@VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@MartinSLewis Recently took up refer afriend offer with @VodafoneUK broadband on the understanding £25 ea amazon voucher. Link to vouchers didn't arrive as promised. After HOURS òn phone to @VodafoneUK got an email to say we had followed the wrong journey. Terrible customer experience
