    I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

    @VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

    @VodafoneUK @sockshopuk Terrible company. Ruined my credit file for 3 years now. Sent me compensation and a letter explaining I wasn’t due them any money. Then said I was. Their “ombudsman” and debt recovery both returned me to Vodafone and they just try to send me back again. Embarrassing. Avoid!

    @VodafoneUK The sim card I got with the device is in it. Ii probably needs a new data pack applied but I want to confirm if someone is still active as I'm having problems connecting.which could be error on my part as not used for maybe a year and I'm not good with tech

    @VodafoneUK on a scale of 1-5, how difficult is it for you to make a telephone call within 48hrs of the time you said you would? Does Shelley’s Director’s Office actually do Customer Service is or is it still in concept?

    @VodafoneUK With all due respect to you Maisie I’ve went back and forth with Vodafone for 3 years and your team have been of no help. So now I just plan on telling as many people as possible across several media platforms to avoid the company altogether. Daily. Until my credit file is fixed.

    Wow an hour and ten minutes on hold to Vodafone and then somebody picks up and disconnects the call. Consistently the worst customer service I’ve ever received. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking!! Rubbish signal in our area since July. Complained numerous times/escalated it-receive phone calls from Vodafone which ironically I can’t answer as I can’t hear them/it cuts off! Just missed a call from childs school&NHS as it doesn’t even ring!!
