Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.

No redundancy after 13 years service just forced to franchise or made unemployed. Staff want justice as well as @FairerFranchise owners. Gave my heart and soul to this company
