Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

@VodafoneUK is an absolute joke. Over three months from when I had my new phone stolen until now. Missold a new contract that I didn't even want. I just wanted a replacement for the one that was stolen. Now I have two contracts and to cancel one it will cost me £1600. Filth.
