Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

@jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

@VodafoneUK I should never have left @bt_uk ! Their Wifi Complete was faultless. Your so-called “Super” wifi just doesn’t compare. Constant drops outs and hours on calls re-setting, moving and re-setting again. Let’s face it, your tech is just inferior!

Never had so many problems with @VodafoneUK than I have these past two months.2 phone calls, 3 live chats and still they managed to mess up and send products to the wrong address!! And now, I’ve been on hold forever to speak to some and their live chat isn’t working 🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK is asking for a complaint to be raised against @CityFibre with the ombudsman. Day 24 & still no internet. @VodafoneUK is even incapable of providing a temp dongle, order automatically cancelled 36 hrs after placing it.
