They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....

Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.
