I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

@VodafoneUK I tweeted a few days ago as since I upgraded my phone and got a new sim (but same number) I've had nothing but issues with my 4g/5g , only way 90% of my apps are loading is when I get a hot spot or WiFi yet I have unlimited data .

@VodafoneUK say that it’s OK to wait 10 days to get a service call from their CR team. Apparently it takes that king to arrange a bag to be sent to solve a phone collection for a trade in that is 6 months old #vodajoke what a useless process. One for @BBCWatchdog
