@ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK Thats too late for me. I've just cancelled your home broadband service because it got continually worse, and you had no intention on upgrading. Now you post this. Its like you don't even tell your support what is going on. You are way out of your depth.

@VodafoneUK disgusted that you have left my vulnerable 87 year old mum who lives alone with a blocked phone. Despite paying charges for additional calls yesterday she still is unable to use it. Call centre totally unhelpful! Customer for 20 years-not for much longer

@VodafoneUK can you help please? Just before lockdown, my mum set up a new contract with yourself at the local shop. The phone arrived at the end of Dec but she didn’t like it, it’s too big, but due to #LD3 has been unable to change it. Can you help?

Hi @VodafoneUK can you resolve a problem you’ve caused? My mum cancelled my dad’s mobile contract last June due to his dementia. You failed to action the cancellation, and continued to charge them til October when she realised and cancelled the direct debit (1)

@VodafoneUK @boba_luke Eventually told needed to use a brand new sim. Did that. Still won't unlock. Tried to escalate my complaint. Given the number 03333040441. Simply went back to customer service. Still not resolved!

@VodafoneUK again your customer service is appalling. You cannot arrange a simple number transfer to your own service partner Lebara!

@VodafoneUK Hi - does it cost to report a fraud text (HMRC) to 60599? Seems madness if true as people won’t report it if not included in inclusive texts.. (I’m having issues forwarding)

.@VodafoneUK is charging me £3 / week via some obscure service called "Chillax Games". I have never subscribed to this. Vodafone customer support tells me they cannot remove this charge. I have to email support@chillax to do this. Yea, like THAT'S going to work.
