Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

This can’t be right, surely? Barely enough bandwidth to even switch off my Hue lights. Tweeted using 4G on my EE mobile 🙄

When I was explaining it to the 7th person today after a total of 4.5 hrs, I was in tears. 2 of those people should have phoned me back and still haven’t. Awful.

The chat mysteriously drops out if they can't resolve the query easily and back to square one you go. Honestly I'm regretting my upgrade and would never recommend Vodafone based on this experience.

It's not because of population density, Stockholm has fewer deaths than Manchester (a similar size city). Boris Johnson's restrictions will achieve nothing.
