@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK @vodafoneuk are the benchmark for appalling customer service. Calls maybe recorded for training purposes? Perhaps they should try listening to the calls! We've been with Vodafone for years, but after so much grief, we are now with Tesco Mobile.

@VodafoneUK Well today I called up to pay part to get this all setup, had the same chat as I did yesterday and no payment needed and all setup with out issues, so just goes to show yesterdays operators demand for payment was for his own benefit. Not impressed.

@OpenreachHelp can you tell me if there is an outage in the TW2 or twickenham area please? We are being told this is the case by our provider @VodafoneUK and that it won’t be fixed until the end of Dec - but I can’t see anyone else on Twitter having issues? Thanks

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I got rid of @VodafoneUk and would NEVER go back even if it was given for free. They promise refunds to stop the complaint and then say there is no record of that at the end of the contract. Biggest bunch of crooks going IMHO

@VodafoneUK forgot to ask - which is the best body to complain to about you? CISAS or the Financial Ombudsman Service? Given that you mishandled my last complaint I don’t think CISAS will be the correct route?
