I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK so after 1hr 25 mins on hold, the rep finally tells me that that the 'Disconnection' team have gone home for the day and I now have to call again, even though I called 1 hour before close time. CLASSIC Vodafone customer care - can't wait to leave this 2nd rate service

@VodafoneUK tbh, it's pointless. It's been going on for years. It's called 'rural broadband' and Openreach never do any of the work they're supposed to. So I'm going on to a microwave system. CANNOT. WAIT. To get away from useless @VodafoneUK Yay!!!!

@VodafoneUK hi Vodafone, why do you charge for the SOS service on your network? I set it up to help me feel safe but sent it by mistake the other day. I have now been charged 8 pounds. So I've turned it off, potentially something I may need one day. SOS messages should be free
