Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

@VodafoneUK Of course they’re never welcome, but you appear to be taking advantage of the current high inflation rates to justify the unjustifiable, knowing that people in the middle of a contract have no way out. I will be take this into consideration when my contract is up for renewal.

Half an hour wait to get through to @VodafoneUK + 5 minutes security checks etc, only to be told system's down & can I call again? "Could you call me? I don't want to waste another half hour". "Not possible, I'm afraid" "You're a telecoms company, and you can't call me back..?!"
