    @jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

    @VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    @VodafoneUK I ordered a phone then after reading not great reviews and realising it’s an unnecessary added money I decided to cancel the order. Phoned Vodafone for return bag spent an hour on the phone no bag arrived, 2 more hours life is precious can I have my 2 hrs back 🥲

    @adamboultonTABB I’m having a similar abysmal experience with @VodafoneUK. Sent out an order I cancelled on same day. Advised it takes 24-48 hrs to cancel. Ported my number, left me with nothing, now saying it can take until 28th. Breach of contract and consumer laws I think.

    @VodafoneUK It simply will not take a card payment. Tried in my mums name and won’t do it in hers. You obviously have an issue with the site. The card payment of 0.01p won’t go through. Simple as that.

    @VodafoneUK I signed up for a sim only contract with you this morning and requested an eSim. I requested my old number (from O2) to transfer tomorrow. I can’t login to my account and was expecting an email with a QR code but haven’t received it. Should I get my eSim QR tomorrow?

    @VodafoneUK Saving £312 on a phone, in English, means it’s 300 quid more expensive than it should be before you start. It’s over complicated, full of bullshit aps and you’ll have to change it in a couple of years because Apple won’t support updates. You’ll get about 40 quid for it.

    I’ve got an excellent assignment for you @Mattallwright. @VodafoneUK seem to be a law unto themselves. If you cancel an order on same day, they send it anyway, port your number. Say it takes 24-48 hours to cancel. Leave you with a phone number and now saying it can take 15 days!
