    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

    @jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

    I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    @VodafoneUK Well, thank you sir. I have got everything in order. Just doing the time then am out your hair. It all boiled down to the fact that there was no coverage inside my house and your call handlers (Asia?) Suggesting that if I wanted to make a Call I went outside was the last straw

    I tend to think I'm very reasonable but @VodafoneUK is trying my patience. Why is your customer service agent disconnecting the call because I'm insisting I don't want to be billed and then refunded for a service you haven't provided. It is fraud to bill me in the first instance

    Don't bother getting broadband from @VodafoneUK very bad routers and poor Customer Service. Very unwilling to help out with my issue of bad WiFi coverage. I understand WiFi won't cover all areas but @bt_uk and @virginmedia routers worked and they were more than helpful to me.

    @VodafoneUK at last my contract has finished and I'm leaving Vodafone. For the last year I've had little to no service on my mobile Internet. Vodafone has given me every excuse in the world, but the reality is they have been capping the speed!!!

    @Ofcom Hi, thanks. I'm afraid it doesn't work like this in reality. @VodafoneUK tell me there are multiple numbers attached to the a/c & so I need to go online or phone. Online locked me because they kept sending access codes out of synch. 'Team' doesn't work Saturdays.

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service ever. Spent 4 hours (Saturday) trying to find out why you took money out of my account. After 4 hours, couldn't even find me on the system. Refund my money or I'm taking it as fraud. Thinking of a mobile provider - avoid @vodafone at all costs!
