NOTHING. Useless BS 4G dongle they provide in my router to keep us online does NOTHING. Absolutely fed up to the back teeth. Time may have come to give #vodafone the heave-ho!

@radioraees @VodafoneUK I got told at 11:50 that there was a known OpenReach issue and it’d be fixed ‘within 24 hours’ and the issue was reported by them at about 11:40. My broadband died at 11:20, over halfway there.

@VodafoneUK Hi, with the cost of living crisis getting worse & people struggling to pay bills, are you doing anything to help out? For instance, if someone wanted to cancel their contract due to affordability, are you still charging them?
