The @VOXI_UK website is impossible to use, my mum has tried to login to her account for almost 24 hours, password change not working, her line now no longer works, no customer service available. I would've expected more from @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK!

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I left Vodafone. Worst company ever for customer service.Hours spent trying to resolve issues. But they probably pay peanuts to staff abroad. Texts sometimes took hours to arrive.

@stevethechefman @VodafoneUK I just wish they'd actually communicate what's going on with their customers that pay for it rather than pinning a tweet about giving away 250,000 Sim cards that'll probably struggle to get connected as well. Tweet if there's an issue and own up to it.
