@VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

@VodafoneUK my contract has ended and for 100gb with unlimited calls and texts you want £41. Same sim onl deal via carphonewarehouse is £16 on your network. Have tried phoning you and app, both say agents busy and link text doesn't work. How can I leave or get better deal??

@VodafoneUK Ray, your network is great, but the lack of UK based, onshore customer service is a real failing, otherwise I would happily pay a bit more to use you & recommend you to clients. Every time I try your customer support I get shunted to an offshore call centre.

@VodafoneUK How about disability discrimination? Vodafone have denied me service for a month because I'm deaf. Your engineers will not text or email, they say they can only ring which is impossible for me. But I bet you'll still charge me for the month. Shame on you Vodafone.
