@VodafoneUK disgusting customer service from start to finish. Returned a phone after 2 days with no damage on, now the phone has been returned to us with a scratch on it! Now charging £90 for a slight scratch that you have caused!

  • OldPeacock1972 John Parsons (@OldPeacock1972) reported

@vodafoneUK Vodafone deliberately give their own customers a shite service after taking their hard earned money. It is the hallmark of a nasty set of *****. No apology, no offer to reimburse, nothing. Stay away from these *****, they will **** you no vaseline.

  • sciencejared Jared Lee (@sciencejared) reported

@VodafoneUK And what will you do this time that will be any different to the other 20+ times? You'd think when I've had that many issues I'd have seen an openreach engineer more than twice. You'd rather repeat stuff that doesn't work than accept a very obvious problem
