    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with online and telephone customer service since last night? I’ve been trying to contact regarding an upgrade which I processed at 5pm yesterday but have had no emails etc about?

    @technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

    I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

    @VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

    Apologies for digging out @VodafoneUK signal a few times recently. It became quite clear that the signal problems were from having a VPN running. Even though the VPNs clearly say you won’t notice a dip in performance. Just sat 5 mins waiting for customers card payment to clear 🙄

    @VodafoneUK what have I got to do to get someone to book an install date to replace the one you failed for broadband? Chat can’t help, excessive waiting times on the call line… utterly exhausted trying to get you to complete a service that I am choosing to pay for!!

    @VodafoneUK Really awful service from Vodafone, I started calling in Sep about 2 contracts ending in Nov and was told, call back then for any BF deals. I stayed with you only to be told your are charging me 2 months payment and a late fee because I didn’t give you 30 days notice.

    @VodafoneUK please help, you attempted to port my number 2 weeks ago and seem to have lost it. Repeatedly called and tried to get this resolved, had my number for 25 years my life is associated to it. I am left with a dead phone and you are still charging me.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneUK Vodafone India, not dat you provide an amazing network/data (especially when we need it the most) but yet u seem to be make a Load by charging an amount excessive to the bill every month even though paid online. ₹470.82 is ₹471 always.

    @VodafoneUK Not acceptable. It’s London. It’s 2022. All other networks had no connectivity issues.
