    @cfc18881 @VodafoneUK Spoke to someone abroad I couldn’t understand discussing account who promised to ring back. Now they’ve offered to ring me but can’t as account not in my name. Absolutely farcical company customer service is rubbish

    @VodafoneUK I’m appalled. My dad took out a contract with you in March with a 15% (work) discount - which was never applied by your member of staff in the Nuneaton branch, and now he’s been back every month since because his discount hasn’t been added ...

    @VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

    @jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

    @VodafoneUK @EE asked for early termination fee to be waived on one of my 5 accounts at #vodafone no acknowledgement of loyalty to waive a fee. It took me over TWO hours to sort... Let’s hope EE service has better service!!! 😢 #badexperience #nointerest #notbothered

    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    @VodafoneUK Hi Harriet, in that case I want to cancel my contract without charge because I have been misled to believe it includes WiFi on the tube. Nowhere was it announced it would stop working and if I had known this 2 months ago I would not have started a contract with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK what's the point in WiFi calling if you can't have it selected all the time? Kind of defeats the point, like in this situation where my calls keep dropping anyway because the signal is on and off. Prior to weekend, I consistently had full 4g signal. When will resume?
