@VodafoneUK can you help? My phone signal has not been great for weeks, for both calls and messages. Tried calling on various occasions and it is always busy and your online webchat assistant is not helpful. Is there someone who can contact me?

Twenty five minutes on hold with @VodafoneUK, punctuated by two brief conversations. Told that 'the sales department systems are currently down', and promised a call back in two hours. Not optimistic, following my last interaction with Vodafone, and a non-existent call-back.
