  I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

  @technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

  @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

  @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

  I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.

  Hey @VodafoneUK is it a deliberate choice to not answer a question and try to end support chats early for reoccurring issues that you keep pretending don't exist? Is that why your Share Feedback link doesn't work as you already know #broadband #terribleservice
