I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....

I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't
