    @VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

    I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

    Shocking service from Vodafone…I keep getting emails and text messages from debt collection company CCS saying I owe £19.95. Ive have a direct debit for over 10 years. I called Vodafone who said ignore it you don’t have anything outstanding @VodafoneUK
