I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Don’t forget to transfer your number if you want to keep it the same by using a PAC Code. Tesco which runs off O2 are brilliant, I’ve been with them for 14 years and NEVER had a problem, great coverage too.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Being honest they all have issues,if you get a idiot when you phone the call centre that’s it, you have a bad time. I just hang up if they annoy me and ring back till I get someone reasonable. I use virgin and sky. But truth is everyone at some point has problems with them all

Tried to upgrade my handset with @VodafoneUK, told I'm locked into a 2 year contract. Lies! Mis-sold a PAYG deal that I could back up with the chat transcript. Nothing but trouble with cust svcs and now they don't send me the chat transcript. Complaint made, PAC requested 👋
