I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

@VodafoneUK after 14 call = to 20 hrs, since 16/01, spoke to 16 diff staff, told I’m not a customer (I am!) just to get your OneNumber service on my iPhone, today U charged me £150 for ‘services’ & UR billing staff can’t tell me what this is for. Can I send you bill for my time?
