    @RobertHugill @VodafoneUK I have the same issue … apparently there is a week delay. None of customer service care to advise this though. 3 people told me it will still arrive today by 8 😒

    @VodafoneUK after an hour and a half on chat. Yogesh left the conversation without resolving the original issue and now I will have to call again at 8am because of your incompetence. After all the hassle I've had I will be leaving Vodafone! #vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

    @VodafoneUK I want to talk to someone about an upgrade. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone on your customer service phone number. What's the point of having a phone number if you can't talk to someone?! Can I have a number where I can talk to someone please.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried chat twice this morning, both unhelpful and rude, basically my home broadband has been off since the early hours of this morning, router serial number CP1934SACCG Michael Williams, I’m currently on a filter minus the faceplate and nothing. 01341422025

    @VodafoneUK @PhilTelesAmaro Phil did you get your issue resolved? We’ve had constant issues with our gigacube from Vodafone. They promise phone calls from their tech team, which never happen. Turn it on and off helps for about 5 mins then back to below 1GB here! Of course during the trial 14 days it was ok
