    I really wonder about my new @VodafoneUK router. According to the chat agent, you can't change the wifi settings before it's paired to your customer account. It saves them, but phones can't connect. Hard-reset via button after agent had paired it didn't forget them, though. Huh.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for leaving us with barely no mobile signal + using Wifi Calling doesn't work. Everything was fine till last week when work was done on the Areas signal and now it doesn't work Meanwhile your competitors @VodafoneUK Has Cristal Clear Signal that works....

    @mischawatson They didn’t say anything about a £20 change of plan fee! On top of adding a security plan I told them not to add! @VodafoneUK so bloody sneaky. Never had any issues before but now would deter friends from using their sneaky network! not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!
