@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

I had a looooong argument with (🤔 WSJ iirc) over their "cancel anytime" promise... which turned out to be "anytime, 10am-4pm EDT, by phoning a sales person, waiting on hold for an interminable about of time and eventually justifying yourself to them" 🤬

the greatest fear of doing #rcpestAs20athome is when your @virginmedia connection is abruptly gone and their service status website says nothing is wrong. Hopefully, the other delegates don't have a similar problem. Thankfully @VodafoneUK gave me a good data plan

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The problem is these companies and technologies had it too easy, they arrived in a boom and did not need to learn those basic lessons. They grew at extraordinary rate because of the industry not their proficiency. Cable & Wireless could not get drunk in a brewery.
