@VodafoneUK yet again that TOBi chat thing is rubbish, never known so many issues with it. Possibly lost a customer.

  • MartinOgle1
    Martin 'Dougal' Ogle 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@MartinOgle1) reported

Vodafone seem not too have learned from previous idiotic companies that tried other stunts. I'm sure when people starting cancelling their contracts and swapping providers @VodafoneUK may find themselves in serious financial trouble and regretting supporting illegal immigrants.

@VodafoneUK is without doubt the most useless customer service company in the world - a whole day wasted trying to get an iphone 17 pro on the network

    Liam (@MancunianCaviar) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK, you have scheduled maintenance in my town, lasting until 18th September. I literally have 0 connectivity. Unless I’m on WiFi, I can’t make any calls or texts. Any chance of having my bill for the month refunded, seeing as I’m getting no service from you?

@VodafoneUK investing £11 million, but I still do not get a signal at home, totally reliant on the internet !

  • OdetteBougette
    Odette (@OdetteBougette) reported

@VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I don’t support your action!

  • VictorMeldrew17

@Lindstar24 @VodafoneUK are an abysmal, thieving mobile & internet provider who charge exorbitant rates for a very poor service. ANYONE who has an account with them should seek professional help immediately.
