    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    After 20yrs with @VodafoneUK I think I’m going to have to change networks the signal in ox2 is getting worse not better

    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK @kerrianne_cr deserves a new phone because its my fault hers got smashed! 2 weeks ago she looked after my dog, she put her phone on the arm of her sofa and my dog jumped up and knocked it off!! Totally smashed the screen on the tiled floor! Felt awful! #VodafoneTreats
