@technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK is there an issue with online and telephone customer service since last night? I’ve been trying to contact regarding an upgrade which I processed at 5pm yesterday but have had no emails etc about?

@RutilusAstrum @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same with Tesco mobile when my wife passed away. They wanted to speak to her to confirm she had passed away. I politely suggested this could be a problem, which could easily be solved by my sending them a copy of the death certificate. Luckily they agreed.

What if your ex call all the companies who you have a contract with, electricity, water, gas, bank, telephone and they would all cancel your contract? Would you be happy about it? I guess no, so rules are necessary

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sadly they are just a bad in Ireland. Very similar story except it was my own phone and I was locked out after password mixup. Six months later and without service a debt collection agency and still no help available. Never again.

Despite having never defaulted on any payment ever in 20years of property ownership… Couldn’t get anyone to do anything about it @VodafoneUK since have been 4 interest rate rises

@debrakidd @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Just don’t move them to virgin, I found after my father died they’d been charging him for a phone he’d never taken a contract out for. So I asked them to reimburse the money- they made me take it to the omnibus. Then tried using GDPR as a reason not to deal with me!

So many calls."Need a FAX to cancel duplicate" Where from?"Any Vodafone store". 5 stores refused. 1 finally faxed it,VF lost fax."Send it again".Done,VF then cancelled ORIGINAL line. Wanted fee to reset it up...in 21 DAYS
