    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    @VodafoneUK Thanks I'm on super fast 1 fibre. 2year contract which I don't want to change. have the thg3000 router which I assume does not support ipv6? If I get my own router with ipv6 support will this work on my broadband with ipv6? Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK your Broadband service is Diabolical, went offline Thursday last week. Promised that someone from technical would call me, nothing! Called again Friday, same hollow promise, same Saturday, and Sunday, again today, no communication whatsoever.
