Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

@VodafoneUK I have been a customer for years but removing the London Underground Wifi without informing anyone in writing is a breach of contract. Leaving you as soon as I can and I have referred you to CEDR everyone using the service should do that just to get Vodafone to stop

@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Just when we need the phone to organise medical and life care for a very poorly elderly relative, YOU CUT OFF THE PHONE FOR NO REASON AND DONT TELL US. Have enough crap right now without Vodafone trying their best to stress me out. I’ve never missed a payment -20+ years.
