    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @VodafoneUK I've come to the end of the road with this. Mid way through a chat asking me to supply details I've already supplied. It's groundhog day. I spent all of yesterday running around and no fix I'm behind with my work and 3 weeks later I have just accepted that i've been conned.

    @BASSCADET0001 @VodafoneUK I've had the same problems with @VodafoneUK for months, they don't care. 5g feels like 3g, I don't know what the point in paying extra is

    Swerve @VodafoneUK they’ll sign you up for a contract you didn’t ask for, but won’t find out until after the cool off period. Then their customer service will pie you off and cancel the only contract you ever want. Scammers.

    Are @VodafoneUK prioritising their hardware and infrastructure towards their 5G offering? I suspect so. Trouble is, my phone (iPhone 11) isn’t 5G capable, and the fact it came as part of a two year contract, leaves me feeling very bitter about the whole thing.

    @BWallArthur @VodafoneUK Try filing one with Ryanair... You can only file a complaint by fax! I've not flown with them since then so might have changed but that was ridiculous

    @BWallArthur @VodafoneUK I havnt had to complain to Vodafone but have say in very long queues to talk to people. When I've got to the right person always found them very sympathetic and helpful. Hope they sort your issue out for you soon.
