    @VodafoneUK you aren’t responding to my dm’s about 4G in IV3 8PY AND the fact that I seem to have used 15gb on 3G in 13 days somehow I will return this handset and cancel tomorrow unless you tell me what’s going on

    @VodafoneUK you’re service is beyond shoddy. My internet has gone down, call your helpline. Says I have an overdue balance, takes me to payment line which says I have a ZERO pounds overdue balance. Asks me if I want to pay zero pounds. Speak to your helpline

    @VodafoneUK I want an actual explanation of why not a list of what you are offering and if you can't provide one I'll change to a network that offers free roaming in the EU when my contract is up in a few months

    @VodafoneUK with the reintroduction of EU roaming fees, not only will I never take another Vodafone contract, I'll also actively seek to avoid using Vodafone as a corporate communications provider.

    Trying to speak to customer service @VodafoneUK is hard work! I’m so frustrated!!! Reporting a smashed iPhone screen and the stupid voice wants to send me a link to trouble shoot the thing! It’s a smashed screen ffs!!!

    So frustrated with @VodafoneUK is there anyway of actually talking to someone?! Been cut off 3 times & sent a link to the app!! I want to actually talk to a human!! Appalling customer service!

    @VodafoneUK It’s in hers. There’s no point checking the order, it’s been cancelled. We’ll be going to a different network. Never seen such appalling customer service

    @VodafoneUK I’m still having trouble activating iMessage with my mobile number. My apple id works fine. Is there a chance there’s something wrong on your side? Any help will be much appreciated.

    @VodafoneUK there is a certain irony in not being able to use your app because I don’t have ANY mobile signal where I live. At least make it possible to use WIFI, if you can’t increase coverage.

    @VodafoneUK Danny -- Even though I was told it was taken care of, Vodafone keeps emailing and calling asking me to pay them. I thought my case was closed and fees for the service I never got waived. Can you help?
