I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK I would like to congratulate you on losing my custom I have been a customer since I was a teenager and am now in my 40’s but you policy on data roaming charges is just a money grab and a cash cow taking advantage when there is no real additional cost to vodaphone.

Little too when cancelling contract with companies like @VodafoneUK broadband, make sure to cancel direct debit. As they continue to take payments then deny that it was cancelled

@VodafoneUK Appalling Customer care!! your customer service executives take forever to answer. Then they put you on hold and hang up midway. You don’t accept complaints by emails. I have been charged for a mobile number that I have not used for two years! Please resolve ASAP.
