Just called @VodafoneUK & @VodafoneUKBiz to talk about upgrading my handset. They tried to sell me a watch, up my data package then asked about my broadband. Did everything but try to sell me a phone. Ended up putting the phone down. Waste of time.

Not often you get to praise companies on here. But @VodafoneUK are capable of providing real value for money. Just spent over £200 to get out of a contract with them. A tiny price to pay for never having to deal with their "customer service" ever again.
