Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

First time I was told it’ll be sorted within 72 hours, then I was told the first 72 hours is just for someone to get back to me, it’ll be another 72 hours to fix the issue. That ends tonight, but apparently might take till tomorrow morning. No idea what the actual issue is!

Customer service are messaging me now back and forth via DM but got no further than security questions atm. Shame people have to resort to moaning on twitter before getting anywhere
