I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....

Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??
