I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

hey there @VodafoneUK you are about 1 hour away from losing a broadband, landline and mobile customer. Someone who has a grasp of the english language needs to contact me. CC @glennda37 you were, of course, completely right.

@popsdog @VodafoneUK I hear your frustration! They just can’t deal with old people at all. Absolutely disgusting sending debt collectors in for £13 but can’t cancel the contract because he fails security having not had the phone for nearly 3 years. So stressful isn’t it?

@VodafoneUK I’m moving house & the Vodafone coverage is really poor at new address. What are my options, besides changing provider? Currently on PAYG SIM only plan. Thx.
