    I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

    @VodafoneUK sadly your customer services fail once again! Still waiting for my monthly discount to be added to my bill and waiting for my call back from 2 weeks ago! False information given to customers is not acceptable at all! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service today! Clearly some online staff need more training as misleading a customer is not the way forward. Especially when you've been loyal for 17 years!! #Disappointed
