I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 10 days asking Cust Serv reps from Vodafone Ireland for response. I’m told V-SOS band has no SIM card so it’s a “standalone item” therefore I have to pay for all investigation/repairs. I have no account number. My name is Paul Tucker. Worst consumer experience ever.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK restricted my calls for £10 which i dont know how croped up in my bill and now I cannot call up customer Service. If Vodafon dont activate my calls until morning I will never pay rest of my plan. Now choose between £10 or £800. 07411172478 Bye
