@VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

Ugh. @VodafoneUK being awful. I signed up for broadband as a new customer, my new account got created but apparently my broadband order doesn't exist even though I got a confirmation email. No Internet in the new year, and they've been zero help and taken zero responsibility.

@VodafoneUK Perhaps you can invest in some training for your advisors. I've had the week from hell due to the incompetence of your advisors- There is an active complaint and if you look at trust pilot reviews, no one in their right mind would choose vodafone.
