I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

@VodafoneUK I have been given codes by bank for two 21 payments and you need to cancel one and properly take one for 28. DD set up for next month by chap so hopefully this cant happen again. Help VOD
