I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@EmBombIbiza @VodafoneUK It’s awful, isn’t it? What bothers me is that their customer service used to be so good. They would call you with deals before your contract ran out. Now I’ve to over pay because it wouldn’t let me upgrade to SIM only until my contract ran out.

@VodafoneUK never known a company like Vodafone. Telling lies and making paying customers wait a ridiculous time frame for a refund. Being passed from pillar to post and having hour long phone calls. Getting nowhere!!! Time to contact someone higher I think 😡😡😡
