    I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

    @VodafoneUK you have left me without broadband since January. Your system apparently automatically cancels my order week before installation, moving it to future. It’s fifth time today. Hours with your support team spent. No ownership of issue and no accountability . #Harassment

    @VodafoneUK, I'm still trying my hardest to cancel my expiring contract. Today is my second day trying to find a way to do it. I don't just want to delete my Direct Debit, I also don't want to "discuss" the reason. I just want to end the finishing contract.

    @VodafoneUK Your chat agents are the rudest people ever. I’ve been tying for 6 months to cancel my paper bills. Every month I contact and get passed around for an hour and told it’s sorted. It’s not, and you still force me to pay the £1.50 every time. HELP STOP SENDING ME PAPER.
