I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK You should make "vodafone connect" bundles as prizes. Your service is all about connecting people together, so providing trips, free phones, Internet and other things to get people to connect should be the prizes. if I won the prize I would just want to pay less for my contract..

@mrsflynny @VodafoneUK I wish you Luck. They were so Arrogant in the way @VodafoneUK dealt with my problem and as I have Already said they really don't care that I will change to a NEW Provider. Again as I have said THEY ARE TOO BIG AND THE CUSTOMER NO LONGER MATTERS.

Mobile data help needed. I'm stuck in Spain (covid restrictions + lockdown in UK) and @VodafoneUK tells me my data will be restricted as I'm using too much abroad. Restrictions start 18 Jan, followed by high charges. I can't go home till March (?) & need data to work. Any ideas?

@VodafoneUK I like many others on here aren't exactly happy with Vodafone customer service. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years & just over 4 years ago I gave up getting a phone with my contract. I can go elsewhere & get better deals, so when my sim only contract ends it's goodbye.

@VodafoneUK OMG they have disconnected my tenants broadband nad I pay the bill. What a total useless company they are. Ive had a year is issues and I closed one acocunt and they have closed the wrong one, AND I specificalyl said be careful not to close the wrong one!
