  I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

  @VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

  @VodafoneUK So after being told by several people online that the order was cancelled, then that I had to go into store, man in store said it was cancelled, then called to find it hadn’t been, so man on phone said he’d cancel it…. The order still hasn’t been cancelled?! This is ridiculous!

  My @VodafoneUK broadband is an absolute joke …. Since installation keeps dropping out and getting worse….can’t watch a film or work without disconnection every 5 mins….I have raised with Vodafone twice….how poor a service does it need to be until my contract is void?

  @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK This is why everyone is leaving vodafone uk. They cut customer service to try and give their shareholders greater value. The customers are leaving because calling it cust. service is bordering on fraud. Round and round they send you #scam #scammers

  @VodafoneUK I had a brilliant signal on my mifi router with Vodafone for over a year but this last few weeks it’s been poor constantly freezing and buffering not good enough contract is up March, think I will be shopping around.
