I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK shocking customer service as ever. Given false information about cancelling my broadband and having spent an hour resolving, promised a call back this afternoon and nothing. Looks like my phone contract is the next thing I cancel and then I will be free. Shambolic.

@VodafoneUK Done not only did you cost me half day eage on Friday you've now cost me a wage today trying to resolve a simple problem should take 14hours on hold over 4 days and you shouldn't be sending me to store like Friday!!!!!

@VodafoneUK customer care and the guy I spoke to couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him, but he was a manager for that call or centre. I just gave up. That's why I am here and making sure Kieran gets recognised for his amazing service!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

@VodafoneUK Trying so hard to resolve this and getting nowhere, The chat advisors string me along and 15 - 20 minutes after validating, they haven't done any investigation. The contact number instantly disconnects. How do we procure customer service from Vodafone exactly?
