The Flying Scotsman 🏴 (@FlyingScotsManJ) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@VodafoneUK I would weep with joy or scream so loud that nurses from the local hospital would come running to help, or a vicar. Or maybe I’d think it a thank you for my buying an @Apple watch and recommend Vodafone to all my friends and family…
-
Kevin Mitchell (Rebooting...) (@Mitchinator) reported from Aberdeen, ScotlandMy broadband speeds are so poor right now, I can’t even get the ‘Help’ chat to load. @VodafoneUK, this has been a month of decreasing speeds, now it’s a crawl. Disconnected, reset the router, new filter, but now 3.1Mbps.

Ben (@CabinClassBoy) reported from Aberdeen, ScotlandReally wish @BBCWatchdog would investigate the coverage issues with @VodafoneUK why they’ve been voted the best I never know. Still can’t provide a decent 3/4G signal in Aberdeen!! Time to switch provider I think.
-
Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Bucksburn, Scotland@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't
-
Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Bucksburn, ScotlandAs @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

Marky Mark* (@markrs75) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.
-
Gregor McAbery (@GregorMcAbery) reported from Aberdeen, ScotlandHi @CityFibre @VodafoneUK is Vodafone no longer the Aberdeen gigafast partner? I see Talk Talk will be using the network, but perhaps they are due to end of exclusivity deal with Vodafone?

Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Belhelvie, Scotland2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK about my fibre. It's normally 40mbps, but currently 22mbps. They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....
-

-
Dan Greavey (@dangreavey) reported from Port Elphinstone, Scotland@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
-
mṽsh (@shikariunite) reportedEver since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.
