I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK Could you please file a report on the transmitter for the SO50 5ps area. It keeps cutting out, something it’s been doing for about a week. I’m now using wi-fi to get a connection. I’m with Lebara UK who use your network but they can’t help, so I’m trying you directly.

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

@VodafoneUK Never had such a bad experience porting my number! Number was supposed to port 10 days ago. It still hasn’t completed and I have ‘No Service.’ Customer service is appalling. When will I be able to use my number? Regretting having chosen your network.
