I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I’m with iD (carphone warehouse network) find it great for sim only paid £10 a month for unlimited txt and calls and 5gb data but I think their unlimited data is only about £15 a month. I travel all over and don’t have many problems with signal.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Smarty and ID do some great SIM only deals. Many on one month rolling contracts so not tied in. Both piggyback off major networks so coverage/signal never an issue.

@VodafoneUK I am using the service (its there for emergencies, that is use) I have paid for credit (that should be mine for ever! I paid for it, its my property). You just mean if i dont use up my credit fast enough then i lose the number/service/all credit. Disgusting.

Tried to upgrade my handset with @VodafoneUK, told I'm locked into a 2 year contract. Lies! Mis-sold a PAYG deal that I could back up with the chat transcript. Nothing but trouble with cust svcs and now they don't send me the chat transcript. Complaint made, PAC requested 👋
