I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@antonynibloe @VodafoneUK Had broadband service problems with BT AND I was paying through the nose for it. Vodafone has been great until now and far cheaper. BT can afford to fleece customers because of a monopoly on infrastructure and a misconception that they offer a superior service.

With people moaning about @VodafoneUK Internet being down, I can confirm the @Cityfibre FTTP links supplied by Vodafone are unaffected! Check your #DNS Settings and try OpenDNS on: 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 #Vodafonedown

@lochvue @VodafoneUK I forgot to say I've never used a @VodafoneUK router and have three lying around the house. They are not worth anything on Ebay. They didn't bother sending one for the fibre connection.

@VodafoneUK This service has been absolutely shambolic for the past 6 months!! I've Spent most of my day on Chat to then be cut off half way through a queue to then have to start it all over again. Even though I have internet, My problem is been blamed as part of the outage as a get out.
