Update @VodafoneUK after 2 hours 45 minutes on the phone and 45 minutes in a Vodafone shop being ignored by a manager who didn't want to deal with a complaint we have decided to go with a more consumer friendly provider, I'd really recommend you don't use Vodafone

@VodafoneUK I just did. Your 'virtual assistant' doesn't know what I'm talking about. Can't say I would advise anyone to take out a contract with Vodafone. Pretty awful customer service.

@VodafoneUK Just wondering how you managed to lose my Parents home phone number (which they had for nearly 40 years) when you transferred them from your Analogue service to your Digital Voice service? It’s not even like they were moving to a different provider.
