@VodafoneUK Been in touch multiple times. Was told they were good BEFORE taking contract, admitted no service AFTER contract started. If 3 weren't so genuinely tragic, I'd be with them in a mo.

@VodafoneUK waiting for the 6th member of your complaints team to give me a call after following up a complaint for nearly 2 months about a repair...guessing they won't be calling yet again. Give me back my phone and cancel my contract free of charge. Never EVER use Vodafone.

  • DanielJFrancis Daniel F 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇺 (@DanielJFrancis) reported

@VodafoneUK It's not come through as a text itself; it's a service message I think, like when you send settings? It doesn't appear in my messages. I'm guessing that could be a way they're trying to get around anything the industry's put in place?

  • Thatfifaguy27__ Apex Boosting Service (@Thatfifaguy27__) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes I have completed this request and received an email to advise me this may take up to 48hrs where in fact it can take up to 10 working days. Vodafone are blaming apple for not unlocking apple devices which is just untrue as apple say it’s the network provider responsibility
