    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    Upgrade offered, called Vodafone to upgrade, 3 weeks later payment for old contract taken, queried with Vodafone who stated I owed upgrade fee for old phones. Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls #vodafoneuk

    @creventa @VodafoneUK It would appear they’ve ‘upgraded’ the access network but not any of the backhaul, so the contention ratio is higher than 4G. Also 5 G seems to have issues with handoff between cell nodes
