    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    @VodafoneUK is it possible to speak to someone over the phone about my awful WiFi speed? Been going on since around 10th June!! spoke to about 4 diff ppl over chat and dms lots of channels changed etc and still awful!!

    @Petrolhead_Rich @VodafoneUK Absolute LOL at the "it could be that your sim card is old".. yeahhhh.. no.. tech doesn't work that way, And old sims don't just randomly stop working either.. it would be a reasonable response if you took your sim out/in multiple times a day scratching the surface..

    @elaine_f14 @VodafoneUK Kent is def having an issue! My data doesn’t work, app wasn’t working & 2345 was asking me to “confirm my number” as if it didnt know what number I was calling from?! Thought I’d been hacked/that some1 was trying to switch my number to another network or something. Needs sorting
