I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

@VodafoneUK I disagree! I’ve just moved house and no phone signal whatsoever! & as a nurse who covers on calls it’s dangerous! I’m not getting the service I pay for yet your only advice is I can pay to cancel my contract! As a loyal customer for many years very disappointing 🤬

@VodafoneUK why are we unable to report mobile numbers being used for fraud? This mobile +44 7342 656730 which is on your network successful scammed me. Surely you can easily block a number after investigating a fraud claim?

@Angela_Griffin @virginmedia I’ve been with @VodafoneUK fibre broadband For 3 years. I get great speeds (myself and son work from home) and the best thing is I can’t tell you what their customer service is like as I never needed to call them! All for £30 pm sound like an ad lol it’s not

@VodafoneUK I've to spend 3 hours in total on customer service to get refund of roaming charges which my tariff include those ! Now again trying for second part of holiday's roaming charges! I've been with these bunch since 2012! Seems going down the drain....

@VodafoneUK just been trying to cancel a mifi contract since 6:10pm tonight. That's 2h! Utterly terrible customer service... Got thru to 2 peoe who needed to pass me other people then both times the line went dead. Shocking, dreadful, diabolical, 3rd rate customer 'service'
