I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

@VodafoneUK The point is that your website prevented me from taking up an offer an hour and a half before it was due to expire. This is a Vodafone issue that you don’t event acknowledge let alone help with. I’ll refer this to the OFT unless someone sorts this.
