@Dave_Kirby_ @VodafoneUK I had this. Press # on the keypad over and over when on the useless phone bot. Eventually you’ll get through to someone and they will cancel it. Without speaking to someone it’s impossible to cancel.

@missvrl @VodafoneUK @missvrl thank you & will try that if I don't hear back. I advocate automated systems where they work. When they fail they are ridiculously frustrating. Not every query can be resolved by a bot and when there is a fundamental flaw in systems it suggests UAT was not effective.
