    Had poor Fibre this weekend with @VodafoneUK and their helpers couldn't help. I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.

    2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK about my fibre. It's normally 40mbps, but currently 22mbps. They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....

    So glad I signed up for another year of @VodafoneUK broadband, love having to restart my router every 20 minutes to restart the line. @VodafoneUK can you help, Iโ€™ve done everything on your help pages and still waiting to speak to someone on chat, 20 min later.

    Been on hold for a @VodafoneUK department for 27 minutes.....they close at 2000....I started the call at 1930 after work....wonder what will happen at 2000. They better not just hang up!!

    My broadband speeds are so poor right now, I canโ€™t even get the โ€˜Helpโ€™ chat to load. @VodafoneUK, this has been a month of decreasing speeds, now itโ€™s a crawl. Disconnected, reset the router, new filter, but now 3.1Mbps.

    How does a video suddenly stop playing but others are working on @X Does anyone know the reason why a 4G phone signal keeps dropping out? Are the two related? If you do can you tell @VodafoneUK and X so they can fix it?

    @VodafoneUK Third consecutive month of no proper Veryme once a month reward. It is again win a reward option, which never works and impossible to claim. This is mis-sold Broadband together rewards. Extremely unhappy. Come on Vodafone team, you can do better
