Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

@VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Terrible company. Ruined my credit file for 3 years now. Sent me compensation and a letter explaining I wasn’t due them any money. Then said I was. Their “ombudsman” and debt recovery both returned me to Vodafone and they just try to send me back again. Embarrassing. Avoid!

Hey @VodafoneUK your customer support is really bad. I've spent about 3 hours in chat and on calls, over multiple days. I'm only getting half the 900Mbps speed I'm paying for (upgraded on 15th November). Reference 853996. Currently on hold for 15 mins to customer support 😢
