  I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

  @VodafoneUK worst service I have ever received. On a plan for 24 months with spotify, spotify has been cancelled after 8 months and won't allow me to reactivate. I've now been 4 days without spotify with not a single member of staff able to sort this for me. Useless company

  @VodafoneUK first you cancel my broadband order without informing me, leaving me without internet for another 10 days. Now i find out from my new provider that you have put a 'cease' on my line until 26th April! I am very angry. Who do i contact to get this clear this?

  @VodafoneUK hi guys I haven't been able to use 4G at all since moving into my new SW2 address 3 weeks ago - have spoken to multiple agents and nobody seems to know the fix. 4G works fine in other areas!

  @VodafoneUK @speedyb Called spoke to vodaphone cusomer support tech team, apparently not possible to rename devices on any vodaphone router. Sad times. 😭

  @prisoner1968 @VodafoneUK Vodafone allowed a change of address, a new phone @ £500 with second number on my account + changed the tariff would not let me talk 2 fraud dep and woundnt refund but I reversed bank charges NEVER AGAIN UNTRUSTWORTHY

  @cgledhill @VodafoneUK Left last year after over 25 years and a litany of errors. Best thing I did and saved myself a load of cash every month. Awful customer service, terrible customer experience, and utterly shameless.
