@jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

@VodafoneUK @EE asked for early termination fee to be waived on one of my 5 accounts at #vodafone no acknowledgement of loyalty to waive a fee. It took me over TWO hours to sort... Let’s hope EE service has better service!!! 😢 #badexperience #nointerest #notbothered

@VodafoneUK reported a fault with my router on the 21/02/2021 via LiveChat. Kept on for 2 hours while they ran tests. The router then fully shut down on the 26/02/2021 had to wait for a new router to be delivered on the 02/03/2021. I have been left with poor/no service for 3 week

Never known such poor customer service as @VodafoneUK, apparently it takes up to 3 days to clear an issue from LAST year (which was solved!) before they can even look at our current issue that's been going on now for well over a week?!! 🤯🤯 Going for an angry run.
