@jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

A high percentage of their customer service advisors i've had the displeasure to encounter regularly lie and have 0 to very little knowledge on their broadband product. @blackball22 @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for years and most of the time it’s been really excellent. Bit irritated that it’s taken so long for them to acknowledge issue. I could have saved a lot of time fault detecting and phoning.
