Avoid them if you can, ive paid them for something I've not had and gave up trying to get money back, life's too short to be on hold with them 8hrs

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Bingo. 52 mins for ID too so ended up cancelling upgrade and will cancel altogether soon. When will these companies learn? I haven’t yet experienced a good chat box - can’t answer so pinged onto virtual agent who is handling multiple clients at the same time so long delays.
