    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    @VodafoneUK after another month of no signal at work your retention team agrees the signal issues in the area but still want me to pay the whole contact to get rid. I couldn’t answer when my husband was called for a kidney transplant! Isn’t that enough!

    @EE your signal in B771NR has gone from 3 Bars to 1 bar sometimes none. Not happy your service is getting worse and if you don’t fix it I’m off back to @VodafoneUK
