I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

Every week I get a letter to “The Occupier” from @VodafoneUK telling me how good their broadband is and to switch to them. Thanks for the info but I’ve been your customer for 18 months, you’re literally wasting paper.

@VodafoneUK My HOME WIFI is also Vodafone. Its now been 14 days since im stranded. No updates or respira within 2 weeks. Poor of Vodafone !!! A life sentence wouldnt be as bad !!!

And yet another @VodafoneUK debacle: an agent was supposed to call 5-7p, left my phone 2 mins to go to the toilet and of course he called. Not his fault, his fault is that instead of calling me back he sent an email schedulling a call on 17/4/21...worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK I was promised a call back from "customer care" on Friday for yesterday - it never happened. Another empty promise. I am now on day 7 of the cooling off period and can see it’s a delay tactic. In their values, customer is mentioned once!

@VodafoneUK I had hoped that your customer service had improved! Had an intermittent fault with my phone for over 2 months. Keep being promised a call back, most recently yesterday from a manager. I am still waiting & now contacting the Ombudsman 😡

@VodafoneUK Still waiting for this to be sorted. Why not start looking at other ways to complete the trade in considering it is clear there is an issue with the app/trade in tool.
