I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK Thanks, seems crazy that I can keep my number moving to a different network but can’t keep it if I stay taking out a brand new contract! Might want to consider ensuring upgrade deals are as good as brand new deals. Seems loyal customers being penalised with worse upgrade deals

By bye @VodafoneUK . have been a client since the beginning, but your customer care is beyond a joke,your hold music horrendous - and I listened to it for hours in the past 2 days. I have NEVER had such awful service in my entire life. (Except from @virginmedia). Free at last!

Another hour long conversation with @VodafoneUK After a lengthy time with them (and 3 contracts at the moment) we are now officially on the market for a new service provider. Poor customer service and poor all round performance. Not what I expect from such a big company. #letdown
