    Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

    @VodafoneUK I had Data Roaming on but your agent is now informing me it needs to be switched off thru App - this wasn’t the info I was given by your store staff. Unable to access data, yet still charged daily for less than 0.01mb of usage that I couldn’t possibly access. Help.

    @VodafoneUK Second time I've heard it from company/orgs while hospital etc all been fine contacting me with 0 issues. I leave system updates to around 9pm least no won't receive a call due the time the phone updates

    @VodafoneUK Need help, i have no network working on my phone, i switched over to paying from a different bank account over a week ago and was told it would be taken from the new one, it wasnt. I received a message to pay directly, i paid it. and i have had no network for days.
