    Gutted to get a text yesterday from @VodafoneUK to say my p30pro isn't available in my selected colour just yet. Then get email today saying I'm on a waiting list. 8 years worth of custom just to get patched. Then give away a p30pro in my colour free to a comp winner. Awful

    @VodafoneUK If only your customer care showed the same interest. Over 1 hour on the phone, supervisor, retention team and no one even asked how to retain our custom. Curious way to conduct business. Took every fibre of my being to remain calm but I did it throughout...to no avail 😩

    @Williams_Andy_ @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Nat uses 3. They seem to get signal where vodafone don’t and vice versa. From our experience the customer service isn’t good as they just send you in loops around a call centre in India. If you’re lucky you can get through to a helpline in Scotland and they are actually helpful.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 11+ years & ur customer “care” finally broke me. Got my 5 pac codes for all household accounts in order to break free. Pleased u doing so well that u can afford to lose 5 accounts in 1 go. 6 months of epically poor customer care. That’s me done!
