I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

Yo @VodafoneUK what’s the compensation policy on the nice people from @CityFibre carelessly breaking my fibre connection - I can’t WFH like I should because of it, I expect to reimbursed for the outage (total service loss), support have booked an engineer visit for ASAP

@VodafoneUK really not impressed with the level of customer service. Was assured of a call back to assist with finding my son’s lost phone! Still no call back, so I’m calling AGAIN. The hours I have wasted trying to get to the bottom of this is getting beyond a joke! 🤯
