    @VodafoneUK @EE asked for early termination fee to be waived on one of my 5 accounts at #vodafone no acknowledgement of loyalty to waive a fee. It took me over TWO hours to sort... Let’s hope EE service has better service!!! 😢 #badexperience #nointerest #notbothered

    @VodafoneUK what bunch f’whits all I want do is up grade one of my phones but I was asked so many security questions it was bloody ridiculous so Vodafone I tell you what I will move the number to EE who is far better network and don’t employ unhelpful idiots

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

    @VodafoneUK loyal customers get short shrift. my nearest store is a 70+mile round trip. I depend on the phone your telesales people gallop through t&c's cos they are bored and have target times to wrap up calls. I want a service I am not getting.

    Telephone menu tries to sort out where to send you it's really there to say we are really busy, High level of calls. Use website or call later, hides the lack of support staff @VodafoneUK is mostly smoke and mirrors. I want to SPEAK to a person.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you not offer customers the same deals as you do new customers I’ve been with Vodafone 10 years and you’re wanting to charge me £17 extra than if I was to cancel my contract and going through carphone wearhouse it’s a right carry on would rather go with a different company

    Sorry to say this but some agents on @VodafoneUK 911 don’t seem to know what they are doing. They rush to suggest “reset your device” without even making an effort to understand what the issue is. Poor service again from @VodafoneUK
