Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

Don't @VodafoneUK have an outbound customer service line to speak with customers! Do we have to wait on chat for hours! Sort your service levels out before attempting to sell your service to customers because your customer service is very far from desireable! it's Despicable!

Help @VodafoneUK - I moved BB&LL to VF on Fri. Openreach fitted FTTP equip, @bt_uk disconnected on time, still not working. I spoke with your colleagues - Fri PM/Sat AM & PM/Sun AM & was expecting a call back this AM - no call! Poor service. Correct ONT lights on - please help!
