I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@KimWebb44671708 @WilloWispish @VodafoneUK I was with Vodaphone for many years due to a deal they had with the company I worked for and even had broadband with them. When I retired I declared my home a Vodafone free zone because they are so appallingly bad.

@VodafoneUK Bad signal coverage in my area including Internet. What are Vodafone thinking? Yet they want to be number one they don't seem to be truthful in what they brag about...Its high time you as a network become more transparent and honest and stop suppressing the facts with customers.

Hey @VodafoneUK what was the user need for you sharing important phone numbers for me to call for support in a chat, then providing me with a "mail this chat" option WHERE THE ACTUAL PHONE NUMBERS ARE REPLACED WITH XXXXXXXXXXX Poor. I actually need the actual numbers, not XXXX

@VodafoneUK just spent well over an hour in 2 separate queues to try and talk to someone with the cancellation team via webchat but as soon as it's my turn the chat gets closed! Not a very good customer experience tbh.

@VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK I want to know why after being told Turkey is in zone 3, will cost £6 per day & I leave data etc on, I still can't access the network at all yet am told I've reached a spending cap? I've been unable to use any data in order to reach a cap! Help please!

@VodafoneUK Having an absolute shocker with your complaint line...I have been in touch on the webchat and through the phone since 13:10...Yes over three and a half hours non stop - I've had yet another call hang up. Very tempted to just cancel my direct debit.

@Mr_MC_73 @VodafoneUK Vodafone will just fob you off and say that they are exceptionally busy. It doesn’t stop them from still mis-selling and falsely advertising the service as ‘get instantly through’ when they know this isn’t the case.
