Really getting frustrated with @VodafoneUK's woefully inadequte technical support for their home 'broadband'. I'm getting less than 2 mbit of download speed, VDSL looks fine, OpenReach checked the line. Now being asked to provide my own speed tests!

Line quality to their team was awful. It's very clearly an outsourced function, which shows @VodafoneUK don't care about customer service, just about their bottom line. If they weren't the FTTP partern CityFibre are working with, I'd be leaving.

@VodafoneUK Why would I wait for a call back from someone who can't even answer a simple question. So far I'm not impressed. Maybe the network is ok but so far service isn't.
