I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

They see an issue but @OpenreachHelp wouldn't let them book an engineer as they didn't see an issue. They said they'd monitor but after some persuasion, an engineer is booked....
