@VodafoneUK and @VodafoneGroup customer service is absolutely disgraceful! . I wonder what someone has to do to actually speak to a UK manager that can solve a simple query. An issue that has lasted for 3 months because customer services are too scared to give out managers names.

I find it absolutely disgusting that @VodafoneUK allowed a poor call centre staff member to be reduced to tears in trying to assist me in a complaint. A simple query that could be solved in minutes and the managers at @VodafoneGroup allow their call centre staff to take this!

@vodaphoneuk so I have had my issue rectified by calling the complaints department and the lovely Patrick E was able to assist and resolve my issue. Maybe @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup should train all your reps the way Patrick had been.
