    I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

    Okay @SpotifyCares and @VodafoneUK I’ve chatted with both customer service sides. Cancel the sub already and let me start again. Impressed with Voda customer service rep on phone - but nothing has actually happened. Deeply unimpressed that I can’t close Spotify in app.

    @VodafoneUK Signal has been down in Keswick Cumbria for 9 days now. Today I get a message saying theres a problem - well duh!! What news on fixing the issues - no signal, no data, not good enough :(

    @VodafoneUK the trade in tool is awful. Trying for ages standing in front of a mirror and nothing happens. Store refuse to help as I get an EAP discount ! Ridiculous
