@VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK @ATHLETETBOY 4G won't be on the tube for years, still. The problem here @VodafoneUK is - and I'd appreciate if you'd pass it on - that we will be annoyed by the lack of Wifi every time we go on the Underground (Mon-Fri). Which means that those of us who can, will leave.

@VodafoneUK So no time frame to finish the repairs the official Vodafone say you can’t cancel your contract ? You can’t use your phone ! But make sure you pay your bill ... how does that work???
