    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @VodafoneUK Really disappointed with your retention team, they were very unhelpful, gave me one option which was not good then sent me my PAC code! Asked about SIM only, still no good. It is very sad that I can get better deal as a new customer with a third party then with you 😔

    @VodafoneUK New broadband customer. Terrible so far. Was meant to be connected on 15th September but there were problems. Was told I’d receive compensation of £5.04 for each day that I was not connected. Finally connected this week on Monday 3rd October.

    So yeah, if you get a circular from @CityFibre or @VodafoneUK saying you can get superfast internet for £30 a month, don’t bother. It’s probably not even plugged in and they’ll keep stalling you and not actually fix it as quickly as they definitely can.

    @VodafoneUK DAY 9 without service!!! Can’t believe the issue you put me on. I couldn’t do any work yesterday!!!!! An adviser told me that would be fixed by yesterday midnight. This is going to be a matter of dispute with CISAS!!!
