@VodafoneUK Wow! Joe at Chantry Place Vodafone Norwich had all the personality of a stick! Felt like he didn't want to help and it felt like he was kinda rude when we wanted to return a phone. Never again will I look at Vodafone in Norwich. Plus side Matt was nice and did help.

@VodafoneUK what a crap company! Ordered a phone to be delivered today, no communication that it has been cancelled and even the help team on the phone can’t see why! Then have to wait 48-72 hours for a Manager call back! Wow, what a way to lose a long term customer!
