    @VodafoneUK over a week now waiting for my number to port over, haven't had signal since last Monday. Customer services keep feeding me the same old "we need another 24hrs to fix the issue". I'm bored 😞 Not the best start to switching networks!

    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK really poor customer services. Selling an ipad to a vulnerable customer and ringing her 7 times in the space of 4 hours. Came into an O2 store for help to cancel it and CPW Advisor told her to ring back when at home (probably to talk her out of cancelling)

    @VodafoneUK are a joke, failed to tell me that my broadband contract had been rejected and my internet is now not being installed until 9th June. How am I meant to work for the next two weeks with no internet?! Terrible customer service.

    @VodafoneUK The ipad was via cpw but with Vodafone. I rung CPW for her (passed over to customer to confirm cancellation and details) and cpw advisor asked customer to call back when at home not good when customer is vulnerable.

    @VodafoneUK If I receive any more unsolicited calls from you or companies purporting to be you (resellers?), you will lose a customer of 18 years standing because I’m getting three a day and I’m getting increasingly annoyed.

    @VodafoneUK It’s been ongoing for 18 months now. I’ve contacted you about it before, I swapped my SIM card for a new one, done countless resets of my phone but nothing helps. The only conclusion is it’s your network. 6 months and counting before I can leave 🙌🏼

    @VodafoneUK - when r u going to fix the signal in London post code se3 7du and se7 7ax. Connectivity has been down for over 7 days. Is any one working on the problem..does any one care..#incompetent
