    Been on hold for a @VodafoneUK department for 27 minutes.....they close at 2000....I started the call at 1930 after work....wonder what will happen at 2000. They better not just hang up!!

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @VodafoneUK I’m totally disgusting but the price increase that you are away to implement to your UK customer, all you are doing is profiteering from the pandemic and that is disgusting when you are a billion pound company unethical

    @VodafoneUK Internet not working in Aberdeen what's happening . Vodafone will need to compensate . Prices go up Internet goes down

    2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK about my fibre. It's normally 40mbps, but currently 22mbps. They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.

    Thanks @VodafoneUK - utterly useless. Spent 52 minutes holding and being told 3 times tour phone lines have a problem and you may not answer today. When I got through to the WiFi expert he wanted me to move my extenders - a job I could have done 52 minutes ago before the...

    The @VodafoneUK Fibre with @CityFibre in #Aberdeen has been terrible the past few weeks. Randomly stopping for periods of time yet all lights green. Speed tests are poor, connection is gone. Not as expected.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    Hi @VodafoneUK if it’s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.
