    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

Broken promises from the store. #Customerservice is shocking. How they can work a business and then go back on it until you complain.
