I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK The live chat isn't quick either - the guy said 'let me locate your details' ten minutes ago. Why can't I just speak to someone? I call your line and they just say 'use the web' and cut you off. It's terrible.

@VodafoneUK I gave up in the end. 90 minutes and he was still not close to solving the issue. It was either drop the chat or blow my own head off. Thanks, you've been no help at all. I'm just not gonna pay the bill and wait for someone to phone me about it.
