    @cfc18881 @VodafoneUK Spoke to someone abroad I couldn’t understand discussing account who promised to ring back. Now they’ve offered to ring me but can’t as account not in my name. Absolutely farcical company customer service is rubbish

    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    @VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

Customer Services clearly don't understand UK consumer law and I spent four hours on a chat tool arguing the toss. They owe me over £300.

    All I want is my broadband to be connected @VodafoneUK not a load of broken promises and 15 days out of the last 18 with no connection, plenty of calls to the tech team to be told it’ll be sorted in 48-72 hours. Well 288 hours later and I’m still waiting. 🤬🤬🤬 AVOID AVOID AVOID
