They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....

Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

Ed (@1983_edward) reported@VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
