@technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Please stop the really unbearable radio ads. The hyper, almost in a state of panic voiceover is quite unnerving when trying to relax and listen to the radio. It's time for a change please, we all want to calm down and relax and it's just so awful

Story of a Phone Return @VodafoneUK Its fully tracked and insured (it isn't) DPD will come and collect it then (they didn't) We will pay for it to be tracked and insured (you won't) Just take a picture and that is enough proof (it isn't) Take it to a store (but fully boxed) HELP

@VodafoneUK OK that wasn't made clear in the ad about it taking 120 days after activation, I'll wait and see what happens as it has only been 30 days since I switched to my new package. I've been a Vodafone mobile and broadband customer for over 3 years now and I must say its been good 👍

@VodafoneUK Any particular reason your broadband speeds have been crap today. I pay for up to 63Mbps and today I am lucky if I got 5Mbps. Doesn't help with the internet also goes out ever 5 minutes when i am trying to work from home.

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.
