    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

E.g. referring to internal errors to justify higher payments or no info. Leaving the customer powerless. As if there's no expectation of accountability any more...

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had exactly the same problems with Three. Diff is Three were part of the Ombudsman scheme and they eventually resolved in my favour. Vodafone were not opting to run their own dispute resolution system.

    @jemmahood @VodafoneUK Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, states that service providers are required to provide their goods or services with reasonable care and skill, at a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame where a fixed date had not been previously agreed between the parties.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Disgusting behaviour @vodafone I left Vodafone yrs ago b/c of a c.£100 charge for a 20m call to my dying friend in Ireland Would have cost a fraction on pay as you go, but on contract, the charge was 10x the amount 😳 Treated terribly when I called to discuss - never again!
