I went to @VodafoneUK for assistance after trip to Dublin, they said my settings were fine but they couldn't help because I wasn't abroad & currently experiencing the issue I am now in Madrid having purchased the 8 day Europe package as advised & still have no connection 2/x

@VodafoneUK No it doesn’t work because you want to send a text to a SIM card that is not working ‘for security’. It’s a brand new PAYG SIM card so what security is there to pass!? This is for Ukrainian refugees. Your offer to them is completely empty. Extremely disappointing.

@VodafoneUK Tried that. Your payment recognition is slower than my bank. It took an hour and 3 advisors to find that out. I'm paying £50pcm for a 100mbps gigacube that delivers 25mbps on a really good day and 2mbps on a bad one. im currently looking for another provider.

@VodafoneUK Just cancelled one of my plans with you as changing to sim only. There’s an offer on my account for a new sim plan. When I phoned was told if I cancel plan I have and then start new sim plan I can’t keep my number, is this correct?
