MartinW (@martiboyz) reported from Stittenham, Scotland@technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

Disconnecting your service has been the most stressful part of this process and they’re still chasing me for money that I don’t owe. Call back requests ignored. Hurried off the phone quite rudely. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
